Absolutely Disappointed – Never Again! Ordered from Locked N Loaded Stafford and honestly, I’m beyond annoyed. I placed my order 15 minutes before closing, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, more than half the order was missing, and the burger I got wasn’t even the one I ordered. To make it worse, because it was so close to closing time, I couldn’t even contact the restaurant to sort it out. I spent £35 on this order and got nothing close to what I paid for. It’s just not good enough. I won’t be ordering from here again – a total let down.

An absolute joke they are just overcharging people just because u are drunk doesn’t mean u should get overcharged also for uncooked foods I won’t recommend anyone going to this or eat anything here

What a shame! Ordered 2 drink - appreciate the sunshine and the busy day- having worked in hospitality for years . To be refused a proper glass when you pay £12 for 2 drinks is a bit of a take a mic moment - especially with the attitude from the lady serving me. The lads behind the bar are always great, but to be told no when there were clearly clean proper glasses behind the bar is a bit of a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I expected more from you Baltic Fleet …

Well used to like this place bt tonight we ordered as a family i always get a meat feast calzone no chicken no jalapeons no peparion tonight the 1st calzone went bk was burnt to a crisp second calzone came bk 100 times worse all that was in it was peparion an loads of jalapeons i will never order frm here again tried to ring them bk number of times no ansa sorry ALI i wont order again

Late as always, not using again

Ordered from here . Took 90 mins . Then received a notification saying it has been delivered with 0 food delivered . The contact number isn’t contactable and doesn’t even go to a voicemail , so no way to even know what it going on . This place is an absolute joke of a scam . Stay 10 miles clear . So cheeky .

I went to this Greggs today and this man who putting pasties out was near my food what I was paying for! It’s not the man who served me but the man was putting pasties out tried to knock into my food and he also knocked into hand!! For no real whatsoever and didn’t even say sorry and he did that on purpose and I walked out the shop being upset and how rude was that and it’s not right what he did and I won’t be coming back here!!

I ordered chilli beef sweet and sour chicken balls sweet and sour king prawn balls chilli beef changed to not chilli wontons the gentleman didn't listen and didn't do the chilli beef just the changed one! the chicken balls were overdone and the beef was very chewy and over cooked. the wonton were also over done! over all the whole experience was bad 👎 wouldn't recommend them at all!
