the order time arrived and went i gave them 5 minutes grace, then called, it seemed the order had not even been started at that time. I don't mind the wait if the food is good. My wife's Korma was laced with Chilli. I'm not sure who the cook is but where I'm from Korma is not spicy.

The sauce was lovely the bread lovely. Unfortunately the chicken was dry and a whole cardamon was left in the rice which wasn’t nice. The delivery guy was very rude, I think he knocked a few times but as delivery time was later we wasn’t aware.

Lovely food. I don’t usually order lamb dishes but it was so tender. Will definitely order again! Deliver driver was very friendly as well. Great service.

The delivery man could not find my house even though I left a pin dropped on request of Just eat… took him nearly 10/15 mins to find me I had to go and locate him nearby!! Food was cold which we had to warm up and not only that he gave us somebody else’s food aswell as ours and had to come back to collect it! The food was nice (once warmed up) but would sadly not order from them again

I cannot explain how delicious this food is! Especially the lamb bhuna! I pre-ordered this for 9pm last night and it arrived DEAD ON 9pm!! - very impressive! :D

Ordered my food for 20:30 and it turned up at 21:11. Was also luke warm. I love this place it’s my favourite curry in town but tonight just felt like a waste of money. What happened? Will try somewhere else unfortunately.

We went there for the Buffet on Sundays from 1pm onwards. The food was really amazing and hot. 😋😋😋 It was not a huge selection but there was something for everyone and proper tasty. The lamb balti was my favourite and the lamb just fell apart. Chicken Korma and Tikka Masala were fab too. There was also a Chicken Naga but was too much of a wimp to try lol 😆. Everything was kept hot and refilled a the time. Onion Bahji and naan, rice, Bombay potato and veg balti - all very nice too. It did not effect us but the restaurant is on the second floor and has no other access than stairs. But we will be back. Thank you for a fab time ❤️

Absolutely love the food from here, but every time I order a naan it’s wrong or dry that my only criticism.

Arrived quick, nice and hot, friendly service. Food was impeccable, the meat tasted fresh and full of flavour. I will definitely be ordering from here again the next time I get an Indian.

Disappointed that the main dish was only half filled with sauce, second time in a row now. Gonna loose a loyal customer if it continues.

This has been my favourite takeaway for years, but to Igbo it was not to its usual standard - cold naan, soft poppadoms, lukewarm rice and side dish. Whilst my dhansak was hot, it tasted different to how it usually does and the chicken was dry and definitely not what have had before from here! I hope this is a one-off!

We used to get our usual from ispice years ago but they stopped being on just eat so we made the switch to Indian monsoon. Absolutely delicious food! Piping hot, barely any grease, the tikka was perfectly cooked. Very generous portions. Best decision we made. Highly recommend!!!

We had a takeaway as normally we go to the restaurant and it’s really nice. But takeaway was not nice it was like warm And dry and not nice at all. The rice was cold. Very disappointed as ordered from them as the food in the restaurant is always lovely

Stone cold on arrival after waiting over an hour for delivery. Very disappointing.

The food was okay didn’t taste as nice as it normally does. I think the chef could be on holiday this is definitely prepared by a different Chef.

Great food...prompt delivery. My go to place for Indian Takeaway! Ordered via Just Eat app where you can collect reward stamps...but unfortunately the restaurant haven't stamped my card the last few orders so it seems I will never be able to collect a full card and earn the discount!

Love this curry spot! It's one of our top two and it's always our go-to for takeaway! It's not on the menu, but I love their paneer masala. It's a great veggie option and just so delicious. Friendly staff. Fast service!

We buy Cury from Monsoon very often and have noticed lately that the quality is poor, is very runny and not as good as it used to be.

We all enjoyed our food and it was delivered on time . They forgot to include the vegetable curry with the biryani but quickly popped over with it after I phoned to tell them.

The free poppadom was a nice touch. But unfortunately the korma and naan let the meal down. The Chicken korma was all sauce with maybe 5 pieces of chicken. And the keema naan was cold with barely any meat in it. Rice and Bombay potatoes were top notch.

I have liked this place very much in the past. They appear to have changed management and in a spirit of constructive criticism - they need to get their act together if they want to keep their customers. Sloppy service and, questionable food is not a recipe for success.

Food was 35 mins later than delivery window. Everything was cold when it finally arrived and rude delivery driver with no apology. Onion Bhaji was awful and inedible and the tikka masala was dry. Will not be ordering from here again.

Got a delivery - all the dishes were great and everything turned up (not to be taken for granted - most places seem to miss something). Piping hot and fresh and good dishes. 👍

Went to this restaurant for the Sunday Buffet. Found that the amount of dishes on offer were pretty basic. Much more suited to the meat eater regarding curries. No vegetable curry option for the vegetarian.. so just ended up with rice.....naan.....onion bhaaji and a potatoes aloo..all quite dry. Did ask the waiter about a vegetable curry..who pointed to the potato dish and although asked if I was a vegetarian nothing else was provided. Have had Indian buffets at other restaurants and have always found a good selection of vegetarian options...so wont be returning as the £12.95 I paid was well over priced.

The food is delicious, always on time. But the delivery driver is so rude it’s unbelievable, he doesn’t say hello, goodbye and doesn’t even look at you, just passes the bag and walks off! I had too take someone too my front door tonight as he didn’t believe me. Don’t let this put you off of ordering from monsoon because the food is worth it 5 *

Lovely food but it arrived far too early. It said 7.15 to expect it and it arrived at 6.30 ! Took a while for driver to get here he couldn’t read the signs on the fiat numbers he said ? It won’t let me leave 45 minutes early on the review. Food nice though .

Food was good apart from the chicken tikka tandoori was a little tough. Delivery was on time by the same old man who must be the worlds most miserable delivery driver. Never smiles or says thank you.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. When asked the waiter about the dish I wanted to order he just blanked me. I asked the waiter to put the top back on my bottle of wine he just said yes. The whole time my bottle of wine was left exposed. I went out to take a call and the table had been cleaned. Still half a bottle of wine remaining. I asked if I could have a refund on the wine which was left they refused. I advise those thinking of going here please dont. Based on experience and consumer wrights I rate this place as a 0

This is the best Indian I have ever had....the food is quality and so flavourful. I have had so many deliveries from there now, but recently I visited to thank them for such great food. What friendly people they were.
