Great food generous portions friendly and homey definitely recommend!!

My wife and I tried Dantes for the first time on last Tuesday after reading the great reviews on here. I tried Dantes home made 14" pizza. Best pizza I've ever had. The spices, the meat everything was beautiful. The base not heavy just as I like them. My wife chose the Special Burger from the board. Came with fries and a drink and she told me it's the best burger she has ever had. Well done Dantes we shall be returning again.

It's changed hands. Disappointed to be honest. Food OK but very pricey for OK food. Thought it was odd it wasn't busy but found out it's changed hands. I've given 3 stars which I think is fair.

Recently moved into the area having moved from Bolton which has a very large quantity of Asian takeaways, some excellent some awful. We've tried Sabza and it wasn't to our taste (thought it tasted like a supermarket curry) Just tried East and it ticks all the boxes for our palate. Now it's our No1 choice for a curry

Went into Cobblers today. I ordered the pie, it was bought in and had been heated in the microwave and, therefore, the pastry was soft and just awful, the tea was so weak that we sent it back, and declined the offer of a replacement My wife had a cheese sandwich, it was made from pre sliced, bought in cheese, very bland. I would not use again.

Loverly location. Must have more than a cuppa and a toasted tea cake next time.

We have eaten here many times and the food has always been 10/10 4 of us went last night starters were lovely but when mains came lamb saag and lamb rogan josh rice naan bread etc there was meat and no flavour or sauce!!!!! I wonder if it has changed hands?? Would not recommend at all

Popped in for a quiet bite to eat before 12 on a Friday, live music and fast service, food was very good and overall a very good experience

Great shop, one star deducted due to lots of shrapnel style chips. Still tasted nice but I'm not a fan of crunchy chips. Spam fritters nice, sausages nice.

Really friendly,great decor, a proper Really country feel ,small and quaint .the food was to die for all freshly baked or made the taste was stunning left me wanting more the service was really good and a good price, good choice of food would highly recommend

ERBWithout a doubt, the BEST takeaway food in the area!! The food is just superb and the Pizzas will make you think you’re back in Italy. Just fantastic!!!

Prosecco is a bit expensive for a small bottle compared to most places but servers are all really welcoming and they serve cider on draft so we return regularly.

Superb. Traditional pub food. Well presented and very tasty. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Comfortable seating.
