The best restaurants serving Default food in Manchester North West

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the food including the grill items were all fresh and correct. The store was very busy and overcrowded which made it uncomfortable but this wasn’t anything the staff could have changed they were doing their best.

Service was okay, however it was the worst chicken chow mein I have ever had. It was more like a soup and definitely not fried in a wok. Far too overpriced for what they serve however, good portion.

Currently waiting an hour for my order when the website said 20- 30 minute wait time , so i called the store just to make sure they weren’t lost or anything ( wasn’t even a big order btw ) and lady on the phone was rude and just snapped back that it will still be another 15 minutes - no apology or anything! We will see if the food even bloody turns up at this point! My daughter is hungry and i have to explain that i have no idea when the food or if it will show up! 😭 Hope it’s worth the wait LOL!

Instantaneous delivery of food and cheap (£8.99 for Chicken burger, fries and Drink). Drink is 400 ML plastic cup, with straws allocated in restaurant with free sauces and wooden culterly.

I opted to go to this restaurant, seeing as I had been asked when I first checked in. Getting sat down, and the order was extremely quick. What let it down was the fact that part of my order was missing and I still got charged for something that came 40 minutes later. I initially thought oh it would come soon, but I spent 30 minutes waiting for fries, and no one came to check up on me checking if the food was okay. The server had apologised, and I waited another 10 minutes. He had "knocked" it off my bill, but I still paid the full meal because I had given up with the service. I am assuming it is for service charge, but £4 for service that I barely received? The couple who had been placed next to me had been charged for something they didn't get, and they told the server right away. Overall, the food was amazing, but it's a shame that the service really let it down. I went with the cod loin with chorizo and pepper stew (they had no butter beans).

Worst kebab I have ever had ! Looks nothing like the published photos cold flatbread with red cabbage in the bottom and a minute bit of chicken wrapped in foil for £12

They cancel your order after the delivery driver is on its way so you never even get the food, waited for this for my lunch and now I don’t have any time to get anything else to eat.

Sub optimal. Soggy pakoras and sloppy masala. Over 30 mins late. Won't be back.

Late, yet again. Phoned the place and no apology. They’re 5 min from me yet showing as ‘with the driver’ for 20 min. Phoned them to see where it was to be told ‘you’ll have to ask the driver’. This has happened before. Very poor customer service, had to cancel the order as they couldn’t tell me when it’d arrive. Nice food from previous collection order but let down by the delivery.

Piensa que la tienda ha cambiado de manos. Esperé 40 minutos por un sándwich de sheesh. Pero lo peor de todo es que el cordero karahi que solía ser el mejor en mcr era terrible

NO GRAVY SAUCE AGAIN!!! Every single time I use this app for KFC they leave something off the order... absolutely useless 👎
