Best pub in Biggleswade for real ales staff are brilliant 👏

When order placed, delivery estimate was 40 - 50 minutes. After order placed, delivery estimation became 1hr - 1hr 20. Finally arrived after 1hr 40. I would not have ordered had I known this. Order was placed at 1740. Seems early to be that busy?

What a fantastic experience and such a lovely place with delicious food and great customer service, very friendly and attentive members of staff who have been very welcoming and ensured the whole experience was great. I have reserved a table for a birthday celebration, the venue is very unique and the food incredible starting from the meze starters to the main mixed grills - very tasty. We enjoyed singing a very happy birthday song together and we had a chance to end the meal with an amazing Turkish cay (tea). Thank you everyone for making this special, I will definitely come again and bring my loved ones to share the joy.

Friendly staff the food looked and tasted lovely I enjoyed my poached eggs. I thought rhe music was abit to loud.

the pizza was undercooked and doughy. chips were cold and soggy. coleslaw was soggy, no crispness and the only decent item was the milkshake. Will not go there again

Honestly one of the best takeaways i’ve been too, everyone who works there is so nice and have such a big selection of food and all of it is unreal, i work away from home all the time and whenever im near this area i make sure to go there, definitely would recommend the calzones and the deep fried mars bars

We went there for the Buffet on Sundays from 1pm onwards. The food was really amazing and hot. 😋😋😋 It was not a huge selection but there was something for everyone and proper tasty. The lamb balti was my favourite and the lamb just fell apart. Chicken Korma and Tikka Masala were fab too. There was also a Chicken Naga but was too much of a wimp to try lol 😆. Everything was kept hot and refilled a the time. Onion Bahji and naan, rice, Bombay potato and veg balti - all very nice too. It did not effect us but the restaurant is on the second floor and has no other access than stairs. But we will be back. Thank you for a fab time ❤️

Room needed a lot of attention. Tired and run down. Needs a lot of touch ups. Drains on floor. Found a hair in my cup. Wouldn’t stay again

Busy. Good quality coffee, served by helpful and cheerful people. The toasted sandwich wasn't the best I have ever tasted.

I went into Mama Rich to pick up a quick sandwich before heading back to work! It was rather expensive... but I was already there so ordered a chicken and mayo sandwich! It was cooked there and then so not at all quick... and cooked!? Was expecting pre-made chicken and mayo!!! Then the chicken was smothered in mayo.. don't get me wrong I love mayo... but this was literally swimming in it! Warm chicken and mayo! Eek! There was litterally nothing else in the sandwich! It was then put in a heat bag. When I got to work and opened the bag the sandwich wasn't even cut!!! Extremely disappointed. Complete waste of £5.75 (there was a small bag of crisps and a can of drink included!!!) Will definitely not be visiting again... Please pull your socks up Mama Rich.

I took my eldest here for a treat and what a treat it was. The place has been done up so beautifully and the lady that served us was a delight not to mention the freakshake my daughter had looked Amazing and apparently tasted great too. This place is a little out of the main town so make sure you go out of your way to pay them a visit I will certainly be back myself soon.
