The best restaurants serving Default food in Hunstanton King's Lynn and West Norfolk East of England

I visited the sweet shop and the man in there was sat with his fingers in his mouth as he rested on his elbows. When her served me my sweets, he proceeded to scoop them out of the tub with his bare hands. I couldn’t believe my eyes!!! Will never go in there again.

Full of upcycled crafts. Or junk, depending on your perspective. Anything close to being nice was eye-wateringly expensive.

Have had many pizzas from this place But the last twice was very disappointing to say the least Too greasy base over cooked and cold Will be giving it a miss for awhile now

Lovely atmosphere at Coasters on the High Street in Southwold, food was 10/10 and the service to match...Will come again!

Just had fish & chips plus sausage & chips. Absolutely cooked to perfection and very friendly. Fully recommend and give it a try.

Great spot for some vegan ice cream/sorbet. My little boy is anaphylactic to dairy and was very cautious about eating any when he was looking at the different flavours (there were 4 for him to choose from). The lady quickly realised he was upset and got some fresh utensils out to reassure him and he gladly accepted it! It's finally nice to know we can take him somewhere and he can join in! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for making an allergy child feel included x

Visited here at the weekend. Lovely bunch of young women, very good service. Had a little laugh with them! Although the food is cheap tasting but is presented well and not too bad considering.

The food is served quickly, the food is so-so..

Unfortunately last two times been to kays hasn't been great. Used to always go kays, now i use the donut place that does deep fried oreos further along much better. Used to be an older lady that run the kays van but has recently changed to 2 young girls. Both times they've been less than talkative/friendly. We went on the 01/10 which was about 20c at 17.30 the donuts i recieved had obviously been sitting there awhile as they weren't even picking up the sugar. They were gross.... burnt, cold and just coating with no real filling to them. There was another 2 full bags next to the bin..... not even the seagulls wanted them. Dissapointing

Been here a couple of times for take away. We usually share a mini fish and chips which is enough for us. Today this mini fish seemed to be removed from the main menu only to be offered kids meal with a drink. We decided to have cod and chips twice (as 4 of us) for £25 the fish was very thin and not too many chips. Some if which were scrag ends. Very disappointed for the price as we have always had a good take away. Probably won't visit there again which is a shame.

I am Gluten free and was really impressed with the items I could have to eat here. Spoke to another lady who is a coeliac and she said that she has never had a bad experience here with GF so was really glad to hear this. They have a separate fryer for GF items. Really enjoyable experience. Staff helpful and friendly, everywhere lovely and clean. You can eat in the restaurant or takeaway and eat on benches outside at the front whilst watching out to sea. Thank you we will be back!

This is a very special place. We have been coming here for dinner, B&B for years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food is first class & fully deserves it's Michelin star. Kevin, the proprietor/chef is a culinary master & his wife Jackie is a delight - chatty, informative and always happy. Quite honestly I don't know quite how they do It between them. The restaurant itself is tiny, but beautifully presented & maintained and the rooms are perfect. Nothing better than one of Kevin's meals followed by not having to drive home!! It's a tough ask to follow all this with a super breakfast, but we do our best and can't ask for more. Can't recommend The Neptune highly enough.

We called in mid-way through a family walk. Simple but friendly venue. The food was basic but spot on, tasty, reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyed by us and our 3 kids. Staff were friendly. Location was great. It was a great little walk out from Hunstanton via a play park. Well worth a visit if you fancy a little walk somewhere. Thanks!

Good value food, staff friendly, easy to book online, car parking good (we always use overspill car park)
