Excellent roast on Sunday and amazing service by waitress Jenny in the carvery section , food was fresh and drinks were served promptly

I came for a few days away in Liverpool and I have to say the service and the running of this Toby has to be the best I have ever seen. They don't rush you and are more then happy to help. I highly recommend here.

Amazing time , me and my partner wanted a nice carvery on a lovely Sunday and that is what we got superb food and fantastic staff 🖤✨️ I have forgotten the lady's name who served us but she was fantastic and was so chatty and friendly with everyone and created such a lovely atmosphere , she had light white / grey hair with a lanyard closest to the carvery

We visit this venue every year on the first Saturday of April. This year, we enjoyed it a lot more than in the past. The team today was lovely and happy, which made our dining experience better. The Carvery here is OK, not sure why, but it's always just "ok" 5 meats to choose from, which is great but all seemingly dried out from being sat too long under the heat lamp. Also, the vegetables all withered from being sat too long. I expect some degree of the effects from heat lamps, but this particular Toby Carvery has always been the same. Nevertheless, we will return next year as it's the closest to my disabled family's home, so convenience wins. Thank you the the waiting team for their warmth and service today.

Went for a carvery with family and was served by Ava who was lovely and attentive throughout. The food was mainly very nice and hot; you can really fill your boots. Some of the food was a bit dry for example the stuffing but the meat was very tender and tasty. Good value for money. Nice atmosphere. Would go again.

Popped in as I was travelling past for some breakfast the staff are very friendly and accommodating food was fine will definitely stop again if I am passing

Quite clearly have a problem with Uber / Just eat deliveries. One meal was missing entirely the other was shoderly put together. No gravy. Hardly any veg, massive lump of cold stuffing. Just stop doing deliveries if you hate it that much. No need to take it out on paying customers. It isn't the first time.

Fabulous venue, 1st class food, service the same, but didn't like the kids running around as if it is a playground..and the parents do nothing.

Natalie was so helpful and friendly, she made us feel so at home and nothing was too much for her. ❤️

Server Charlotte was lovely, quick and efficient. Service at the counter was slow and a lot of the side accompaniments eg veg were empty and not quickly replaced

Really enjoyed the meal but one thing really concerned me. So we were waiting to be sat down….its Mother’s Day and your bursting so fairs. But a gentleman did complain to I think the manageress (brown haired lady) and I overheard bits off it. TBH she was really quite rude, basically called him a liar but even worse, when he turned away she was pulling faces etc and mocking him…in front of staff and other customers. No matter if the client concerned had a legitimate complaint or not this was appalling behaviour to display in what was a very crowded area

Lovely to dine in, quiet atmosphere but on a Monday night it’s expected and was lovely none the less. Charlotte who served us was very attentive and nothing was too much.

Charlotte was a wonderful server, catered to all our needs and was welcoming and warm. A great addition to the team! Also the carvery was stun x

This Toby Carvery is everything as you’d expect, a lot of good food for a very reasonable price, but Natalie makes this place absolutely amazing. We were only going out for a midweek meal but we had the most memorable, funny night because of Natalie looking after us and joking with us throughout the night. Now we can’t wait to come back again :)

If it wasn’t for Alex this place would be down the drain. She is great! P.S Please let a draft in, can be very hot when eating.
