First time trying this place! Loved it! Great value for money and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Had my first takeaway delivery from here last night and have to say both the food and service was exceptional! If you like seafood I particularly recommend the hot seafood hors d’oeuvres 😊

Had a great meal there, I have a very limited diet, so finding great food I can eat is a real treat. Highly recommended.

Normally get a reasonable meal here but it was a bad night and the place seemed quiet but strangely chaotic for a Thursday night. Ditched the spring rolls, completely inedible, rest of the meal sort of passable. Can think of better ways to spend £32 quid!

Great service: friendly, attentive, helpful, not too pushy. Tom yam goon tastes of sunshine! Dumplings delicious and cooked perfectly. Crispy chilli chicken absolutely gorgeous. Cannot recommend enough.

Meat taste weird wouldn't go back

My work colleagues and I were staying In Biggleswade and needed to eat. We randomly arrived here to find the take away open but restaurant in darkness. There was a sign saying restaurant open - turns out they were keeping by lights off to save money/and arguably the planet. Unorthodox and potentially not a great sign. Anyways the take away was busy (good sign) they turned the lights, placed a fan heater near the table and we sat down (with a couple of question marks in our minds). Turned out the guy was incredibly attentive and lovely, the food was lovely (and lots of it) and the whole experience was lovely. So what can I say about the Jade Garden - except it was, yep, you got it…….. lovely 👍

Fantastic restaurant, menu choice is amazing, good is absolutely first class & pricing is good. Staff are very helpful & service is great. A very enjoyable time had by everyone in our group. Vegetarian selection is also fantastic.

Jade Garden has been our favourite Chinese restaurant/ takeaway for about 15 years now, when we first moved to Biggleswade. The food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and so polite. Amazing service.

Worst Chinese…special fried rice was boiled and all stuck together … noodles dry so was the chicken… black bean sauce was terrible… would not recommend having a takeaway from here

Barry is fantastic, the food is wonderful. Was great to get to speak with him, he is helpful to all customers, even if its helping them into the building or just talking to you and lightening your evening. Made our night food was amazing and me and my girlfriend love just being there! Please note our price range is higher because we generally buy more food per person and alcohol selection, very reasonable prices there per portion and food quality is worth it.

It’s hard to explain the meat in this restaurant is just not right it cannot be the roast duck feels like it’s out of a plastic bag. Also the chicken I think this restaurant needs to be talking about to the trading standards is meat is not right This is not a normal Chinese restaurant. A lot of Chinese restaurant in Sandy and Biggleswade roast duck, is the most common dish. I think the most best Chinese restaurant China Xspres proper meat, not like this

Absolutely disgusting after sales service purchased a sixty six pound takeaway for myself and my partner, which only the soup was completely ate, the rest was obviously tasted but 90% of the takeaway was returned as was not fit for consumption, in there great wisdom because we had tasted some of everything they believed a SIXTEEN pound refund was adequate, needless to say I shall never be using this Chinese again and highly suggest anybody thinking of using them to seriously reconsider, I would highly recommend Oriental Express as a highly superior alternative.

We got a take away. To start I paid for prawn crackers never received them. The sweet and sour sauce was so sour not like any I had tried before. Meat dish was overly salty. To top this off me and my partner have both ended up physically sick which we believe the only thing could have been is this Chinese as we hadn’t eaten anything else the same

Worse Chinese I’ve ever had it was meant to be sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice. I ended up calling them and they expected me to drive back so they can check how awful the food was. If you can’t get the order right and receive nice food the first time how can they get it right the second time

I called and asked for ‘chow mein’ my order came and it was Singapore noodles. I called to ask about the chow mein and they said they don’t do that style noodles? My friend literally only wanted Chinese for the chow mein. I should have been told this ok the phone when ordering. The chips were soggy and over cooked. Salt and pepper chicken was also soggy. Overall poor quality meat.

I was really looking forward to this Chinese takeout after a long gap in between having one. The shop is very tired but there were some people eating in so I had high hopes. I orders king prawn Hong king style expecting prawns in a crunchy coating and sticky sweet drizzled sauce. This arrived broiled in what reminded me of a side order of sweet n sour sauce. The prawns had a soggy coating of what I presume was batter. I expressly stated I didn’t want prawn ball style. This is what I got but drenched in the disgusting seeet n sour sauce My chicken Chow mien was bland chicken in vermicelli noodles no chow mien equally the special fried rice was so bad that salt was unable to revive it. Then there were the bbq spare ribs which given what went before did not save the day! 27 quid in the bin and a lesson learnt do believe the rave reviews. Will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Wow! Just moved to Langford and been trying out the local takeaways and we’ve definitely found our preferred Chinese! I lived in Hong Kong for six years so have been spoiled by that experience. Tonight’s takeaway was so tasty, the flavours were so well balanced and the food was really fresh with quality ingredients. We had the dumplings, prawn toast, wonton soup, spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken with rice which was plenty for our family of four (5 year old and 2 year old). Will be back again for sure and recommending you to our neighbours!

First time we tried here. Went in for a takeaway but was offered a table so decided to eat in.. was seen to the table.. 20 MINUTES later our drinks and food order was taken. 30 MINUTES later our soup arrived. 15 minutes part of our meal arrived then 15 minutes after that the housin sauce and veg arrived .... NO DUCK/PANCAKES.. really so we paid for the drinks and left.... we was told they were really busy... I realise that of course I do so WHY was we offered a table? If I could give a minus score I would. We will NOT be going back

Asked for a plant based banquet and they gave numerous options to choose from. Especially liked their salt 'n' pepper cauliflower and the vegan chicken sweet and sour. Just ask and they will adapt any of their menu to vegan. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

I booked Jade Garden for my football club christmas meal. For a group of 15 people. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Food was good and fairly priced. Lots of empty plates at the end. I would recommend this restaurant.

Honestly never has such a bad takeaway in my life, no taste, was cheap meat, and cheap noodles. Shocked by how bad it tasted I had to send it back. They didn't give me a full refund, very stingy because I used half the sauce in the tub? Honestly appalling service . Keep clear!

Food is outstanding, Barry and his wife are very attentive and so busy their interacting makes you giggle as they rush around keeping everyone happy the best chinese I have ever ordered from. Restaurant is now open again so deserves another family visit yum yum

5 of us went for a birthday meal. Saturday night and not at all busy. Took 20 mins for a drinks order to be taken then 40 mins for our food order, over one hour later the food came out dish by dish took 25 mins to get most of the food as some dishes were missing others were wrong. First lot of food cold. Prawns were not cooked properly. One of the dishes' sauce was split over my foot and trousers. Service very poor, took forever to get a drink. Cost too much for the value of the service and food. Wont be going back or recommending this place.

7 adults plus two toddlers total over £200 (no alcohol). Food was tasted alright but pricey for the quality. Portions decent size but still not worth the price. No fortune cookies given. Atmosphere boring. Probably won’t go here again.

We've had three takeaways so far this year and each one has been good, hence coming back again. The food has been consistently good and the portions are in the big containers. The ribs are a highlight. The staff are very friendly and the food has always been ready on time.

The food is good and very friendly staff there, however, the place could seriously do with decorating both inside and out, I really don't think it's seen a paintbrush for a very long time and it shows, this let's them down massively. Also I waited an age for my takeaway on New years eve, but they did give me 2 bottles of beer to make it all better 😊

It was amazing, they did our for us 10 mins before closing and stayed longer to make it for us, when I got there they were so kind and friendly it was amazing to see such nice people. Me and my girlfriend ordered from here for the first time tonight. When we got there they told us they were supposed to be closed 10 mins ago, we didn’t notice this but they were soooo friendly about it and stayed longer to wait for us. We got our food and we thought it tasted amazing!! It looks so F ing good and tastes even better!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! :))))

I’ve never in 35 years of eating Chinese food been served a meat spring roll entirely filled with sausage meat! Beef curry was ok but the beef was very poor quality and extremely tough. The mushroom fried rice was very very poor. As for the price….. well let’s just say it’s certainly not the Cheapest for what you are delivered! NEVER AGAIN!

We thought as we were travelling home later than usual we would get a takeaway from here. Oh dear big mistake never again. Ordered Chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice. The chowmein was dry and the egg noodles were the smallest id ever seen. Chicken fried rice was boiled, that includes the chicken nothing fried here. Very bland waste of cash still hungry. Had a bacon sarni at home Fab.

Staff were pleasant, food not so pleasant. Chicken curry and egg fried rice . Curry was really poor , tasted like it only had curry powder in it . Worst one I’d ever had and I been to a lot of Chinese takeaways .Egg fried rice was tasteless , rice was bone dry , never ever experienced rice like it before . Dreadful tbh . Waste of time and money .I only tell it as it is , nothing to gain but i paid for a rubbish meal . Could of took it back but shouldn’t have . Good luck if you go in here

Terrible!! The worst Chinese for a long way! Chicken balls are chicken nuggets! Chow mein is flavourless strains of noodle! Ribs were ok, and prawn crackers were edible! How can people like this place I couldn’t eat it, waste of money! Don’t think theses guys have ever experienced Chinese food!

Ordered a takeaway, arrived within 15 mins which is always a bad sign on a Friday night. Chow mein was bland, tasteless, thin noodles no flavour. Ribs were fatty, altho sauce was nice. Egg Fried Rice was like eating plain boiled rice, no flavour. Beef and Chicken dishes not nice. Pork pancake rolls, literally sausage meat in pastry, disgusting!! A shame as used to be good.

Absolutely disgusting, one of the worst Chineses I have ever had....I love chicken curry, but even though I really hungry I didn't finish. Also how hard is it to cook rice properly? The stay chicken skewers looked like a dog had been at it......was abit cheaper than others, but the old saying goes with this one...what you pay for, you get....Never again.

This was the first time I have had take away from this place. It was absolutely delicious. They were fast, efficient and large portions. I have found our new regular Chinese takeaway. We will definitely be back!

Good customer service and delivery time for the amount of items ordered however apart from the sweet and sour chicken everything else was extremely poor. The food was rather bland and rushed. The noodles in the chowmein were the thinnest I’ve ever seen. There were cheap cubes of ham luncheon meat in the “special fried rice” rather than char siu (roast bbq pork). The chicken satay had no flavour and was awfully dry. It was very underwhelming and I would not pay to eat in at the establishment. Would not recommend if you know what proper Chinese food in the UK tastes like.

We tried Jade Garden for the first time a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night. The staff were very friendly and there were a number of regular customers who came in to order or collect food while we were waiting, who the staff greeted by name. The children enjoyed snacking on prawn crackers while our food was being prepared, and a bottle of fizzy drink and some crackers were offered as freebies when I paid. Very generous portions (we ordered far too much!), and plenty of flavour. Would go here again.

Ordered a take away from here and were told he would deliver it if we wanted. We normally have to ask for delivery at other restaurants. Food arrived well within time quoted and it was all delicious and hot. We'll definitely use New Jade Garden again.

First time we have ordered from here, living in Sandy we though should try a different Chinese from the one near us. Friendly service,straight away you notice lots of locals use it which is definitely reassuring. Food was also very good, will start using this one!

The best Chinese food in the area. Generous amount of chicken in their dishes. The special chow mien has so much meat you don’t really need a separate meat dish to accompany it. A bit more expensive than others for a takeaway but worth it. Wing and Jade always friendly and helpful.

We had a gathering of 19 friends on new years eve of 2015 at Jade Garden and it was bloody BRILLIANT! Every few minutes we'd see a takeaway order go out the door, yet they still had the skills to get our meal out to us as well as the other side of the restaurant which was fully booked. So managing a full restaurant and many, many takeaway orders on new years eve was VERY impressive! - The food was delicious! - It wasn't cold when brought out to us. - The portion sizes were great! - The staff were very polite and didn't rush. - The price was great! VERY Highly recommended! :D --- 3 years later and we're still eating from Jade Garden! Delicious! (hence the picture!).

Fantastic Chinese restaurant. Easily the best in Biggleswade. Dishes are reasonably priced and the menu has a good variety. Not too salty and low on MSG and other additives, so eating there doesn't come with stereotypical complications. The restaurant itself is clean and pleasant although there is a price difference between the takeaway and the restaurant so prices can spiral a little when eating in. Staff are all very friendly. Highly recommended.

What a great restaurant. Although staff not in a rush the gaps between courses was perfect. The main ( set meal for 2 ) was massive. But well flavored, well cooked and worth the money. Place just off the beaten track but worth a visit.
