Our go to for gluten free fish and chips in Penrith. Even close to closing time service with a smile and the gluten free option - gf cod - cooked to order. The new Cumberland sausages are also very good. If we leave any mushy peas, Milo our Labrador loves to finish them up for us. Thank you for providing great gluten free options 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely disgusting The staff were rude didn't speak. Waited 15 minutes for the kettle to boil.for a cup.of tea. Fish and chip under cooked mum's breakfast cold. Told staff. Man with beard walked away. Terrible Never ever again

Had a roll and bacon and coffee to take away at Southwaite services. Don't know how many days old the roll was. Dry and hard and the bacon barely warm. The coffee was barely warm. Service impersonal and unfriendly. Unfortunately when travelling you have left before realising. Awful. Jim Mac

Absolute disgrace! Ordered Coffee, used my friends family discount. It did not register. Very cocky blonde haired bob girl. 'It must have been un shared with you. It's out of date We sacked a girl last week for this.' That's GDPR pet!' Absolutely showed me up in front of customers like I was a fraud and a thief taking my Car registration. Maybe you should have said download the new updated discount card! Maybe you should get extra training from Matt, Madeley, Rob. On my day off I like to wear tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. Disgusting ordered delivery driver lied and said he waited 8mins and rang but he never came and rang charged us and I couldn’t reply or ring as they wouldn’t answer disgusting service and lies from delivery guy

My wife and I walked in and while waiting in the que listened to the old dear behind the counter telling the customer infront of us that she felt poorly. Then, while taking a tray from the oven and placing the pizzas into the display counter found it OK to caugh all over said pizzas and display counter 🤢 Needless t say my wife and I about turned and walked out.

Great place, handy for a bite to eat when changing from the train to the bus, been here a few times & I must say the place has never let me down. Outside is really clean & tidy which makes it a bit more inviting which is always a plus.. Will not hesitate to pop in again next time I’m in the area.
