Great customer service. Food is always cooked fresh and is piping hot. Prices are very reasonable.

We had chicken from here and it was lovely but we had the ribs and they were un edible all fat no meat it looked like a bag of wast food someone was throwing away

I hate leaving bad reviews. Had ordered loads and enjoyed the food every time. However, the second to last time I ordered I found what appeared to be a pubic hair in the chicken. I just binned the chicken and gave the store the benefit of the doubt. Ordered again and lo and behold whilst eating I found a big long black pubic hair. Sadly, I just can’t order again… What a shame. Reading some of the previous reviews I’m guessing the hygiene standards have gone really down hill…

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service, only called up to get my missing wrap, chips and 2 cans of drink out of a massive order and telling us we got them and starts laughing at us on the phone and then tells us to drive to them? When we dont drive and ones who are driving have been drinking BECAUSE ITS CHRISTMAS. Then says there not sending our food out and told us to claim back on just eat when we just wanted our missing food? He also hung up a few times and also speaking to colleagues in a different language whilst on the phone to us.

Food comes stone cold, missing food, chips all over bag as if his been on a rollercoaster, customer service is a waste of time, none of them understand English and just laugh down the phone to you, would not recommend at all

Ordered 3 meals and a Burger the chicken was pink the ribs inedible, the burger was wrong and veggie burger was missing. The chicken they replaced and refunded the missing veggie burger. Got home again and the chicken is pink again. I’ll leave it there

ADVICE: Change oil Change flour Change staff Sometimes if the meat smells just a little bit, throw it. 2 stars, I love eating at fake KFC takeaways, but this is the difference I found, hope my stomach will be okay. No offence, just change these!

Chips were good but chicken was awfullll tasted well old and the strips were rubbery wings tasted like they been there hours it’s annoying spend around £10 just to throw it away and go get kfc never going back her

Do not bother. Rude customer service. Received my order and the chips r so over cooked that there is no potato left in them. Phoned them to resuve the problem and the guy on the phone wasn't interested at all 😐

One of best chicken takeaways in Ashford. Everything tastes fresh. Better prices and deals on burgers, chicken,wraps and wings. Didn't need to wait long and once had a delivery which was quite fast and the food was warm. Definately recommend to tryout at the place.

Most disgusting chicken and chips I've ever had I mean I didn't even have it I had to throw it waste of money dirty old oily chips probably from a few days ago I never bother to even leave a review on places but this experience was the worst someone needs to visit for hygiene and food cooking standards.

Worst chicken shop I’ve ever experienced, staff are rude chicken is awful and tastes of dirty oil. The spicy wings have no spice, tiny little dirty tasting and not worth bothering with. When my husband returned our food an asked for a refund the man was awfully rude and disrespectful. And this was bad last year, we thought we’d give them another try today but to be honest it’s even worse than last time! AVOID the disappointment!!!!

Worst chicken I have ever come across.showed it to the owner and he refused to change it telling its fresh. It waS like a chewing the rubber. Don't go here as they don't use fresh chicken. If I could I would have given them less then 1 star. Avoid this place completely..

Eaten here a few times when they first opened food was great piping hot and yet every visit since its slowly gone down hill we have seen various different people in the kitchen food gone from nice an hot warm at best but last night was our last try at this shop as raw chicken really is not acceptable most of our order was luke warm at best the only hot things we had was the chips says alot when your chips are hotter than your chicken.

Amazing fried chicken, with good deals and friendly staff. Would recommend.
