The best restaurants serving Default food in Saddleworth North Oldham North West

Ordered two different meals from the menu. Both meals arrived with several items missing. When I complained, their response was incredibly off hand and I won't be returning.

We visit the Church Inn regularly with family, on our last visit we had taken two of our grandchildren for lunch. We were disappointed in one of the children’s meals, the fishfingers that he had asked for were of poor quality resulting in them being left, I tried them myself and agreed that they weren’t nice. We ordered ice cream for the children, it was more like frozen water the children left it telling us it wasn’t nice. I tried the ice cream and agreed again it was awful. It’s not cheap eating out, but when some of the food is of poor quality it makes even more expensive. I hope this review is read as constructive rather than negative.

Local pub, friendly and helpful .

Stayed at a cottage in Dobcross and ended up eating here most days. Beautiful cosy historic inn with excellent quality food and cask ales. The Sunday lunch was outstanding whilst the Tuesday steak night offer featured probably one of the best steaks I have ever had....cooked to perfection. The staff and landlady are really welcoming, attentive and friendly....really made our week.

I used to go there in the past and food was better ,but yesterday took the grandkids ,and the food was very disappointing for 130 pounds .I had penne pollo Di fungio which had 3 small pieces of chicken ,spaggeti was not cooked properly(i had pasta not penne) drenched in wat felt like 2 kg of salt and drenched in a brown sauce with lots of mushrooms, wen the menu says chicken cream and mushrooms and wine why does it turn out brown?,my wife had carbonara ,also very salty,spaggeti very hard,and again very brown, bear in mind we didnt it meant to b white pasta, i thought carbonara meant to be creamy white, and ended up eating a lot of garlic bread ,which was also very soggy, very dissapointing overall will not be returning in that restaurant again.staff were good,there wen u need them ,,

Came across this little gem whilst working on nearby Waterside Cottage on finishing my work for the day tired and hungry I decided to call in and was greeted by Sue the landlady and friendly locals within seated myself close to nice inviting log burner with lovely pint of well kept beer and there gorgeous home made cheese and onion pie i well recommend this place 👌 Keith Woolstencroft Roofing Contractor

Friendly staff, but overpriced, poor quality food. Avocado on toast was more like some weird guacamole, that was very lemony and smushy - yuck! Poached eggs nice. Kids burger really cheap 'beef'. Terrible smell as well - like extreme wet dog or gone off milk? It was truly awful.

Never been before despite living locally. It was OK, but I won't return unfortunately. The coffee was lovely, however the lemon drizzle cake was dry and lacking lemon flavour. Service was really slow and it just looked untidy and not what I thought it'd be.

Gorgeous food and goid service. Lovely breakfast with quality ingredients we enjoy coming. Staff attentive healthy options drinks lovely and goid choice parking small but ok . Nice outdoors and indoors

Went on a recommendation and was lovely. Went at 10am for Saturday morning breakfast Great coffee and service. Persian eggs with chorizo were nicest I’ve ever had….family who all had the small English breakfast said was plenty and very nice. Will be back for sure!!!

Never had a bad night in the Bulls Head and I'm a local. Stewart will look after you... Top guy! If you want a tune on, all you have to do is ask!

Closed down ? Supposed to be open Friday afternoon but not today. Try Hare and Hounds instead at uppermill 4quid in an uber and open

Great Sunday lunch, always really enjoy our visit.
