You should not come here.I placed an order but I received the incorrect order.The staff were rude,gave attitude and not friendly.When I asked her how long my orders going to take she kept on saying 4-5 minutes after about 35 minutes.They were on their phones chatting while cooking.There hair we’re all out and not in buns.This place is very unhygienic.The floor and tables needed wiping because they were very dirty and lots of mess on tables.They never washed there hands.She was touching her phone and cooking.This place took a ver long time about 55 minutes just to get my order.This never used to be like this.I used to come here often and it was quick,hygienic and really good.I think it is the new managements.

The pizza was not at all good. It didn’t taste well also it was not fresh . I’ll surely not recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible we ordered a pepperoni pizza it was filled with cheese to an amount you couldn't eat the crust was unedible In my opinion don't get this for your kids as it made my daughter sick What a waste of money! I will Never order again .

Receive a 10” peri pizza overcooked and in single piece of bread. The pizza was not even cut into peices. I called the restaurant and they do not even bother to worry about anything and concluded that we do not have a delivery driver. Very disappointing. Not recommended

The delivery driver started arguing with me saying its hard to find the address and he was up and down my road ive been in the freezing cold for the past 15 minutes waiting

The size of the mini burgers is tiny. The chicken inside is hit and miss. I had one mini burger with literally a tiniest shred of chicken. The buns were stale. Not sure if the size of the buns is small or they wrapped them too tight and it turned them into a sharpie. Service is atrocious. The girl at the till was obnoxious, full of attitude. Couldn't be bothered replying to my greeting. No thank you or welcome. Common courtesy evades her. Long hair not in a net. Grown fingernails. How can she be handling food? Clearly, to them, hygiene is overrated! Dirty greasy seating. Obviously kids wipe hands on almost everything. Staff should be cleaning surfaces regularly. Ripped/torn seat cushions. Shop is showing it's age. No upkeep. Competition is much better.. Go elsewhere.

The burger at this place is just raw used to be so good even since the new owner changed the food at this restaurant gone downhill never getting Dixy Chicken again

Half of my delivery wasn’t order till 20mins after I got the first half, the chicken was undercooked over all terrible experience and will never be ordering again regret the £26 I spent on it.

I ordered tika pizza and there are not cooked properly and the chicken is very hard and the chicken pieces is very big and that piece like a left over burger chicken pieces I thrown it becz the chicken is very hard and can’t eatable I don’t recommend it They are just making fool and they charged too much also customer services are very bad staff behaviour is very poor and very rude

Ordered food only half of it came even said the whole order on the receipt we got yet only half was there and when we tried to call up to tell them they then said we can only come and collect the food when we couldn't then tried lying saying they havent made any orders for just eat and tried saying it was a different shop even though the address is on the receipt

got half my order wrong .. so my child hasn't been able to eat a proper dinner as u gave me 3 hot wings instead of 1 peace of chicken so very disappointed n now having to spend more money so much child has a proper dinner as I got the box meal to share between my 2 small children never ordering from hear again

food was freezing cold and soggy when it finally arrived. the expected time of delivery kept changing . when the courier finally arrived he first went to the wrong address and then said it was because he got lost. this is the second time this week I have issues with this restaurant. I ordered food on Monday and then missed items. I'm not using this restaurant again!! absolutely awful.

The chicken is terrible, extremely old and not even crispy. It feels like eating a dough and frozen bread, so I suggest avoiding it unless you want to experience stomach issues after just eating a few pieces. Just a waste of money and time .

Great Atmosphere to sit and eat, but we purchased a wings meal, which was around 9 pounds. The taste is not good, both wings and fries.

Please don't order from here if you want nice food. Order arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes, some of it was wrong, and didn't taste good at all - the oil was dripping of the wings and the burger, which was all squashed and tasted very dry - we had to throw the whole food away, and order something else again. Please sort your customer service and the quality of food - it's shocking how bad and disgusting it Is, clear that they are not following basic cooking principals when cooking chicken. AVOID

My daughter was hungry so I bought her a peri peri chicken, she enjoyed it. The counter staff was very friendly towards my daughter and even gave her a sweet. Would definitely come again.

My pizza was squished because of the way the delivery guy had stored/packed it on his bike! When I showed him he told “ow well just get refund from just eat”! Also part of my order was missing so i called the takeaway and spoke to someone who struggled to understand me and then told me it’s not his fault, its drivers fault and claimed he had packed the missing items so he doesn’t know! Ow and he also told me to just ask for refund from Just eat! We’re is the dedication to produce and deliver good quality, tasty food? And the response from both to just get refund from just eat! Clearly takeaways are making profit and charging us extra if they don’t care when customers get refunds!

I ordered tandoori and peri hot chicken pizza. There is only big chunks of halapenos and nothing else. No chicken no onion and no other toping. Waste of money. Ripping of peoples money. They used to be good but its going down day by day. See pics you can see nothing rather than jalapeño

I will never buy pizza ever again from Dixy.Even i told my husband not to buy pizza from Dixy but he said lets try again may be its better this time Yesterday He paid £14.99 for 2 pizzas on deal. They baked it with old dough that was not fresh that made my 2 little daughter’s sick.and its smell was awful.

the periperi chicken pizza wasn't nice at all, the chicken was burnt and cut in tiny cubes which I found really weird and has left a very bad after taste in my mouth, all onions and peppers where chucked in chunks in both pizzas just really disappointed and will definitely not order from here again.

Burgers were uncooked as it was pink from the inside you could feel it when eating it. I went inside to return the burgers and the guy said it’s been marinated like this way. I know the difference between uncooked and cooked burger. I didn’t argue but left. I don’t care about the money but service is what matters. Absolutely horrible place for the money you’ll sell your soul. Learn to accept what’s right and what’s wrong.

Been there with my friends the other day and we had rice platter which includes rice, chicken piece or wings, salad and a drink. Taste wise it is really good and price is not high as well, so all in all, a good pick if you wanna have some good economical and filling food.

I have lived in north Manchester for 5 years and never order takeaway from this area because it’s disgusting - my sister forced my to order Dixy today and it was amazing beautifully tender sizzle chicken burger the best I’ve ever had, the mini cheese burger so nice and crispy wings no dead tasting chicken very clean tender fresh and tasty I’m very impressed and I’m hard to please! Well done keep it up stay consistent and don’t ever change!

Hands down best chicken fillet burger. Very difficult to find a fresh burger these days and everytime it has been super fresh and crispy. Big chunky crispy wings and good quality meat for poppers, will be ordering again
