Pret A Manger in Ashford

They close 40min earlier than advertised closing time. Manager is rude. They use the too good to go app to grab food for themselves and cancel on the customers. Worst Pret Branch I've been to

Chaotic, dirty and slow. Ordered a couple of toasties and two coffees, not too difficult, right? Toasties were burnt and they didn't even bother to slice them. Then waited 15 minutes to get the coffees in a lengthy queue whilst the staff got orders wrong, gave them to the wrong people, and even dropped them. When the right drinks finally arrived, we found a table (that was filthy) and tried to eat the food which was stone cold by then. Been to many Prets all over the UK, this is by far the worst I've ever experienced.

Very limited dietary options for someone trying to limit carbs with some health-washed alternatives ( ie egg or tuna salad packed with soybeans, half-rotten lettuce with only a little amount of tuna or egg). A part of our order was entirely forgotten and the staff was unapologetic about the mishap. Not our first visit to PaM but the very first one to this particular one. Very disappointed indeed.

Found it very expensive and the labels were not clear on what the content was inside, I had a meatball wrap and it tasted disgusting 🤮

Staff friendly, which is a positive. My wife was really happy with the salad, but the chicken club sandwich a letdown. Butter way too thick and was the only thing you could taste. £15 for a salad, sw and 2 soft drinks probably about right

This Pret A Manger is located at the Ashford Desgner Outlet. Just like any other Pret A Manger, good value for money, tasty sandwiches, pastries and drinks!

OK, I had to wait for coffee but, so did many others - is that showing you their coffee is great or what ! .....The food, I took a 'Toasty' sandwich, it was full of filling and very filling... NOT like a British Rail sandwich where they leave the sandwich empty and put the filling in the middle.....I've had a few of these.....RECOMMENDED 100%.....FAB STAFF !!!

Just what you would expect from Pret good food and variety and not too long a wait although we were there at lunchtime peak

Was shocked at lack of social distancing and cleanliness in the eating areas. We had toasted sarnies and drinks about 11 in the morning. There was a long queue and it was not made clear where they wanted you to wait it if you sit a table first. On the hour we were there not one table was wiped down before new people sat down. The tables were grubby and the bins overflowing. I definitely would not go there again and not just because of the pandemic. There was no one enjoyable moment inside- it was noisey with the staff shouting orders to each other, grubby, crowded, overpriced and the food presentation was nil.

Stopped here today for my lunch and was so happy with the vegan options on offer. I had a hummus and salad wrap which was absolutely stuffed, and was so much nicer than it sounded! And the vegan chocolatecookie was one of the best cookies I've ever had! Vegan or otherwise. The staff were very pleasant also. Thank you for such wonderful vegan options. 2

The cafe is pleasant enough and the staff were good, I normally love Pret coffee but my cappuccino was bitter sadly The almond croissant was good but sadly the hot drink not up to the standard and quality I have come to expect from Pret.

Tried to get in here for a cup of coffee. The queue was out the door and all tables inside were full. Some of those sitting had their own drinks and the residue of previous diners. Not a nice sight.

A simple visit to buy 2 hot drinks and done food turned into a 15 minute wait for drinks. I accept it was busy but there was no organisation in making drinks. In fact they kept asking me after 10 minutes what I had ordered, they no longer had my receipt. Its a shame this pret should do so much better if it was properly staffed and managed. I feel bad writing a negative review but this truly deserved in this instance.

Visited several times since opening but things are not improving and we will now not return as there are so many better options. The management of this venue is disappointing as the service and cleanliness are very poor. We were the first in the venue this week and the place was filthy, the floor was covered in crumbs the tables hadn’t been cleaned or cleared yet this was from the day before! We have always had to clean and clear our table but have now given this Pret too many chances with no improvement.....should be better than this.

Went in today, part of the order was the kids Ham sandwich, spread so heavy on one half of bread it looked like cheese slices, yet none at all on other side. Child would not eat it, when we are told to be aware of the fat content of children's food this was appalling. Told a staff member who said they are made to prescribed instructions...he really could not care.

Loved my first trip to a Pret. I am anaphylactic and the level of info on allergens and ingredients was spot on. The manager came out with his folder, was highly informed and helpful. Sandwiches and drinks were lovely.

Nice clean eatery. Great food selection both hot and cold. Nice comfortable chairs and seating and modern clean and well kept toilets. They had ran out of clean cups on the day we visited but in the whole a worthwhile place for food an drink....

Went to eat at lunch and had a terrible experience. The service counter is to close to the food counters causing a mass of people congregating in one place. The staff cannot hear your requests due to the noise level. You then wait for your...

Great to see Pret now open in th expanding food area at Ashford Designer Centre. Big branch with usual menu and plenty of seating. Service team friendly but understaffed. Coffee was great but slow

Good to see a Pret A Manger in the new section of the Ashford outlet centre. Always good for a break, coffee and snack, all fresh.

Have been here three times now and have found the shelves to be near empty every time. There doesn't seem to be as much selection as other Pret's. Drinks ordered from the counter have been fine, it is the food selection and low stock letting...

Popped into here today as I love the vegan selection that Pret stores normally offer; there was nothing! I normally go for their amazing falafel vegan salad but this store doesn’t sell it, they also don’t do any of the Pret gluten free vegan granola...

This is a fairly typical Pret, good fresh food and drinks. Only opened last week, part of the new Outlet extension. Seating available and there will probably be outside seating soon. Usual fast service, eat in or take away. Well up to the usual standard.
