Great little pit stop this one, near chapel street and close to docks. Excellent selection Of beers and the Guinness was excellent. Don’t eat but the food looked super. Really enjoyed the big screens and sports feel also. Service was great.

It's horrible place where the peope on bar and manager are very rude. Never seen that kind of horrible place where people who work there say clients fack off, don't recommend go there because they don't respect client. Even managet say same word, never have seen so horrible service like here. Very disappointed choose this place to go! We paid for drinks, but never had them cause first gin went to rubbish by woman in bar! Woman in cash took monet for few drinks, but we never have them!

Who we're the band on tonight. They we're quality. Absolutely brilliant.

Busy when we called in for something to eat. The food arrived very quickly and was hot. Average pub food, nothing special.

Too loud and on Saturday night entertainment was dreadful Guitarist was drunk and made a mockery of live music in the second half We left 8 of us plus atmosphere was tense and overcrowded

Look when you come into Liverpool you will find big pubs, but don't forget there will also be plenty of smallish ones as well with great atmosphere and the slaughter house is one of them 👍🏻

Needed a good quality breakfast and this fitted the bill. So much so we went back again the next day. Service was equally as good 👍🏻

It was fine if you want to stop in for a pint. I got a burger to eat. It's just a frozen patty with some relatively generic cheese. I wouldn't order it again. I've had a few really good ones in England, but if this was the best they could do, I wouldn't have it on the menu. Liked the place well enough otherwise, but I'd get the souse if I had to eat here again. My friend got that and said it was good.

Loved staying here and seeing my first ever comedy show! Was howling the whole night and Chris made myself and my partner feel so welcome. Drinks easy to buy and comfy seating. Can’t wait to go back!

My girlfriend and I stayed in the hotel room above the pub - we were going to see the comedy show in the laughter house later on in the evening. Very much in the heart of the nightlife, the room was clean, spacious and the hosts were very efficient and friendly. I asked for an iron and got one when I came back into the room later on, the attention to customer requests was superb. Great decor as well- nice mural style paintings of Liverpool landmarks, black out blinds and really good triple glazing (much needed)- would stay again! Thanks very much for a superb stay!

Have been to this pub before for the Comedy Club but this time we just went to have a drink. We didnt eat but from the look of everyones empty plates Im taking it the the food was good. We met some lovely people in here too. Staff very friendly and reasonable prices for the beer.

Had the pleasure of staying in fenwick sunrise above this pub and iv yet to beat the amazing breakfast that's served here too the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and extremely helpful and rli do know how to pour a good glass of gin which always helps haha🤣🤣🤣😉

Stayed at the hotel next door and was recommended breakfast at the Slaughter House. It was lovely, i had the normal and my daughter had the vegan breakfast and said it was the best she had ever had. The vegan sausages were outstanding and we would love to know where we can get some as we live in London. The comedy club and live bands were amazing. Great venue and wonderful atmosphere.

The Slaughterhouse Pub in conjunction with The Liverpool Philharmonic Amazing night with Chris Cairns MC for 'Laughterhouse Live' in The Liverpool Philharmonic last night. (Saturday 20th May, 2023). Caroline and I had a brilliant night, with our favourite comedians being Mick Miller, Clinton Baptiste and of course Chris Cairns! So funny!! Thank you so much Paula for our great seats!

Very disappointing, meal (the platter) was dreadful, undercooked, colourless and inedible and without a salad as stated on menu, shame as seemed a nice little pub and lady behind the bar was very welcoming and friendly.

Stayed at the hotel next door so we stopped in for breakfast. We were early but they still got our breakfast out fast. It’s was delicious. Had some nice conversation with the lady that waited on us. Very friendly, very fast and very good.

The Slaughterhouse Pub is a pub I always look forward to visiting on any trip near the Business District of the city I take. I love the look of this Victorian era pub ,the interior is superb ,an eye catching serving bar ,pubby decor and furnishings ,big screens to enjoy the sport and lots of seating options both inside and outside ,it's just a great pub to unwind in. We ordered a cider each ( Strongbow cider ) and these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling ,we chilled out and took in the great pub we were in. I must say I really enjoy this cider ,it's a crisp,consistent cider that when it's served freezing cold as in this pub is such a delicious cider indeed. We really enjoyed our cider's in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. The Slaughterhouse Pub is easy to locate along Fenwick Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday ,open from 9am till very late. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Nice place but an older gentleman lost his pint because of the camber of the table, it literally slipped off whilst he was at the toilet and was refused another pint. Disappointing
