Unfortunately, my friend and I were made to feel very uncomfortable throughout our dining experience at Cicchetti Manchester. From the moment we walked in the door, we had staff members pointing at us, laughing and whispering to one another. As two 22 year old girls who were excited for their first visit to Manchester, this is not something we expected from a restaurant claiming to be ‘exceptional.’ We really enjoyed the food so to have our evening ruined by the staff was very disappointing. For this reason, we wouldn’t return.

Great dining experience. Family meal we all enjoyed the food we ordered. Children had chicken gourmet burger meals which the said were very tasty. All elements were fresh good quality ingredients. The Beef brisket fries are delicious. The lamb tava was delicious an authentic Pakistani style karahi curry. The Beef burger we ordered was delicious one of the best we have had in Manchester halal restaurants. Desserts were good too. Lovely interior, bright modern furnishings. The service was very good, friendly attentive staff. Was a bonus to be able to park easily at the Tesco car park. Great family restaurant. Can’t wait to return and try out other dishes.

Honestly, coming here alone or with family is fine but the day I went with my friend the manager or owner or whoever treated us with disrespect and acted as though we were little kids. Quite condescending and while its usually ok I think whoever that was that was dealing with us was very unfair and unkind so I would not recommend to students or younger people because if you go, be ready to be met by a condescending rude manager who has no respect for the customers. So overall it is a generally good restaurant but I think this can improved upon as the staff are generally pleasant but I think this one manager/whoever's actions were wrong and unprofessional

Visited Tesco's cafe cheetemhill Monday the 9/9/24 For breakfast. The food was terrible Bacon cold full of fat and undercooked Sausages must have been the cheapest they could use Same for beans Egg the same all you could taste was cheap oil Toast cold The good point Cup of tea was nice .

You should not come here.I placed an order but I received the incorrect order.The staff were rude,gave attitude and not friendly.When I asked her how long my orders going to take she kept on saying 4-5 minutes after about 35 minutes.They were on their phones chatting while cooking.There hair we’re all out and not in buns.This place is very unhygienic.The floor and tables needed wiping because they were very dirty and lots of mess on tables.They never washed there hands.She was touching her phone and cooking.This place took a ver long time about 55 minutes just to get my order.This never used to be like this.I used to come here often and it was quick,hygienic and really good.I think it is the new managements.

The quality of the meat is something else, im a lamb chop lover ive tried lamb chops across the uk, these chops are something else mashallah… the chops r so thick and the lamb is cooked beautifully mashallah. Deffo will come to manny just for these chops

Very nice food and service and seems very clean

Could do with a complete overhaul in terms of the quality of food on offer and staff attitude, some of them really do not want to be there and it shows. At no point did we feel welcomed or that our custom was wanted or required.

Very nice milkshakes in-fact one of the best milkshake I ever had it comes with large portion which is good

Decent food, delivery was early but missed out a kebab, when contacted, very friendly and apologetic and got it too me within a half an hour so all and all am impressed and enjoyed the scran too !

service took forever, one member of staff on a very busy night not happy at all!

This has to be the worse place I've ever had food from, bland tasteless and the curry sauce is like water, sausage was red inside not even cooked, the chips was discusting I ended up putting the lot in the bin, don't bother wasting your money
