When they only open was delicious.Was there recently few times each time my burger swims in the souce chicken dry chips dry and service below zero .Never gonna go back there waste of money

I always pay for curly fries and always get regular ones,peri chicken burger and wings are just amazing

Customer service was on point, however, the food was not even close. The chips were soggy and not fully fried. The burger looked delicious and the chicken piece looked massive, but upon looking inside, it showed extremely slimy and full of batter. The taste was awful. I couldn't taste the chicken since there was more batter than chicken, and it was full of oil. After just three or four bites, I couldn't eat any more. The price of the meal was £8.50, and it's not worth the price .

The milkshakes are the best here. Would recommend that as the best thing on the menu! The man of the match milkshake and smarties are the most popular for our group.

From first walking in, I should've walked back out. The guy on the till was very unfriendly and immediately began rushing me to order. The place was empty. No one sitting, no one waiting. It was my first time in the store so I felt pressured to choose without really looking. He told me "5 minutes" and we sat down. 5 minutes turned into 20 minutes before the food actually came. On sight, it looked fine, but the kids beef burger had pickles which I hadn't read in the description, but may have just been because I was being rushed. My burger, the Signature, I also wasn't aware would be a bit spicy but again, probably hadn't been allowed to read that. The beef burger was raw in places, not just in the middle but at the edges, too. I've attached a photo of this. It was overall very underwhelming food, same as any takeaway, but at double the price. I would not recommend it at all.

Brother Hammad was amazing, top notch Service. Food was fresh and amazing. FRESH Chicken !!! Price was pricy but good for what you get and for the area! :) Highly reccomend if you've got the dough to get their dough wrapped in chickeny goodness, for sure for sure ! :D

Fried chicken burger is very nice smash beef burgers just ok but the mince is of very low quality, too much fat and muscle in the meat hence very hard to digest, only serious problems were the kids beef burgers , they used lowest quality frozen patties in kids burger while they have a big writhing on the wall beside the counter where they claim everything is freshly made, this is cheating, I would not get my kids frozen burgers at any cost , sorry

Service was good and shop looks clean but there is STH wrong with food here first time I had food from here I had a funny tummy and thought it might be STH else but when I had it again I was hundred percent sure their chickens are not for me . I don't think I will ever try here again

Good quality food but consistency of flavours varies. You can go and get a burger and it’ll be packed with flavours, but the next time it wouldn’t be the same. I got a Double Century Burger and it was flavourless, Banana Milkshake was good as usual. The Cookie Dough is traditionally one big round cookie but Players present theirs as 3 small and individual cookies (which isn’t the best) but their Waffles are nice and soft🙌.

First an foremost only went in for a shake as gelato passion down the road had ran out of milk lol Anyway once tried food maybe I will change review but for now just the shake I can review. I went for the match of the day milkshake which is ferrero rocher an strawberry amongst other things. I have to say it was average at best and way too many nuts in it for my liking. Cost me £6 which is probably the normal manchester price so no complaints there. I have had alot better but as said I will definitely go back an try food in'sha'allah in the future an then maybe change review.

I recently ordered from Players, and I have to say that I was very impressed with both the food and the service. The menu has a great selection of food and everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered Double Century, Peri Peri wrap, two milkshakes kinder Bueno 2x and a biscoff The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu, and they made sure that our order was delivered promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend Players to anyone looking for a great takeaway experience. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is excellent. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
