KFC Manchester Airport in Manchester

Truly awful. Staff member named Fahima is the rudest person i have met in all my life, clearly wearing a different shirt to other staff members gave her the idea she could talk to them in a rude manner and once i complained about my incomplete order she rolled her eyes and snatched the bag back off me, very aggressive in her manner and seriously needs a talking to about her vile behaviour

Myself and some of my fellow comrades visited the establishment and we thought we were in for a bussin experience but left rather disappointed. Didn’t even have a full menu no double down (snapping), drinks machine broken and scabbing portions. The icing on the cake came we the worker on the till gave me a cheeky grin and farted on my zinger burger which was my second choice as the double down was not available. I would like to say I would never visit again but I might have to as it is the only place available at Terminal 3 I’m sickened.

27th December Long waits for food and then sent out with some items that were cold. For the price you expect better I ordered a mighty bucket for one there was a delay on the chicken tenders was not told at point of order, waited approx 15 mins when eventually got the food headed towards my gate trying to get a seat - Tenders were hot but fries and chicken pieces were cold.

AVOID! Decided a nibble of chicken just before my flight would be a good way to start my NYE evening… 😕 3hrs later, whilst travelling through Barcelona to my location I was greeted by some lovely stomach pains that resulted in a whole 8hr saga of vomit and more ✨I’m 90% sure it’s a result of that god awful food. Do yourself a favour and avoid like it’s Covid-25 🤢 or bring a new meaning to the KFC bucket 😅

I thought this was a good place to grab a bite before my flight. Boy was i wrong! Chicken tasted like it was heated in the microwave and the drink had some hints of cleaning product to its taste

This KFC was one of the best I’ve ever had. The chips were seasoned perfectly and the chicken was perfectly juicy / crispy. Freddie served us and was really lovely and passionate. He appreciated the compliment. Good value for money too! £5.99 for the Mega Box, which included: 1 x gravy, 1 x chips, 2 x hot wings, 1 x mini fillet and one drumstick.

Instantaneous delivery of food and cheap (£8.99 for Chicken burger, fries and Drink). Drink is 400 ML plastic cup, with straws allocated in restaurant with free sauces and wooden culterly.

Stale, old and expensive Chicken tasted like it was hours old, they messed up my order and wouldn't change it back Staff are clearly incompetent and care more about when their break is than actually follow food safety regulations

T3 , check in not rush as expected, but inside ( duty free area ) full of traveler . Choice KFC base on less queue , good service & not long waiting for my meals .

This is where I had the single best KFC in my entire life I'm not a fast food person but by God that 4 piece menu with fried, mayo ketchup, sat in front of the gate for a flight for Budapest was the best fast food meal I've had in my life, girl who served me was cute too

I visited here on Friday 8th of March everyone was really nice except for the woman serving. Extremely rude throwing the bags of food at everyone and when missing an item and politely asking to replace no apology just a very rude don’t want to be here attitude threw missing item in bag and threw and eye rolled. Never complain about workers however she is extremely rude and she should not be dealing with customers with an attitude like that

Was served by the loveliest man called James! He recommended us meals to help us save money on our order. Very kind, funny and great kisser!

The chicken coating tasted stale and the chicken was very dry. It tasted like it had been cooked, left for ages and then warmed up. The zinger burger was as dry as cardboard. They gave us an exchange but it was no better. The portions were smaller than most kfcs too.

I feel sorry for those who order from this restaurant. The kitchen is very slow. The workers are better with their mouths than their hands.Mobile phones are used in the kitchen during working hours..which is not allowed, so the waiting time is more than 30 minutes..I am not satisfied.

I don’t know what to rate atleast you separate fry the fries 🍟 so we can have them but you use same oil using for everything and the guy very honest when I ask him is this halal anything or even fries 🍟 he said no even we use same oil for fires also only you can get veggie kfc need to sort this issue because everywhere in uk you can have them but at the airport a lot of peoples can’t use kfc

I visited the KFC (terminal 2 arrivals) this evening 06.11.23. The customer service was fantastic, very friendly and efficient. The food was hot and tasted the freshest I have had in a long time.

We were served in Terminal 3 by a the most incredible gentleman I think his name was James, he was so lovely and funny and just made our trip so much better before it had even started, he’s a credit to the company

All 3 of my original fried chicken pieces were quite small (wing, rib, keel). Service was very quick at 9am. Spent £9 on colonel’s meal for one.

KFC is always nice & this one is no different, nice good good service.

This was a huge deal; I bought a Twister wrap meal before my flight and the Twister wrap. was. wrapped. TIGHTLY. You go, KFC Manchester Airport!! Look at that nice Twister.

The most disgusting kfc I've ever been served. Goodness only knows how long chicken had been sat there. So dry it was inedible even after dipping in gravy. Complained to manager, who couldn't care less. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Absolutely NO KFC flavour to the chicken. Some of it was very dry. Would definitely never order KFC here again.

This place is actually open, not temporarily closed. They didn’t have normal burger, just zinger. And they didn’t have soft drinks, just water or tea. I still got charged the same though.

On peak hours there is not enough staff to pick orders but the cook is pretty quick. The staff was very helpful and nice!

The staff on today, serving at 05:40 were brilliant. Really cheery, happy, engaging and awesome customer service. A great bunch of guys and a credit to KFC. If only all their staff were like this. Well done lads, put a smile on my face before my flight and food was spot on too.

Horrible experience by the assistant manager(He introduced me like that) Mr. Mohammed. I couldn't even get my food.... He denied giving food for me and family..... Only because of I wanted to change my soft drink with something else.... He denied giving water.... Denied giving Hot chocolate because of no lid for the cup ( even I asked to serve hot chocolate in soft drink cups)... Asked to swap with something else..... I would accept even without drink... But by that time he was not at all ready to listen my words.... but trying to kick me out of Restaurant.... It was Horrible experiance

Extremely greasy and oily (it's KFC, what did you expect) but it's the restaurant in terminal 3 with best quality/price ratio so if you want hot food it's your best choice. A bucket of fried chicken, chips and drink for 9 pounds versus an overpriced mediocre burger/pizza/hotdog (overpriced drink not included) you get at the other restaurants of the terminal. No wonder it has long queues.

Surprisingly quick service (especially as the Rest of the Terminal seems very slow right now).

I really wish i could post a review about the food…but they didn’t allow me to come in to order! They closed at 7pm because they didn’t have more food. And they told us to leave the queue at 7pm. With really bad manners and very disrespectful. I told a waitress I didn’t understand why I have to leave the queue and her response was: good for you. You cannot talk to a customer that way.

Cero recomendable, después de casi 45 minutos de cola viene el encargado y nos dice a las siete de la tarde que cierran a las siete, por lo que tras la espera no nos dejan ni pedir unas tristes patatas, le decimos a una de las camareras que no entendemos porque no nos dejan pedir si llevamos tanto tiempo en la cola y nos contesta "good for you" bastante impresentables y maleducados

Id like to shout out to the gentleman named nick who was Generally a lovely guy. Deserves a promotion. Lovely man and so nice even at the end of his shift. Thank ypu and i will enjoy my flight back to dublin

Had ginzer and fries at airport restaurant. Those fries are absolutely not what KFC serves anywhere else. And the bread had sweet flavour that is a bit different (awkward).

Worst KFC I've ever had. Just lettuce and some mayo with chicken, that's all my zinger burger was. Come on, no tomatoes or gherkin??

Le pire des KFC ! 3 tables seulement , toutes encore pleine de déchets . La commande arrive froide , et surtout notre interlocuteur a été très désagréable, aucune patience avec notre anglais approximatif , voir même très désagréable.

Speed of service, 5*, Lack of use of app 0*, Food cold, 2* Realising burger was cold after going through security...chips and baked beans were hot, the rest ended up in the bin... 3* overall today. Reminder to check food before leaving the cafe, bar and duty free shops a must for any passenger.

Love this place all cooked fresh so never disappoints

Nice change to burgers and fries. Quick service friendly staff and the food was piping hot. No seats and tables, however there are plenty scattered about around terminal 3. The prices seem fairly reasonable given that it's in an airport. 👍👍👍👍

So was a little stressed out with the family holiday with many things going wrong and after asking numerous staff throughout the airport i just got passed pillar to post and found everyone unhelpful until our group came across a lovely polite guy called Andy (andrew) who works in the t3 what an absolute legend litrally at the point of loosing it what a credit this guy is went above and beyond well done pal x

Quick and nice good to have it a fast food in terminal 3 at Manchester airport as there is nothing else. I liked the daddy burguer.

Limited KFC menu. Staff were friendly and helpful, but clearly stressed, so some people in the queue ahead of me ended up getting incorrect orders - mine was thankfully correct. The quality of the food was ok (not fantastic), but this is a really (and I emphasise REALLY) small KFC, and you'll be lucky if you find a table and chairs to sit and eat at. There are toilets nearby within the terminal building. It is a wheelchair accessible branch. I'll probably try another restaurant next time I fly from here.

Probably the worst KFC in the UK. By far. They will never get the order right. Order large, get small. Run out of an item, they will replace it for something else without asking. Request a particular piece of chicken, get the opposite. Not sure if the area manager visits this KFC but definitely should... get an inspection done ASAP. Last one: ordered a big daddy box meal with beans and thight. What I got was a fillet burger with small fries, drink in a cup of coffee, gravy half empty and a wing. Pathetic.

Chicken is amazing.. but we had to stand up to eat it.. only 2 stools for 4 tables!
