The best restaurants serving Default food in Sutton London

Popped in to see if they had vegetarian options. It was really difficult to communicate because noone spoke English. But the man pointed out food with no meat. So I ordered a few items. When I got outside and ate a snack it had meat in so I returned and he didn't care at all. He just stared at me. I was unhappy but I went again another time and again noone spoke English behind the till. I realised there was a man sitting inside talking in English so I asked him if he worked there. He said yes what's the problem. And I just asked again. He was able to show me the vegan options. And this time the food was delicious and all vegan. Thankfully. The food is lovely and the price is good. It's just really hard to communicate unless the boss is there.

Ordered a delivery which took an hour and a half BUT when it arrived it was hot and super tasty! Well worth the wait. The poor chap that delivered it did say he was the only driver and hence why it took so long. Although the wait was long all of the family really enjoyed the food. If you don’t mind waiting ages, it will be worth it!

Have ordered a delivery several times but this time was the worst ever chips arrived cold and burger was only just warm. What a waste of money, and very disappointed, . The burgers are expensive,,so just wasted our money, but never again.

Amazing food, great hospitality, I love what they have done with the place after their recent refurb, the place looks mint and the clientele has change in the right way too, a great place overall

Had I looked here first I would have known to avoid myself. Pizza and kebabs were both tasteless. Alarming levels of hygiene here too! Thankfully I did not eat enough to get sick!

For some reason the Sutton McD’s ice cream machine never works. I’m either just so unlucky that it just happens every time we come here which I doubt is the case. What a joke I think the staff don’t know how to use it correctly

Disgraceful. The driver was on the road for a good half hour (mostly in the opposite direction) before coming to us. Everything was cold, flaccid & soggy. Our 6 piece bargain bucket was all DRUMSTICKS!! I called the restaurant to complain and got nowhere with them to the point they refused to accept any responsibility for their drivers (albeit indirectly employed) or the fact the the chicken selection was all legs! Horrendous experience. I'd whole heartedly recommend you go elsewhere.

When I went to KFC I had good service and they served me well, they were very polite and had smiles on their faces. The food was hot , but the only thing was that I asked for a large popcorn meal and they gave me a small popcorn meal instead!! Overall the service was great and I really enjoy eating there.

Horrid dirty place, takes no notice if one has allergies and asks for some ingredients to be omitted! No phone number or website! Avoid at any cost

I tried to order on the screens but that would not except my payment so I waited in front of the till no one was in front of me so it should have been fast but no 15 minutes later somebody finally took my order and the food came out quick but not the best kfc I have had not worth the wait would not come back to this branch

Rather bland food. Not terrible but equally not that tasty either. Dishes quite dry and almost insipid. Tried once but certainly won't be going back.

Probé este llevar halal como había notado recientemente subiendo Stonecott Hill. Ha cambiado su nombre a pollo. La porción era abundante y alimentado por 3: 6 piezas de pollo frito - no especialmente distintivo sabor tan lejos como va pero no en grasa (6 libras. 99) para 6 piezas de pollo y 4 porciones de papas fritas. Me negociado por 6 costillas 4 libras eran grandes de cordero, pero bastante grasos (que deberían haber sido podados, así que estaban magras antes de freírlas) y también mucho de cartílago que les hizo mirar más grande de lo que era. Las patatas fritas eran bonitas. A fin de cuentas, un promedio de comida para llevar en términos de sabor y calidad, pero es una buena relación calidad-precio: £11 y suficiente para 3 o 4 adultos. Me di cuenta de la cocina ayudante en el revestimiento de las piezas de pollo con las manos y no guantes! Y una placa de cubierta de salsa barbacoa era utilizada para apilar piezas de pollo cocinados, no estoy seguro sobre sus estándares de higiene tener en cuenta estos dos errores evidentes. No creo que vaya a volver. . . .

Absolutely awful, my mum had ordered through their website... They sent a message saying they can't deliver and they're keeping the money £35+... I then had to collect my mum and drive down there at 10pm and also refused to give her money back... They gave her the horrid food, full of grease and no flavour and kept the "delivery and service"charge which was over £6. The ACTING "assistant manager" Alex was VERY rude with vile mannerisms. To top it off she ordered there previously and they forgot a whole meal and said to get it on her next visit which they also refused to do. Definitely will NOT be returning, I would also prompt everyone to avoid this gross place. The management needs training on how to speak to customers or humans in general!

Waited 15mins for food when it came out it was stone cold, had to wait another 10 mins for replacement, while I waited two other customers came up to complain about there orders

Dirty hate the store bet the manager doesn't give a toss should shut down or build a Sainsbury's on top of it much better rubbish on floor
