I ordered online through their own website. After an hour i rang up to ask if my food was on it’s way. Several times the person who answered had to go away and come back and finally told me my food would be another 30 mins. I said that wasnt acceptable and i would like a refund. She told me to cancel the order. I explained that i couldnt do that - there was no option on their website. Again back and forth until an aggressive and rude man came on the phone and said it would be 7 days. I said no i wanted it immediately and he told me to come into the shop. Shocking customer service and rudeness. Absolute thieves!

This place gone down to the hill, used to be one if the best place now one of the worse one around. Will never gonna go back, foods running out no topping up, asked few times totally ignored, paid for the drink again no topping up after finishes, pakkura was oili.

As the Old Oak is under new management and myself and partner were both home for a change, we thought it would be nice to pop in for lunch in our dinner break. Only being 5 minutes away we thought we would easily have time. We ordered a burger and a soup at 12:40 and by 13:20 there was still no sign of it - as I had to be back at work in 10 minutes we had to ask for a refund. We were told it was due out in 5 minutes but we simply had no time left. 45 minutes wait in a pub with only 2 other tables being served is unacceptable. A real shame as we were keen to support a local business and would have looked forward to going more often. As it is we won't bother again and it looks like the same story as with all the previous owners. Gave one star as the person behind the bar was polite and friendly and gave the refund with no issues.

Always amazing food! Had to wait a bit longer tonight as they were run off their feet- they put up with so much abuse which was unnecessary and put them under more pressure. They were apologetic and worked as fa etc as they can, the food was spot on as always! 🌟

Avoid this subway! I am type1 diabetic so I asked what carbs were in the sub I was eating. I was told very rudely it was on the board. I explained there was no carb info there it only shows calories. The guy (presumably the manager as he was wearing black t shirt) again told me rudely it was on the board in a very snappy way. I said it’s important for me as I need to do my insulin according to the carbs he then replied he wasn’t a scientist. I could not believe his attitude. There was a lot of rude comments made one being I should know what carbs I am eating and it was not a legal requirement to tell me the carbs (yes it is) I told him how awful his attitude towards me was, my partner got involved then the guy started swearing and laughing. It escalated and my partner being threatened with pepper spray and the police being called. (We have this filmed) he is now a wanted man by the police as he had disappeared when the police arrived. Another couple in the store agreed with us and told the guy how disgusting his attitude towards us was. This complaint has been put forward to subway head office.

We have used this takeaway a few times in the past and now have great app to order and collect. On new years eve at 8.09am, before I went to work, I ordered our usual for collection at 1 8.40. When I went in the guy had about 10tickeys but none under my name. I had the order confirmed on my tablet but he said bluntly 'no order'. My whole family ended up with toast for tea as other establishmenys busy too. I'll never use again.

Usual trip for weekly shop at Morrisons in Leyland. Breakfast first. It was wonderful as usual but made even better by the service of a young lady called coralea. She went above and beyond with some customers. Greeted at the till with lovely smile, her interaction with everyone really lovely . Nothing too much trouble. Wish there was more , coralea s in the world.

I’m so disappointed to be writing this review. We have ordered from them almost weekly for years. Tonight is the very last time we will order! Ordered at 7:15, website said delivery would be 8:15. At 8:45 it still hadn’t arrived so I rang them. I was told it was already on its way. No apology for it being late. They are ten minutes from me. At 9:15 it still hadn’t arrived so rang them again. Again completely unapologetic. I said I wanted a partial refund, at least delivery charge and they point blank refused and said a two hour wait is fine! No, a two hour wait is ridiculous!

Why o why have efes started charging 50p for using a card payment on their website. We will not be using them half as much from now on and have spent a lot of money with them in the past because it is the best kebab shop in Leyland but we are not being ripped off, plenty more out there.

We’ve been in this place for about 7 times in last 6 months. Each time they excel with their taste of food. Hot gulab jamun, mango juice, biriyani, soup— everything is delicious!

I came for a friends birthday for the first time. One of the staff members was extremely rude, tried starting a fight which I thought was very unprofessional as I have previously worked in hospitality. Very rude woman with brown hair, get her gone. Don’t visit here if you can’t deal with rude RUDE staff!!!!

The Garden restaurant was not particularly easy to find. Reasonable menu but service was not great. Our 3 cakes came in stages and not together. No drinks arrived until we had nearly finished eating. ( Normally drinks would always come first ) I queried this but the waitress just said they would arrive soon. Not impressed.

Visitamos aquí esta tarde y era la sensación muy decepcionado. No había nada en el menú que yo podía comer. Tengo un trigo intolerancia y no, mientras yo no esperes restaurantes para satisfacer las alergias a los alimentos que no esperan que sean conscientes de los ingredientes utilizados. Tuvimos una cena makeshift adecuado para un niño; 35 que esperaba para una comida adecuada para un crecido. Un amigo vegetariano preocupantemente pedí una hamburguesa vegetariana y luego descubrimos las patatas fritas son fritas en la misma freidora como el pescado por lo tanto toda rota no apropiado para vegetarianos. rápido y amable servicio por el personal del bar, pero ojalá el chef era más consciente de la comida son manipulación y cómo atender a las alergias.
