We visited on 18.10.24 at around 6.30 pm. The experience was poor from start to finish. We sat outside as we had a dog with us, We asked for a water bowl three times to no avail. I ordered a pitter with humus, This took almost 40 minutes to arrive. However, during this time the mains That I ordered arrived within 15 minutes. The starter was therefore abandoned so the main meal didn’t go cold. I tried to speak to the staff about it, nobody really cared. Tried to contact directly, nobody replied. During the Friday evening, I was very sick. I can only assume this was due to the food. What was also really sad is that there was a group of young boys opposite, they had evidently organised to have dinner together. Despite ordering at the same time, the food was staggered at approximately 15 minute intervals. Meaning that the two boys waited 15 and 30 minutes, before eating when their friends food finally arrived. I mentioned it’s the manager as I knew that the young boys wouldn’t, the manager just shrugged. I Asked the boys if everything was okay and they said that it was, but the food was cold as it waited so long. I have been visiting Nando’s for about 16 years, and While the quality and experience during this time slowly gets worse, this was a real real shame. I’m hoping that you reach out to refund this visit -had You responded to my attempts to discuss this on the night, or via social channels. I wouldn’t have left this review. Many thanks Karl

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service from nando’s outlet restaurant. I ordered meals for 3 people and 2 of the sides didn’t show up. Not only were we missing food but all the food we received was stone cold; the sweet potato fries were hard, the chips were soggy and the halloumi was served soaked in water at the bottom of the box. I would not recommend or even consider suggesting to eat at this place, i would honestly rather starve. (and this isn’t the first time we failed to receive our whole order)

Been there yesterday (21.09.24) The young girl at the door greet us in a rude way, I told her that we need a table for 4 people, she said we need to wait around 40-45 minutes. On my way out I noticed lots of free tables and I asked another member of staff what about these tables because looks quite free to me, she asked me if I spoke with the girl from the door, I said yes, but she said we have to wait 45 minutes for a table and the answer was "well, if she said 45 minutes, you have to wait 45 minutes" in a very rude way. I understand if they are short staff or something, what I don't understand is why being lazy to do your job and serve the customers and being rude with them.

Conveniently located with the Ashford Designer Outlet in the newer section. Once inside, it feels a bit cramped - the tables are so close together that when walking to the back of the restaurant it's very much a single file affair. Great food and service - friendly front of house gave us a nice table by the window. There was a rat running outside but looked like he stayed on that side of the glass.

If you have allergies avoid, avoid, avoid. Poor. Ordered at till, lemon chicken and wild herb chicken, what arrived was neither. The spice level on both plates of food was beyond mild. There really is no point in staff asking at till if there is any food allergies- if the Kitchen don't give a hoot and plate up anything they have. This establishment is criminal and don't give a damn about it's customers.

Sorry to say this is the worst Nando’s I have been to for a number of reasons. Food which was ordered on the same order coming out sporadically with others having to wait 20 minutes after others got their food. Someone’s side salad just came out by itself and not their main chicken dish. One member of staff was great, young guy (didn’t get his name) but the rest looked miserable and unwelcoming.

Personally, my experience at Nando was horrendous because I got my chicken spicy after I explicitly asked for the lowest amount of spice. My chicken wings were burnt and tasted very dull as well as the corn. I also couldn’t get a lemonade for takeaway which shows very bad organisation. Overall I don’t recommend this place.

Me and my friends decided to have lunch at Nando’s on a nice day out when we arrived the atmosphere was not the best they sat us down on some dirty stinking table which I had to clean myself which is vios Icl I should of been paid I will not lie for doing THEIR job. Anyways let me move onto the main event the FOOD the garlic bread was baisically rock and garlic mixed together the chicken was pretty mid which is quit annoying considering my favourite YouTuber CHUNKZ glazes this place so much. My expectations were not met unfortunately don’t get me started on the broken English on our waiter. When we was leaving some random family asked if the place was HALAL and the worker said NO which was more of a Mood killer because considering me and my companions are MUZLIMS.

RUDE STAFF AND FOOD NOT AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN ORDEE ON APP!! So avoid like the plague. Staff totally useless, unhelpful, and downright lazy. The circumstances are: Arrived got shown to the table and advised to use the app to order. Plenty of staff walking round. Placed order for 1 starter and 3 meals initially. Staff wandering around. The starter arrived before I had to ask where the drinks were. Came back with 3 refillable drinks. Which is not what was ordered. Got asked by the staff what did you order? Main meals arrived by the time they had stopped moving due to the way they were slung onto the table. Another member of staff asked is everything is OK with your meal. I said I could not say as they had just arrived! After this stupidly, we ordered deserts. 2 of one desert and 1 other. The 1 arrived a few minutes later 1 of the 2 arrived. The staff then went to walk away. I asked where the other desert was. He said we have not got anymore. I said, but the app let me. You can have a refund. I said no, take this 1 of 2 away and refund me for both. I cannot do that was the reply. I asked if there was someone I could speak to. No reply but they walked off coming back with a receipt and cash in his hand. I cannot refund the card so here is the cash for the deserts. No one came to speak to me so after 5 mins we left. Nandos in the ashford outlet is to be avoided

Although the staff were very helpful seating us with an elderly wheelchair user, we were dismayed when we were told that we had to order via a QR code on the table! When I asked someone if they could take our order, we were told they don't do table service! My elderly companion would never have been able to order by QR code🤣 and I had no phone battery left. Do they do this at all Nandos? It seems very AGEIST at a time when everyone loves to shout about every inequality they can possibly think of! How about our aging population??????

I came to the designer outlet on Saturday 10th February 2024 and I wanted to eat in but the staff member said it was a half an hour wait so I decided order a take out instead and collect after 15 minutes as instructed. when I arrived home both the Churrasco and sunset burger had no salad on them only sauce and the chicken thighs- I appreciate on a busy weekend you might run out of stuff but why charge people the same amount for the burgers then? you might as well tell customers you have run out of the burgers instead. I need a refund as I was not going to ruin my weekend and come back to the outlet to tell you guys you gave me an incomplete order as you knew what you did when you were packing my order. Am very dissapointed and I need a refund as your contact number no one is answering the calls

I never ate at nados until I got invited with my friends. I instantly fell in love. The price is good and the food is amazing. Although last time they did forget about my food I had to ask them and it turns out they had forgotten. But all restaurants make mistakes so I don’t really mind at all. I love being able to choose the spice I want it to be because I don’t need to worry about the taste. I love it here so you should definitely come.

Both times I saw enough staff and felt more like an laid back attitude issue within the branch. Quite a disappointment for Nandos branding. Saturday 13th January. 3:10pm. Pathetic service. Waited 10 minutes with my baby here trying to catch the staff's eye to help me get a high chair. No one bothered asking if I needed some help. No one so much as stopped as I tried to wave I flagged this to the manager. The manager is argumentative. How she is the manager I cannot fathom. Really rude woman and very arrogant. Did not even have the decency to apologise when I flagged the poor service to her. If the staff here can't be bothered to help us or to take our orders and instead we need to go to the tills (the item we wanted was not available online, we tried!), what are they even doing here? I can get my food myself from the counter. Why do you need to hire useless people who don't understand the ABC's of customer service. The staff stand around our table and shoot the breeze with each other instead of asking how they can help. So they're clearly not waiting on us. Here's a suggestion: for what you charge us, invest in their training and teach them some manners.

I've been to 3-4 other nandos and I assumed the food is done to a certain standard as it was the same in all of them which is ok, but here it's the first time the bread rolls used for burgers and garlic bread wasn't tough as old boots and the chicken seemed more moist than usual. I enjoyed my meal in this restaurant more than I have any of the others I've been to.

I've been to better Nandos tbh. Had to exchange the garlic bread because it was stale! Had to wait for a seat because they were still cleaning tables. Good decor but it did seem that the store has already been there a while and not as shiny and new as I would have thought considering its age. Menu is the same as everywhere else do there is the consistency good expect. I won't go here again as there are other choices at the outlet to visit.

Nandos in ashford staff are very good and kind. This is our second time. Im with my autistic son. I left my fone in the toilet outlet. So i need to leave the restaurant to get my fone. But my son dont want to leave as we already order our food. One of the staff name Zayne Im not mistaken the spelling of her name...is kind enough to stay with my son while I run to get my fone. We was super happy the Nando’s is opening clotting us. We was there 10 days ago and I was super disappointed. We had a buggy with a little baby and the give us the table in middle of the restaurant (it was half empty) so the people walking by the buggy and carrying the food next to my baby it’s not safe at all. Our table was dirty we mentioned to the staff and a manger but after 10 mins nobody came to clean it. We working in hospitality more the 10 + years it’s can not happening in our restaurants. I didn’t felt welcomed and safe so we left. I love Nando’s more than 10 years but this restaurant need to change otherwise the loosing the customers.

Superb quality chicken for a Nando’s. Being in the middle of a designer outlet makes It a bit harder to be efficient and provide excellent service, but they have met expectations and I don’t want to penalise for a couple of hiccups. It’s still a relatively new restaurant so hopefully everything will be even better next time I visit.

There are some really good staff that enjoy providing good customer service. However, minority of staff are demotivated and somewhat unpleasant, in particular the staffs that make the food. My experience has been awful with soo much of salt put on the chips and the chicken. I had to swipe of the salt from the plate with a tissue. Even then you can see soo much of salt on the tissue and table, please see pictures. I feel sick now.

This is My first time in Nando’s Ashford designer outlet ( newly opened)This one is a bit unique, they have an Africa theme including the music. The place is big and clean the food is nice and the chicken is tasty. Toilet is clean. I’m glad that they have Nando’s here ,it’s our go to favourite restaurant.

Been looking forward to trying the new Nando's at the Outlet Centre and it did not disappoint. Lots of available tables and the young girls hosting were super accommodating, I visited with a large buggy and they sat us at a booth soninhad room to feed my boy. The ordering through the app couldn't be easier and the quality of food is always brilliant. Will definitely be back on my next shopping trip.

We have been yesterday there and they told us, that their wifi is not working and they don't accept card payment and today they tell us the same. You have to order at the counter and pay cash only. Bad organisation.

guy on the phone sounds like hes held here at gunpoint. so miserable. have to beg him too take my order and phone him back in 5 mins for him too fix problem of me giving him my address? literally says "what you want" "pizza" "drink" couldnt care less. pizza took a hour and is cold.... its literally 12:30...

I love Five Guys. Food was consistent and tasty like it is across the chain. I can never give Five Guys 5 stars though just because it's so expensive. Although it's tasty food, it's still fast food and the price is never justifiable. It's a very rare treat for us just because it's so expensive. Special mention for the milkshakes! I love their milkshakes, they're delicious. I think the chain could maybe consider offering a kids menu and some child friendly options. Paying full price for items that kids are not going to finish is quite frustrating. Even so, plenty of seating here, quick and efficient, good Five Guys experience. Recommend it.

I got a call about one of the pizzas missing an ingredient and found out that my toppings were mixed up,but the pizzas were already ready. they arrived barely warm 40 mins later, and i live only around 4 mins drive away. There was no information about the delay and the toppings were mixed up because of poor ordering program on the webpage. Jalapenos and spicy beef were nowhere near hot or spicy, the cheese had solidified because of low temperature, so we didn't enjoy the taste at all.

Not the cleanest of food outlets outside. There is an array of pigeon droppings along with cigarette butts and what looks like dried donor kebab meat. There has been an attempt to tidy the area at the front of the store, however, the pigeon's are a permanent nuisance. Have not eaten here any time soon. 4 star hygiene certificate displayed in window so, they have experienced problems with the outside of their building, I'm sure an ongoing irritation. Food however, is pretty good and always a very good portion of food. Salad is always fresh.

Child’s cod and chips ordered for my young son and they sent rotten old fish, it stunk and was clearly off the smell made me gag, rung to complain so they sent another fish and it was exactly the same old rotten fish that stunk of ammonia was absolutely horrendous if my toddler had eaten it I can imagine it would have made him incredibly ill, ended up having to drive to shop to prove food was bad and just offered the £4.50 back last time we will ever be using this and I recommend others use very cautiously.
