I came for a friends birthday for the first time. One of the staff members was extremely rude, tried starting a fight which I thought was very unprofessional as I have previously worked in hospitality. Very rude woman with brown hair, get her gone. Don’t visit here if you can’t deal with rude RUDE staff!!!!

Good quality pies with plenty of tasty filling. Great confectionary too. Easy to park and very pleasant staff. Nice sandwiches & soup too.

Visited this shop and to be honest wasn't the first time and won't be the last . Amazing g food . Amazing good value prices. Warm food 9n a cold day is fab aswell as cold crisp salads in summer. Can get hot and cold drinks. And also the sweet treats are indeed a treat .

The Bamber Bridge shop is very convenient for me to just pop in as I pass quite often. I am always very underwhelmed by the staff in the shop, they never smile and sometimes it all seems like too much trouble. The food is fairly good although I would prefer to be able to buy pies that are cold rather than just lukewarm, they are never hot.

Excellent place to go to when I'm not arguing with my husband. They give me free cakes to cheer me up. They escort me home to my miserable husband on club street.

This is one of the best bakeries in the area. The choice and quality of pies are superb. There is a large selection of sandwiches which are made on site which are delicious. The cakes are lovely. The staff are always friendly and efficient. All in all you cannot fault this bakery.

This is quite a low key bakery and internal sit down restaurant. Take-away customers and sit in's go to the counter to order. There are loads of cakes to choose from and you can see the kitchen from the counter. Hot beverages and other hot savoury items are available and it gets quite busy so sometimes there's a queue. (It's a;so just over the road from the weekly auction's.)

Potential to be a great pub. Had a good band playing. But £14.50 for two single vodkas and 1 can of red bull is enough to stop me going again

Ordered today at half 3, order came at 5. Cookie dough was cold and had spilt everywhere. The worst cookie dough I’ve eaten, I only had 3 spoon fulls before throwing it away.

Food was OK nothing exceptional. The staff behind the bar where great however the young man serving food had long hair some tied back but thd front and side not. He walked wuth his head down so his hair was hanging in the food 🤮 absolutely disgusting

Vannot comment on the food, but went in to get italian cookies bc it is an italian place with desserts, right? Did not have. No problem but asked the guy why and really did not have an answer. Instead, having managed food establishments in my past, he should have said, let me take your name and number and I will look into it further and see if can connect you to someone here who can possibly get italian cookies for you. This approach could very likely lead to great sales and demands from other customers to buy italian cookies. Btw, i managed a italian specialty place, high volume, deli, catering, bakery and special groceries for many years as in 20. This place ought to reconsider their position on such customer requests. Food business rule 101-find a way to accomodate customer.
