Food expensive and a bit pants if I’m honest , used to be nicer.

I used to come here everyday but then there’s a lady there that always over charges me and mucks up my order, I will always drive past if she is working the rest of the lady’s are wonderful and I really get on with! I think her name is Fiona

Portion size so small for the wrap and very expensive for what it is and the quality of it aswell

Has this place changed hands? The food used to be very good but it certainly isn’t now. Quite obviously using cheaper ingredients, no boxes just a burger wrapped in a thin napkin. Tasted awful. Oh, and no onions. Why not? They are the cheapest ingredient. Such a shame. Staff disinterested except when brandishing the CC machine. Will not buy from there again and given that there was only one customer in front of me (used to be a huge queue but worth the wait) that tells me all I need to know. Such a shame.

Updated - It's gone down hill, got gone off cheese on our food and you could tell by the obvious smell, they were just throwing different boxes with small bits of cheese left on the food to get rid of it. Couldn't keep up with the orders and were constantly asking what people wanted and still getting it wrong. Definitely won't return after what we saw, ate and experienced, such a shame. Food is delicious! The La Reva Burger is sooooo good! Honestly my favourite! Staff are always nice and happy! Food is always hot and yummy and they always ask what I want on them. Only thing I can complain about is the fryer never goes on early enough! I want a hash brown in the morning and the fryer won't be on til around 9.30/10 othe than that everything has always been amazing! Definitely would return.

Scandalous prices, very cheap quality food, horrible atmosphere. Bacon was paper thin, bread was stale and overall a very small portion.

The staff are lovely and have great customer service. Food is amazing would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

After reading other bad reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one. Firstly two old blokes cut in front of us without a care in the world and the woman just said “sorry” in a stupid voice, clearly favouring them over other customers who were there first. Then received multiple dirty looks from the same woman. Rude and unfriendly staff. Don’t care about their customers. Not wearing gloves to handle food. One woman handling money (coins) and then straight to handling food with no gloves. Won’t be coming back. Staff need to sort their attitude out.

Overpriced and very cheap ingredients Won’t be going back

Sunday morning not one person waiting I now know why! Overpriced to say the least Asked for a breakfast stick only 1 bit of bacon included! Lady behind the counter says would you like 1 more piece of bacon costing (£1.20) extra Anyway it was very cheap Ingredients and costs me £8.20 in total including a coffee I was left disappointed and didn’t really enjoy it won’t be going back again

Whilst the food is not too bad, the staff are a disgrace. They are so incredibly rude! Their attitude and the way the talk down on the customers is disgusting. One visit and several feedback from others was enough for me to never return back and to make sure, to never recommend this place. DISGUSTING

Do not even deserve the 1 star. Due to work nearby I tried buying food there three times. EVERY SINGLE TIME the staff were incredibly RUDE! They behave like the customers are beneath them or as if all customers are doing something wrong. They give dirty looks all the time. 0 customer service skills. What is worse, they don't even follow hygiene standards - no gloves and constantly touching up food after touching all other surfaces. Will never go there again, even if there is no other food option around. Disgusting service

Rude staff two members of staff but only one prepared food. Had to keep repeating myself to her of my order even though I was the only person apart from one other. Then tried giving them my change to the other person. I Won't be coming back as it's gone down hill.

Needed advise for lamp I purchased elsewhere. Was wobbly by the switch holder but Paul was extremely helpful thank you

I occasionally treat myself to a dirty burger from here (I don't mean that in a derogatory way) they always hit the spot beautifully and have never had a bad one. Highly recommend

The 2 stars are purely for the food which was an ok standard. However the staff are so rude, all three need to be taught manners let alone customer service!! Prices are quite high too, compared to others. Will not be going there again

The food is ok. However , Covid hygiene standards are lacking. No gloves; wearing masks under the chin; and constant face touching. Won't be back for a while

Friendly staff, can get busy and prices are higher than other burger vans.

First time visiting the lunchbox for a quick stop and it was lovely, price isn’t too much just right and service was very good.

Not worth the hassle,used to be very good, one member of staff unbelievably rude. I used to use it but not anymore. B&Q really need to watch who they allow to operate on their properties as this reflects badly on B&Q.

Im glad ryan managed to articulate what i thought i felt myself. Like bad vibes. No P's and Q's and a death stare like you did something wrong. Probably interrupted the fag break or something. Food was ok but allot more than the one in town cost wise. Perfectly edible but i wont go back. I cant fund miserable people. Again by comparison the chap in town is a nice guy.

Fab food, girls friendly, banter, smiling and funny. all cooked fresh in front of you. Can sometimes be really busy, but I'd rather wait than have food off a shelf. Bit more expensive than other units but you get what you pay for!!

This one of those good on honest burger vans that doesn't go far from its roots. The prices are perfectly reasonable. The staff are a good laugh and up for some banter. It's nice to see everything cooked fresh and fresh products! Well worth a stop if you have been dragged out on a DIY shopping trip or you are hanging from the night before!

Food OK but expensive for what you get

Wow! These rolls/sandwiches are to die for! Very filling. The bread is so fresh and from a local bakery and pretty good value for money considering how much is stuffed inside them. Well worth a visit for your breakfast/lunch/ whilst heading to B&Q".

Terrible customer service, kindly waited patiently and got complained at for saying nothing. After her making no effort to ask me if I wanted to order she then decided to continue complaining about me whilst her co worker cooked my food. I'm not one to ever write a review but then again I'm not one to ever get complained at for being patient waiting for my order

This large take away van in B&Q,s car park is far too hard to resist, so on several occasions We haven't. The place is always busy with all sorts of tradees etc. It always looks clean and the food is cooked freshly in front of you. There are several teams of ladies who work here (open 7 days), and their conversations can be enlightening.

Arrived ordered, both ladies after finishing arguing about bread asked again what I wanted. Once cooked she asked if I wanted it wrapped I said yes, ignored me then asked me again so I said wrapped please, ignored again and left my food in the side. Re train both ladies please they will send your business down the pan! I left telling people that we're walking over not to bother!

For a burger van The Lunchbox does excellent freshly prepared food right in front of you. The ladies are always very friendly and helpful. For a greasy spoon it's a lot higher quality than you'd expect. Definitely stop by the Lunchbox whether hungover or not!

This is the place to go if your looking for a hangover cure or a bite to eat. Staff are lovely and fair prices. Go there far too often!

Ok so it's not strictly a restaurant but if your average American corporate burger joints can get a mention then this place begs to be reviewed! There's nothing like a greasy burger van after a few drinks the night before. So after the 1/2lb cheese burger with bacon was ordered, we stood and waited smelling the goodness happening. Good quality food, cooked fresh and tasted fantastic! Get to B&Q's car park in Ashford and check this place out.
