Waste 10 pounds for "Latte" and "Cappuccino" !!!This is not coffee!!!This is water with no taste,just stinky water with the taste of cups and light cigarettes, with soap foam.Cheap no fat milk cannot give to you good foam! We threw this shit in the bin! Starbucks in Luton like a bull shit minimum 3 years already. The worst coffee in the world!!!

Great food and Avina gave great service. She was very polite and I had an overall good experience.

There were flies all over the restaurant, turns out they were coming out of the drinks machine. Also no ice.

One of the waitresses was extremely rude and was very patronising towards myself and my family.. half the menu they didn’t have and she didn’t have much knowledge on gluten free foods.. the kitchen staff catered which was great but the waitress (seemed like a manager) was very rude to us and kept going back a forth

Great service and delicious food. Staff were super friendly and great with kids. We had a good table by a revolting belt and the choice of dishes was excellent. Resulted in trying so many different once. Good value!

Stumbled upon AVALON Crafted Coffee and it was the perfect pre-flight pick-me-up! The modern decor with that bold orange canopy is a total vibe, and the coffee? Absolutely top-notch. ☕ Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and great menu options from cakes to sandwiches. Whether you’re in a rush or have time to chill, this spot is worth the stop!

Incompetent service; waitress tells us there’s no bottles of beer available, while another waiter says theres lots of beer. Drinks have to be ordered 3 times before arriving at the table (one round never even came). We were told food would arrive maximum in 25 minutes, 35 minutes later we had to leave without receiving the food. And finally, we receive the bill with extra items that we didn’t even order! What an absolute circus of a restaurant.

If you need a basic room for your before flight stay this is perfect but don’t expect much more It covered our necessities was clean and had a little restaurant that cover very early breakfast and late dinner

Big Smoke, Luton Airport – AVOID AT ALL COST! ❌✈️🌮 Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. Service was painfully slow, and the staff couldn’t be less interested if they tried. No smiles, no help – just attitude and indifference. The Tex Mex tacos came out stone cold – not even lukewarm! 🌬️🌮 Totally unappetising and clearly just thrown together without care. When we raised it, no apology or offer to fix it. Staff were short, blunt, and downright rude. When I asked to fill up my daughter’s water bottle, they made me leave the restaurant to do it elsewhere! 💧👎 Completely unaccommodating and unnecessary. Most shockingly, the kitchen showed zero care or consideration for allergies – a serious red flag! ⚠️ When asked about allergens, staff looked confused and dismissive. It’s genuinely unsafe for anyone with dietary requirements. The whole place felt chaotic, disorganised, and uncaring. Not what you want before a flight. Save yourself the stress and eat elsewhere. Big Smoke is a big NO. 1/5 – Only because 0 isn’t an option. Avoid like turbulence! 🚫
