Ordered via just eat, was given completely wrong order and the order was packaged appallingly. Tried to call the store, they pick up and hangup straight away. Abysmal service from everyone involved

Delivery time kept changing and I had to leave

once again order placed and a item left out

normally no problem, but today just one coffee received not to, you can't get a partial refund, just a full one

Food was freezing cold Missing items on baguette half made missing sausage and things hot chocolate was also not even close to being full there was literally a quarter left in cup

It was cold when it arrived and the cossiant was squashed. Had to stand outside for 15 mins as the driver couldn’t find the hotel

I placed my order at 8.45am, driver accepted the job at 9.10am. Driver arrived at the restaurant around 10am and food arrived at 10.25am. I’ve got 2 hungry children waiting for this food too. The driver delivered the food to wrong address and I had to go out and find him and get the food from him. There are no options to contact yourselves or cancel my order. Your customer service is a joke and a disgrace, this is not how you run a business! The staff at greggs St John’s store couldn’t have been more helpful and I can’t thank the greggs staff enough. Shame just eat can’t be like greggs

The bacon roll was room temperature.

Coffee machine out of order, tea was vile.

The didn’t have something I ordered so they substituted it with something similar and then also added in a couple of extra sweet treats! Lovely!

Does what it says on the tin, nipped in late on way back to the hotel, food was good greggs food, I like that you could sit in and eat also.

All great, the only thing is didn't get me salad witch i already new cause the lady phoned and asked me and I said no just refund, just eat won't give me one, the only down fall

Wrong food? I bought 2 "Bottles" of coca coca diet and 2 cans turn up I bought the sharer spicy bites and 2 sets of wedges turn up? This isn't what I asked for!!

The food is okay but the customer service is poor. Most of the staff seem to communicate in grunts and snarls

Nipped in here for our morning sausage and bacon baguettes. Absolutely stone cold, was not nice at all. We also asked for ketchup on them, lady confirmed twice with ketchup and then proceeded to put on brown sauce. Ugh. Staff preparing food didn’t have their face masks on. Very poor. Won’t be returning.

A good range of pies, pasties, sandwiches and cakes. They also stock chilled soft drinks, hot soup and tea and coffee.

I gave their coffee a chance.I have a regular Gregg's that I visit 4 times a week. As the Gregg's is just just 3 minutes from my flat I prefer to take out. The (Mocha) coffee in St John's Precinct (Liverpool) was good value and tasted as good as any coffee boutique.I rarely give a five, but this Greggs deserves 5 for the kindness of the staff I observed them showing patience and compassion to a women with early onset (diagnosis aged 55) altzeimers.As her husband said "She looks forward to her visit as she feels they fully understand her condition, and treat her as a normal shopper. The staff know I want my wife to have a normal life before Altzeimers takes full hold.

Always call in greggs for one of their pies. Always piping hot and delicious as are the sausage rolls. Staff in here were very polite and friendly. Everything is first class.

Fuimos y vimos una selección decente en el mostrador. Intentamos preguntar que estaban y no quiere ayudar. Entonces elegí el calzone y me dijeron que era sólo un pedacito carne rollitos de salchicha y disponibles como el resto estaban frías. A pesar de ser sobre el mostrador medio lleno de otros artículos. También había una señora reponiéndolo frigoríficos para bebidas. Quedamos con rollitos de salchicha, pero sobre todo porque me defraudó no han ido en los mostradores vacíos si que supongo es por qué lo hacen.

Tenía pasty y té con la familia, el personal fue muy educado. La tienda está limpia e incluso tiene puerto de carga de alimentación

si no tienes prisa, nunca vayas a esta tienda, voy todos los días por trabajo, solían tener un gran grupo de empleados muy educados, rápidos y eficientes. Ahora no todo el buen personal ha ido incluso a las 8 de la mañana, la cola es a veces fuera de la puerta con solo 1 miembro del personal sirviendo, que es la norma para esta tienda, últimamente, si sale otro miembro del personal, ellos simplemente te ignoran y continúan colocándolos. Siempre pensé que primero colocas a tus clientes, no aquí. Si te hacen sentir que no se molestan en servirte, me temo que iré a otro lado en el futuro, ya que no parece estar mejorando porque está empeorando.

Called in to Greggs on a wet cold November day hoping that all the good things i have heard about Greggs was true and would warm me up a little....well i was not impressed from start to end as firstly the young girl behind counter wasn't that impressed when we ordered, we let this go as we were cold and hungry. Secondly when we went down to the table, it was so sticky and dirty (2 seconds would clean this table), lastly the warm hot food i was hoping to eat to warm myself up was not warm at all was more cold if anything! After this experience i doubt i will be back! Greggs did not impress me at all!

Always get a good service at Greggs no matter which town you are in. Service usually always on the friendly range and a fair selection of bites to eat.

We tried this on our tour,by far least expensive ,tea,coffee,pies,cooked,cakes,and delicious sandwiches,to eat in or take away.

I always visit greggs as they never disappoint. I frequenlty get my lunch from there and it is always delicious. The reason for my review is that i was blewn away with the level of service that i received from a young girl i think her name was chloe? She had blondy brown hair and she was so simily and helpfull. Even though the shop was busy she had a genuine interest in each customer and i left with a smile on my face. I do not eat meat and she was able to make reccomendations for me. Great to see service like this and i wish there were more people like her that worked in greggs she truly is a asset to the store and i will go out of my way to vist that specific greggs over the other stores in town in future!!!

I had not had a custard slice from here in a long time, so as I was passing I looked in and could not resist buying one. It was as delicious as ever, yummy.

I like Greggs despite its undeserved reputation as being a bit unhealthy and my mum always giving me looks whenever i get my traditional vegetable and a cheese pasty on my infrequent visits whenever I go to my home city. I always seem to find Greggs staff friendly and helpful and they always seem to point out the specials available that can save you money. Quality is always good and the cafe experience is always clean I do however have an issue and that is that sometimes as they are smaller they dont have much seating to hang around in, its a minor issue but if its wet outside a nice sit down can be good especially with my mums knees! even my son now looks forward to the 2 sausage rolls at £1.50 and the massive slice of pizza at £1.45!!! Hopefully his grandmother wont be tutting at him like she does me. mmmmmmmmm Greggggggss!!!
