Meatballs very very over done And dry. Everything else sound

After a little visit to the hospital, popped in to go get a breakfast baguette, only to be told that they don’t take American Express, I checked beforehand and this is what it said enclosed in the photo. Rather disappointing ☹️

Lovely young lady served me her name was lizzie .very polite ..friendly .ordered a few things .food was lovely fresh and filling ..Nice little chat as it was a little quiet .Nice to be served by a pleasant well mannered young lady.definately call in again

The only subway near me that’s decent food always arrives how it’s ordered . The only comment is they’re stingy with the sauces lol

delivery service was great, staff keep heating up the food when it gives the option not too I prefer it cold; as it dries out the bread and makes the salad soggy

I had to spend around £8 on a foot-long bread. It was great

If you have any food allergies do not order from here make sure you get food in person as they are too stupid to read simple instructions about food allergies absolute morons work here

A lovely young lady with glasses served me today with a smile even though she was stuck working on her own, she was kind, polite and friendly the entire transaction, big props to her 👏🏻

Gonna give zero stars all around here. My food arrived and the tamper sticker that tells you if your food has been messed with was damaged. The corner of the sticker was completely ripped off and the bag was open. I've been spiked before and I'm extremely cautious. The whole order went in the bin and I've reported this to just eat. I didnt feel safe eating this at all. Waste of over 25 pound. Which is ridiculous for a sandwich in the first place. Not happy.

Missing sauce, cookie and drink

Server wouldn't let me get a word in, didn't include what I asked for on the sub, and terrible customer service. Would not recommend, absolute waste of money

the sub was cold with far too many jalapenos and the cookie was thin with holes in it

Did not receive the nacho chicken bits with order only got the sauce that comes along with the meal and the my sub. I was very disappointed as this is the second time this subway chain has forgotten something from my order last time it was hash browns and this time it’s the nacho chicken bites. Very poor will not be ordering from them again.

Avoid. They frequently pull out sandwiches too early from the oven or set it for a lesser time. There are set times for different meats for a reason. A few of us have been unwell after eating from this shop on different occasions. I discussed this with management, who assured me they would get back to me, but never did. Escalated it via Subway, waiting to hear back.

Absolutely awful. Whoever made my sandwich needs retraining. Hardly any chicken what so ever. Mostly an onion and bread sandwich!!! Absolutely horrible. For the price!!! I expected better. I ordered 2 sets of 3 cookies and a rainbow cookie. Cookies was missing!!! Not happy what so ever!!! Im disabled and unable to cook. I was looking forward to this!!!! Shameful!!!

Driver was rude, subway colleague put wrong receipt on bag( I have picture) which meant we got none of our order and couldn’t re order as they’d stopped orders.

I didn’t even get my order i dont how it can be happen that nobody delivered my order and its showing delivered.Although, i was standing at the door before the arrival time of delivery but i didn’t get. How can a company can expect from me that i can recommend about justeat to somebody else after all this. Other food delivery companies were far better on the spot

Order completely wrong mixed 2 sandwiches up n mix n matched all ingredients n just made a mess just follow what’s on the note it’s not that hard

I ordered a bmt with extra cheese it cam with no ham an the tinest bit of cheese an was so hard I could probably hammer a nail in the wall with it’s normally really nice from here I use this one a lot but I think after today I’ll try somewhere else

It was cold and delivered too late. The driver had been tried to find my address which door have number in front of. So he just passed my door without to stop or see all doors on the street have numbers.

Amazing fast food shop. Lovely and friendly workers. Queues can be long but usually served between 5-7 minutes. Meal deal prices. Great snacks. Dine in or take away. Staff ask about your day and make wonderful conversation.

Bread was rock hard Top Half was Italian bottom half was seeded Wrong salad and sauce

It's Subway you can have whatever or the same as all the other subways sandwiches 🥪

They should be ashamed of their selves with the quality they service online orders, bread not toasted lazy saggy packaging all in all not the typical subway experience you would normally expect. It's a shame since I've been in store before and the quality difference is night and day I guess since the customer is not there to complain about the quality they just don't care.

The footlongs we ordered were perfect, just enough sauce and perfectly toasted, delivery driver was lovely, food was hot when it got here!

Lovely food, they left a note saying there was no Pepsi max so they gave me diet instead. The person who wrote that was sure in themselves as they wrote it with conviction and confidence. There was no “ifs or buts” about it, I can admire that we lack men like that in our society today.

Missing items wouldn’t mind but still took the money knowing they didn’t have them in?

I've been to far too many subways in Liverpool and this one is probably the best

ordered 2 meal deals and all we got were the sandwiches- no drinks, crisps or cookies. Every time we order we have some problem but this time they trumped it! Ridiculous considering they literally taped the order receipt to the bag.
