Natalie was our waiter today, She was extremely helpful, a perfect waiter. great conversation, attended to us without any fuss. i hope Natalie serves us next time. made sure we was OK when are food arrived, arrived to take are plates away when we was finished. thank you Natalie for a great experience.

Didn’t appreciate the mumbling when deciding what meat to select.

Just had a carvery order to pick up, only because I'm under the respiratory team for breathing problems at the minute and can't leave the house. All I can say is total waste of money. My son ordered and updated what we wanted on the dinners over the phone. I asked for carrots cabbage & sprouts on mine he ordered peas cabbage sprouts & carrots. I got the peas on mine that should of been on his & red cabbage I didn't ask for i and he didn't get any peas. I don't know where these chefs learned to cook but they need to go back again, all of the veg was under cooked the roasties were cremated. Its says on the tubs not to reheat the food but after just a 5 minute drive from pickup the food was luke warm and the Yorkshire puddings where stone cold. All in all it was disgusting, most of mine went in the bin. Never again!!

Not as good as it used to be. Sat waiting for service for about 15 mins even though not busy as just opened. Food still as good as it used to be. Half way through meal before drinks came.

Carvery - roast potatoes and sprouts hard as rock and peas were like bullets. The service was awful staff just ignored you to serve big parties we waited 20 mins for a desert so ended up cancelling absolutely awful and worst roast dinner I’ve ever had.

Came into Toby Carvery Aigburth this afternoon for a festive lunch to be greeted by a wonderful young chap, i think his name was youan (must be welsh or something). He served us with a smile and nothing was too much of an ask. I almost asked him to get on my plate between the peas and potatoes! I sounded like Mariah Carey on the way out, baby all I want for Christmas is youan! Lovely bloke

My server Nikki was lovely and provided excellent customer service. Very friends with customers of all ages. I was surprised at the trust within this establishment. No requirement for a ticket to collect food, payment after eating, etc. I live in Cheshire and this would not happen. This demonstrates the trust of the clientele in Aigburth and gives credit to the area.

One of the loveliest carvery’s I’ve had, meat was lovely and tender and plenty selection for the veg. Served by Sharon who was also lovely and very helpful.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch visit, no fuss, no frills. Sharon looked after us fantastically! Will be back again.

Since a month ago, the size of their food has become smaller ( not nice )

My order had no roasties or yorkshire puddings at all and one meal only had a small bit of mash. If there were no spuds I'd rather they had declined the order. Very disappointing as they are normally a higher standard than this.

Yorkshire pudding awful burnt nothging inside food was cold only 1 slice of turkey gravy was like water wouldn’t order again for the quantity it was worth the money could of fed 5+ plus kids with the amount but food was awful mashed potatoes ok tho
