Visited whilst my car was being repaired. Superb breakfast really well cooked and not greasy.
The hash browns deserve special mention as they were perfect!
The food was really good—hot, fresh, and tasty! What really made the experience great was the customer service. Ashlin was especially helpful and kind. He made sure everything was perfect with my order. Definitely coming back!
Took my wife there for valentines Day, and we had a great time. The staff were very attentive, very polite the food was more than just pub food it was restaurant standard nice atmosphere 👍 the price was very good for the quality of the food we would definitely recommend it and go back
Actually, it's not a bad choice , foods nice. I've only eaten 2 or 3 times from here, portion size is good and not bad prices.. there curry sauce needs some work though
After having amazing shake shacks in the states I had high hopes but this was utterly disappointing. The burger was mushy, the cheese was weird. The only good thing was the milkshake. £47 for 2 x burgers, 2 x fries, 2 x shakes. Would have rather saved my money.
We had a superb breakfast which was fairly priced. The staff are just so nice, very friendly and helpful and the service delivery is excellent. Really nice coffee as well, which is better than major coffee shops.
1st time I have tried sainsys and was not disappointed, the pies are huge and filled to bursting point, mash was lovely and so was the liquor. Ordered and collected couldn't find a parking space so it was brought out to my car thank you for that. Will defiantly be going back for more.
Didn't have time to take photos, it was demolished as soon as it was on the plate lol
This was our second and last time going to Chicktopia. The first time was just after they opened and there were some service issues, but the food was good and so I forgave the teething problems.
I regret my forgiveness. Today we ordered from the machines, which were clearly malfunctioning, but with no explanation we ploughed on. The only person serving (remember this was a busy Saturday lunchtime!) was young and certainly not well-trained in dealing with the public. When the machines failed to register our order (and everyone else ordering at the same time) he resorted to taking a photo of the order and taking that through to the kitchen. All this without a word to us, let alone an apology.
We waited over 20 minutes for the food, with more and more people gathering behind us. In all this time no staff offered any welcome to people arriving or apologies to those waiting. When I asked the 'manager' what was going on and asked him to explain things to us he just said 'it's all fine now'.
I understand a computer malfunction, I do not understand the lack of communication. I had plenty of time to write an email of complaint to the company as none of the staff were talking to me.
When we finally got the order it was missing the sandwich. I felt so frustrated. When I went back to query it I had to wait another 15 minutes. Again no apology, no explanation. Since coming home and reading the previous reviews I have realised we didn't receive our sides (Texas toast and Louisiana biscuit).
It's such a pity - the food is decent, but the staff are so poorly trained. There is no way I could recommend it, or return myself.
Honestly, I know that Grays beach has been going seriously down hill since the new owner over the last couple of years but today I can and I was shocked at the state of it. Filthy, scruffy and completely unkept.
Truly disappointing, this was without the state of the overpriced cafe.
Came in early evening I had the chicken tikka curry which was bland poppadom was hard. My son had mixed grill mushrooms burnt. My daughter had a flat bread which she did enjoy. Drinks were ok staff members were nice overall I wouldn't come back
