Placed order on line for the first time which was easy to navigate, order came pretty quick. I have to say the food was outstanding with beautiful aromatic flavours. This will be our go to from now on

Decent food but they always take absolutely ages to deliver. Tonight was a record where after waiting over 2 hours for my food, I rang them and asked them where it was. They told me it was on its way. Fifteen minutes later they rang me back and said they can't make it because there is no driver. IT TOOK THEM 140 MINUTES, AFTER I ORDERED, TO DECIDE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A DRIVER! Won't be ordering from these absolute clowns again, suggest you save yourself the hassle too. Not only are they incompetent, they are liars too.

Staff were incredibly rude on the phone and refused to help, I cannot believe how rude two separate staff members were on the phone. Worst experience, tried placing order over the phone. I had my doubts sharing my cvv over the phone, am new to town, shared the same to the person who took the order. He was harsh and told “go back to India” Never go to this hotel, he is a racist…

Took over two hours for my food delivery.. rang multiple times and tried telling me they had not received my order but payment had been taken and I received conformation email. Man I as rude on the phone.

Had a delivery not one part of the meal was right asked for balti curries with mushrooms got extra onions not a sign of a mushroom order king prawn balti with 4 prawns not king prawns and in the chicken tikka curry 4 pieces of chicken very very poor meal I would say criminal

THIS PLACE - is genuinely THE best place you can get a curry anywhere within 30 minutes of Ashford. Family run - and don't be deceived by the address or the view from the outside because on the inside, the chefs cook up something so special that no Indian cuisine-afecionado could doubt the quality. Just this weekend I ordered food for 20 people - every dish was cooled fresh and perfectly and they even added wonderful extras at no extra cost. This rating is 5/5 but would be 10/10 or 99.9/100. It is take away only and delivers every time, in every way. Most highly recommended.

Telephone order was 1 hr 20 mins late before I cancelled via e mail. The order had been placed direct on the restaurant website and accepted by e mail confirmation. My e mails enquiring about the order during that time received no reply.The phone had been diverted so that calls were not taken. No communication at all. Dreadful and the last time I order. If you are going to behave like this expect negative reviews.

I’ve been using this place for a delivered curry for 15 years now, and they have never let me down. Again yesterday we had a fantastic meal delivered. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough- excellent food and service.

Very disappointed with tonight’s take a way, the food was tasteless, the chicken tikka was brown. The onion bhaji was doughy and raw, the sag aloo was bland but had a perfume taste it’s such a shame , we have ordered from there for years... definitely did not hit the spot...

last time i ordered from here the delivery was over 80 mins waiting time then they forgot items and when i telephoned to say i had to wait a further 25 mins and the delivery driver left my food on the doorstep and drove off...the food was ok but customer service was somewhat poor.

This is our first time using this takeaway and definitely the last. Food was delivered with a dish missing. Called the restaurant and they was rude and obnoxious and refused to deliver the missing dish. Totally not interested. They do not deserve the business. The food was good value for money and decent sized portions. When the order arrived, one of the portions was chicken when we ordered vegetable. Called and they had what we originally ordered delivered in about 20 mins.

Driver phones & asks where we are so we tell him to search using road name, he says ok! 5 mins.. turns up 40 mins later with a cold meal but the shop is only 7 mins away from our house.

Been ordering from here for several years, always have to wait longer than anticipated for food to arrive which I am fine with (I order baring this in mind). Tonight though after waiting even longer than usual my order had items missing, I called the restaurant right away and was abruptly told this is not their problem as I had ordered through Uber. Passing the book straight way, no apology whatsoever! After trying to get a word in to explain that a whole course of my meal was now ruined, the delightful person told me to not bother ordering from them in future. I will take this advice and recommend anyone else does the same!!!!

Phoned my order in arrived to collect 30min latter waiting another 30 minutes for my food, delivery in and out no face masks, no one knows what's going on. Wast of time try KFC.

Well what can I say nothing was correct with the order... Delivery schedule for 7:10 at 7:30 was told it would be 7:50 arrived at 8:20.... Then onto the food missing 3 major items of the order, all of it stone cold and overcooked, popodoms all broken and items had leaked over others the worst food i have ever ordered from anywhere period! Avoid this place.

Ordered a takeaway from deliveroo which came to just under £50 for my family. I ordered the tandoori king prawns at £11.50. When I got it there were just 2 prawns!!! I called up to the restaurant and they said it’s because you ordered through deliveroo. They charge £11.50 but if your ordered it with us direct it would cost £6, this is despite their website charging £11.50 on the menu. Customer service is non existent at this place and they were quick to pass the blame to the delivery service. Awful would never use again! Wish I could do no stars!

Called to ask if they was open today and the employee was very helpful. Introduced himself, informed me of the options I have. And calm and collected when speaking on the phone and offered to have me take more time to think of my order and then call back. Rang him again and he took my order, and gave me a time slot to get pick up my order. Social distancing was in place and the food was good as advertised. Highly recommend tandoori nights Taj Mahal, the name was what attracted to me ordering.

Worst Indian takeaway. Two thirds of my meat dishes were vegetables that tasted and looked as if it were covered in tomato ketchup. If I wanted vegetables I would have ordered vegetarian. Guess this restaurant thought it could capitalise on customers affected by the lockdown. Will never order from this restaurant again. When I phoned up to complain the person answering the phone was very rude.

Another fabulous takeaway last night from my favourite place to eat. Ordered online and only waited 40 minutes at the most. Food was piping hot, full of flavour and the portions more than generous. A perfect end to my birthday...thank you

We decided to try Tandoori Nights again and were pleasantly surprised. Food was good, portion sizes appropriate and all at a reasonable price.

Great Indian food have used a few times. Allow 45 to 60 minutes from order to arriva. arrives hot. Can identify allergens from menu.

So we ordered their special offer for 2 on a Wednesday night. We got a choice of starters, mains, rice and sides from the menu, and the price seemed reasonable. When it arrived we were quite amused to find just 1 poppadom. We buy from various Indian takeaways and have always been sent at least 2 per person from every where else, not 1 to share! It may well be a very first world problem, but it’s enough to make me spend my hard earned money on more generous establishments!

The worse food I have experienced for along time. Not only was it stone cold, the onion barges were rock hard and unable to eat. They forgot the naan bread and the tandoori mixed grill was cold and chewy. The mushroom rice was just tasteless and bland. On top of all that they were 20 minutes late with the delivery. Will not be wasting my money again.

So made a simple order 3, dishes, two sides and some popadoms. And would you believe it they got it wrong. On calling to inform them they said they’d send out the missing part of one of the dishes in 15 minutes .....I asked what I should do with the other part of the dish while we wait as it would go cold as was barely like warm when it got here ( one dish had to go in the microwave before we could eat it) When I explained that sending half a dish wasn’t good enough the unhelpful person who took my order passed me to the manager. Also known as the rudest man ever to work in customer service . When I explained the same to him he basically told me that my attitude was not good enough and they would not be sending the missing part now.Great way to run a business and boost profits is to not send customers items they have paid for. Waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered..Was quoted 45 minutes delivery on their website. Rang after an hour and 15 minutes to be told food was on way. No sign of food after waiting a further 30 minutes. So I called back and asked for a call back. No call back from restaurant....After 2 hours and 5 minutes I called back and was laughed at. I asked for refund and was told food was non refundable. I cancelled order and made them give me a refund. Avoid!! Avoid!!! Unless you want to wait a long time for your order. Customer service was terrible. Would give zero stars but I can’t.....

We came to our friends to have a kids free night only for it to be ruined!!!! We ordered a takeaway and a simple order at that, and yet they managed to miss the rice off, when ringing to get it sorted they said they wouldn’t give us a refund, well low and behold the rice came but no refund so when ringing back they said they can’t give us a refund for waiting another 30 min on top of the 45 min before!! Manager was rude as ever and we will never be using this place again, oh and the food was cold but hey why complain you only get a load of rubbish from the manager

Really tasty food, when we ordered we mentioned our allergy requirements (Diary /milk /yoghurt) they were extremely accommodating and advised what the safe options were, it is nice to feel accommodated because all too often you feel like a hindrance for asking. I highly recommend, will recommend to my friends and will definitely be returning!

Takeaway delivery - Amount on chicken in Biriani was really miniscule - DON'T BE SO MEAN - more of it and bigger pieces. My partner and I shared it and because I couldn't see any of the very small pieces, I ended up with just two tiny pieces. The actual taste of the meal was excellent but I will not use them again because of their meanness. I also spent over £15 using Just Eat and paid a £2 delivery charge !

After giving Tandoori nights our custom on several occasions, never again will we use them. Customer service does not exist with this place, and often feel like you are an inconvenience when ringing to make an order. Not once have they managed to correctly deliver our order, with sides missing. A care less attitude from the manager. They have also decided to start overcharging for delivery, and clearly need some lessons in geography and distance calculations. We was charged £5 for delivery on our last order, and when queried was told that it we was 7 miles away. So therefore was over 4 miles cut off which they charge for. Again the couldn't car attitude came when we challenged the distance and was promptly informed "that is what my Tom Tom says!"The total distance is actually only 2.7 miles away!!! Which is well within their free delivery catchment! On a positive the food is of good standard, nothing I haven't tasted elsewhere, but if not for their poor customer service and delivery charge 'rip off' scheme I would not be leaving such a poor review! Shame!!!

Ordered a delivery, after 1hr 40mins we called and all we got told was it's on the way. Asked to speak to manager but was told he was out. Person on the phone just kept repeating "I cannot take responsibility". Manager still hasn't contacted us! Ended up getting a pizza out of the freezer. Will never use again

Última noche pedimos una de noches horno tandoori, después de tomar una hora para llegar y estar cobra una tarifa de entrega porque no podían encontrar nuestra casa, la comida llegó fría piedra y nadando en grasa. Tuvimos que microondas la comida así que era comestible y la cebolla bhajis era dura como una roca. Llamamos para quejarnos y pedí hablar con el director, me explicó que estaba decepcionado con el servicio, la comida estaba fría, tardaban años en llegar, nos cobraron 3 libras de gastos de emisión, a pesar de estar en la entrega de 4 millas a la redonda, su razón de ser me costó encontrar nuestra casa y perdido el tiempo. Pedí una devolución, ya que la comida era incomible, se ofrecieron a entregar otro montón de comida, rechacé debido a esperar más de una hora y después de comer comida fría helada había perdido mi apetito. Le dije que no quería más comida, simplemente quiero mi dinero de vuelta, a la que el director dijo "no te dan un reembolso, usted no está recibiendo ninguna de mi dinero, dejar una mala crítica, no me importa", entonces colgaron. Si pudiera escapar con no dar este "restaurante" cualquier estrellas. No comas aquí bajo ninguna circunstancia, una absoluta pérdida de dinero y de personas. terrible

Waited over 2 hours for our food. Ended up cancelling the order and ordering pizza, the man on the phone argued and lied to us about the order, then offered a pathetic discount for our inconvenience. Will never order from this place again, was absolutely disgraceful service.

Tuvimos una comida india el domingo por la noche, no sentarse en pero tenía una comida para llevar que estaba lista en media hora. Los aperitivos eran preciosas y sabrosas con ensalada y menta raita. El plato principal era hermosa y tierna y abundante (el pollo estaba delicioso) nos passanda tenía también un naan peshwari recién preparado y muy sabroso.

Llegamos en el restaurante en medio 9 y estaba vacía. El gerente nos quejamos de pagar licencias para música después de solicitar algunas ventas y sobre el alcohol. Así que nos sentamos en silencio mientras espera para el arranque. Era demasiado incómodo para acabar la comida allí así que pedimos para llevar. Sólo tardó 3 minutos en llegar a casa y cuando nos dan la comida, estaba frío, insípido y no fresco. El servicio de atención al cliente era muy malo y uno de los trabajadores era en realidad incluso durmiendo en una de las mesas del comedor. Terminó arrojando la mayoría de las veces en la papelera ya que no se podía comer, realmente no recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera. Totalmente defraudado y del bolsillo.

I love this Indian take away, the food is soo good that id quite happily drink their curry! The price is cheaper than others too. Never had a problem. What i really like is that they are on just eat. I write in the comment box that i do not want any coriander in my curry. Its nice to see they actually read it. You can tell the curry is made from scratch. Very nice.

Got there 7.50. Got our starters just after 9.10. It was awful. All they kept saying is food is coming. In the end we paid for our drinks. Just as we were leaving the food turn up. 10pm. There were other people complaining where's there food. Lots of people not eating still awaiting there starters. We didn't stay and will not be back. Had a lovely KFC.

Just as we were leaving over two hours later they said food is ready. By that time we had enough of them saying its coming. But was not that bizzy. Other people complaining as well. The starter was bad. It only looked if there was one man in the kitchen. Staff rude bad service. Had a lovely KFC.

I use this restaurant for takeaway food only.The restaurant isn't in the best location or have the best decor and I don't think even have a liquor license but the food has always been great.Service always leaves a lot to be desired and takeaways always take over an hour to arrive but as long as you know this in advance then the food is usually worth waiting for.

The worst curry we have ever tasted. The only thing we ate was the rice which wasn't as nice as microwave rice. The owners were more than happy to offer a replacement ( not a refund ) but being on holiday wrote it off as a bad experience.

The Worst Restaurant ever visited in the U.K. In fact this restaurant never deserves to be in the country like UK which is known for mannerism and gentleness. I along with my family visited this restaurant on my birthday evening and these guys truly spoilt the evening with their rotten service, ill-mannered behavior as if they are from some illiterate country and stale food. When complained about stale food to the manager, his behaviour truly embarrassed my presence in that stinking place. The very next day I suffered from diarrhea and lodged my complaint to Environmental Health Officer, Ashford Borough Council. So anyone planning to consume food from this restaurant do at your own risk and risk your health.
