Nice vibe like all the lounges, had a great nasi goreng here 😋

Food is a very small portion not very nice and also took over an hr ended up asking for the food that was just sitting on the hatch waiting to be served was bailly warm and was offered a free coffee to say sorry we left the food and never been back sins

Went mid Sunday morning for a late breakfast. Had to sit ourselves at a table which gad not been cleared...4 tables were empty but had not been cleared. A clear lack of staff and the ones on duty just had their heads down, serving food. Cleared and wiped down our own table. Attempted to order on the app but it wouldn't finalise the transaction...after 10 minutes I got the attention of a server and was told to order at the bar! Add 2 screaming kids to the equation and we decided to just leave 😆😆. Hope this was a one off, always enjoyed it here. Definitely needs more staff tho!

Even when you pre order food they can't get it right, food came out cold sent mine back kept asking said they were dealing with it, went over to the kitchen and asked again after an hour, my meal never came, when I complained I was accused of been rude, I asked for the Manager only to be told there was not one, left to go over the road to the takeaway food was nice and hot, I would recommend weatherspoons the Crown they can cater for many people without pre ordering, expecting no follow up and I guess you will delete negative comments and not address your issues. Can't say I dined in did not eat anything only had drinks and no apology what a bunch of staff you are think you are in the wrong job

I don’t know where all the negative reviews are coming from. I see the same chefs every time I go for food here. They always cook my meals well and the food always comes out good. From what I would gather as being a chef myself is that their staff are overworked and underpaid by the company. Other than that I’ve never had an issue at Rosso. Staff are lovely and food is nice

I recently visited this place for brunch with a friend, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The food was far below expectations— poorly cooked. We couldn’t even finish our meals, and both of us ended up with stomach pains shortly after. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, as if they couldn’t be bothered to care about our concerns. After lots of discussion, they accepted to refund a small part of the order. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Nice place, good food, dog friendly.

My husband and I have been going to Rosso's since it opened a few times a month and sometimes on a weekly basis as it is a dog friendly place. Lately there has been several issues especially in the quality of the cocktails and food being served cold, bit mentioning the forever dirty tables. We have not returned for food, but went back for drinks tonight. When I was served an undrinkable mojito (the lime was brown and yellow on the edges and the drink extremely sour) and raised it to the person behind the bar, I was asked what was wrong with it to which I answered it was not nice and not drinkable. I was told that she had made the cocktail herself following the ingredients list so all was good with it, that she would not change it as the management had now told the staff not to remake cocktails anymore because too many were being remade....... That alone shows that it's not a customer issue but a training issue. Offering drinks that the staff are not able to make and charge £9 for it is a disgrace. I said that if it was the case, we wouldn't be returning and I was told "ok then". With the amount of money we have spent in this place this utterly disappointing to have been treated that way. My husband managed to get a £3 refund in the end. This is so bad, we will not be returning. Service: 1/5

So we attended on Saturday, there were quite a few dirty tables so we went right at the back which was fine. We ordered our food and out of a party of 5 only 1 meal was totally fine. With a Burger the chips came out cold which they did replace which I was thankful for, the salsa pots which went out with the quaesadilla's had clearly already had been used which they did replace with fresh ones, the bang bang chicken initially was sent out freezing cold to then be sent back then came back again they had reheated the chicken but not the noodles. Chef was behind the bar in his chef whites to make himself a drink to then take the glass into the kitchen. I did feel sorry for the manager as she did everything she could do to try and compensate for the service with a free round of drinks and refunded the bang bang chicken but should have offered a full refund in my opinion. Service staff were very polite and isn't fair that they got the brunt of aggression from this experience :( won't be returning....

Service was great but I don't recommend going in on a hot day. It was a hot day and absolutely sweltering in there - shocked they don't have any air conditioning frankly.

Great experience, good food, nice atmosphere

Went for lunch and was extremely disappointed with the service. Booked a table and pre-orded food at 1230 for 1300 like we usually do. We got there at 1305 sat and waited. At 1325 we asked what was going on with our order and we were told it would be 5 - 10mins. At 1340 we then asked to speak to the manager as we had been waiting for 40 minutes and our food was not ready. The manager came out and was more concerned with justifying the technicalities of timings and who dealt with what rather than apologise for the mistake. People who came after us were all getting their food whilst were just sitting there waiting. It's actually quite sad to write a negative review as we love this restaurant and come in often and the girls are usually the best. The team should just look into how best to deal with issues when things don't go right cause they will do from time time. Not having a justification complex but being apologetic and honest goes a long way. Ended up leaving as we couldnt wait no more, and hungry 😕.

I had a few errands to run and popped in for refreshments and decided to have a munch instead. I had the Lebanese felafel flatbread and a peppermint tea. The flatbread was delicious. The service was great. The people were friendly. The cafe was really nice and comfortable and the toilet was clean. I would recommend.

Really sad to say that I found my visit here, with visiting friends, to be very disappointing. Staff were not particularly friendly, the wait for food was quite long and then when food arrived it was not the greatest taste experience.

Served an exceptional Bang Bang Chicken at Rosso Lounge in Biggleswade today, cooked by Katie. This dish is always delicious and is one of my husband’s favourite meals however, it was so outstanding today that I felt that it needed to be reviewed. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to visit in Biggleswade for a delicious breakfast, refreshment, cake, lunch or supper look no further that Rosso Lounge. Both the Front (a big shout out to Izzi, Fayley, Hannah, Lenny, Catherine, Lucy, Jamie, Izzy, Brooklyn & Ben – sorry if I missed anyone out) and Back of House teams (another shout out to Katie, Daniel, Elias, Nida, Charlie, Daisy, Enoch, Holly, Josh & Aaron) are professional, hard-working, very helpful and friendly. We absolutely love Rosso Lounge Biggleswade and thank all of you for your warm welcome on each and every visit since January 2023.

Very disappointed with the valentines meal tonight. Very small portions and not value for money especially the gluten free option. Rosso lounge is our go to place but recently has noticed the chefs have gone down hill. No salmon in December for eggs Benedict??? Under cooked and small portions not value for money. And for the managers to then change there valentine pick a table for a free meal come on… We come ere every weekend the staff and coffee are lovely but will go else were for evening meals better food and better quality at the Indian across the car park

Found place very claustrophobic unable to fully hear each other We found food very expensive . We ordered half the items from English brunch but were still charged full price no one likes to pay for food they haven’t ordered pancakes were dense and 2meals were cold

Standard lounge decor and menu, really great staff, friendly and helpful. I say the menu is the standard lounge one, but it's a great menu with something for everyone. We had brunch, it was really very good.

Izzy and the crew are absolute megastars, smashing it on New Year’s Day , it’s a busy day and the website doesn’t seem to be working to place orders so the tills are even busier than usual. Huge huge thanks to all the amazing attentive staff, service here is always excellent and they’re hugely appreciated being here on a bank holiday xxx

Disorganised, many menu items not available and something very wrong about the coffee.

Ap wasn't running well so quite an issue ordering, 1 of our group ordered the big breakfast was shortly told that there wasn't any mushrooms so would you like an extra item?, they asked for an egg but was told this can't be done as it can only be extra beans or hash brown as it's not the same value! What an absolutely ridiculous situation! They couldn't provide what was on the menu so should be upping the food due to the inconvenience! Poor management! Also the black pudding was a dried out wafer thin disc, the response from the waiter was 'Oh' Not the end of the world but standards are standards... Nothing like looking after your customers..

Visited here whilst passing through. Having used a venue from the same company previously, we kinda knew what to expect, but was disappointed here. The service was lackadaisical, the food not much better. Had to ask for the Beans to be heated up (were cold) and also had to ask for butter for the toast. The Eggs were ‘rubbery’. The Staff seem to almost run away from your table not wanting to engage or wait for any further requests. The Christmas music was far too loud and sounded more like a disco venue. At nearly £50 we’d have expected much better.

Visited for an evening meal with 3 friends. The meals arrived at vastly different times which was disappointing. I had the cheeseburger which was undercooked with red meat in the middle. The garlic bread with cheese was poor and tasted like the cheap range from a supermarket. The sundae I had for dessert was no better. Given the price and reviews I expected far better. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Hopefully just a bad night but given the experience I wouldn't rush back.

Food was excellent and brilliant value. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Certainly worth a visit and will be going back.

Visited with friends on a busy Saturday lunch. Food took a bit to come out, but it was busy and the staff were running about, but it was well worth the wait. The eggs bacon was amazing, and the staff were friendly and fast!

The food was delicious! Well priced and there were so, so many options. There was however, a huge lump of plastic in my coleslaw, and it happened to the table next to us. However, rhe server was incredibly nice about it, re-funding my meal and offering more free food. Judging by their reaction, I don't think it happens often. All in all, one of the best restaurants in Wells!

If you’re looking for a great place to have a coffee, snack or meal, look no further that Rosso Lounge Cafe Bar on the High Street, Biggleswade. I’ve been a regular customer since the beginning of the year, so my review is well overdue! Rosso’s decor is querky yet comfortable with a mix of furniture, pictures and a very large duck collection which shouldn’t work but it does! The drinks/food are delicious and fairly priced. All customers are greeted warmly including parents with small children and customers with their doggie companions. The staff are professional, hardworking and friendly, especially under pressure when they are exceptionally busy. A big shout out to the lovely Fayley, Izzie and Catherine and also to Lenny who all welcome me with a smile and a catch up each and every time I visit (almost daily). Also another shout out to the new staff (Hannah, Dani and Lucy) who have all been training and doing a fantastic job (sorry if I missed anyone out). I’m very much looking forward to my next visit which is likely to be tomorrow.

Short on staff the two girls working were great shortage of food on menu with loads of items not available & then some of it was tasteless when it did come an evening with friends was spoilt by all this

Came here and had the Mexican bowl and a side of garlic broccoli which was pretty good, if a little small! I like how much choice there is for a vegan here, and the staff were super friendly.

I was very disappointed in the spaghetti carbonara which I ordered. It was dry, oily and tastless. A waste of £12. The tables were left with dirty plates including the one we were seated on. We were served with some plates, cans and crumbs still on the table , yet it was a slow afternoon. Very disappointing as I liked the general atmosphere and decor.

We had a lovely meal here. It is on the square which was quiet on a Sunday evening. There is seating inside and out, and inbetween? Gluten free and vegan options galore and I recomend the Beef Chilli which was really spicy. The service was great too, but why do restaurants insist on ordering at the bar for the first time when the servers look after you at the table subsequently.

Had a very nice lunch with some of the Katsu Burgers (very much recommended) lovely staff quick service with how busy there were very good food and drinks prices very reasonable. Never had a bad meal at the place very worth a visit

Called in this afternoon for tea and cake. Not many customers and the service was terrible. Ordered tea and cakes and waited for 30 mins for this to arrive at which point I complained to the lady behind the bar. The food still took a further 15 mins. People who had ordered after us had already received their food. When our food arrived there wasn’t any clean cutlery so has to wait again. Very disappointed

Love the huge choice of gluten free options

As regular visitors the Rosso lounge never disappoints. Never a long wait for food, always to a good standard. The people there are really friendly and helpful. We had food allergies in our group this time and they were so helpful and were really knowledgeable about what was in the dishes.

Lovely place lovely food. Just a shame the staff are a bit unaware of what's going on around them, don't tell you they won't keep you waiting when you've been at the bar for ages waiting to order, and then don't apologise for slow service. It's a real shame bearing in mind it's a lovely place

Enjoyed a lovely vegetarian lunch on Wednesday. Took my puppy so she could learn to settle in new places. Great Dog friendly environment. Served by two lovely young girls... one who very kindly offered to get my tap water for me so I didn't have to disturb pup - and another who made a real fuss of my puppy and offered her a dog treat. Thank you ladies you made it a lovely experience for us and we will definitely be back!

We'd not been here before, but the layout and decor reminded me of the Croeso Lounge at Mumbles near Swansea, and the menus looked familiar - I guess they are part of the same chain. Reasonably busy but the layout is such that tables are not too close together so we didn't feel crowded. Service was very prompt and the staff were busy, very polite, efficient and professional. Very good choice of food and as one of our group was vegan we were pleased to see that there was a seperate menu with plenty of choice for her. Drinks were good and delivered promptly, food was brought in a timely manner and was hot, tasty and well presented. Cost very reasonable. Overall a very pleasant visit, would be more than happy to pop in here again in future if passing.

Amazing food and service, loved the place and it was the first time we have been there and will definitely going back.

Egg and bacon muffin with cheese. Egg was hard, the bacon cold and so hard trouble eating it, my tea in a teapot had one teabag in it so was week. My daughter's food was not great either. We were the only people in the place so no excuses they were not busy.

First the good stuff. Nice place, decent food, reasonable prices. There was some rather confused service (I think one of the servers was new.) What is odd is the noise level - not really sure why - perhaps it is the bare floors. I've been here a number of times now, and it is sometimes difficult to hold a conversation with someone just across the table without almost shouting. Weird.

Didn't get a chance to sample the main part of my meal as after 30 mins waiting, I was informed a jey basic ingredient wasn't available. Whilst supply issues may be the reason for no ingredient, it should have been flagged to front of house before the order. Was not busy at the time of order either.

Having walked past many times today we went in for breakfast, and what a delight! Lovely friendly welcoming staff, great atmosphere, and the food was amazing. We had pancakes, cooked breakfast and poached eggs, everything was freshly cooked, nothing was greasy, was beautifully presented and tasted great! We will definitely return.

We arrived late morning for breakfast/brunch, and the lounge was quite busy with only 2-3 tables free at most. We were taken to our table and went up to the bar to order. Our drinks arrived as expected (within 5 minutes) and we continued to converse as our stomachs rumbled. 45 minutes passed as we still hadn’t received our food, so, we asked one of the waitresses if we could have an update on our food. She went to the kitchen, came back and said it shouldn’t be too long. After another 15 minutes still no food, so, we asked again and within 2 minutes we were served our food. The food took so long to arrived we had finished our hot drinks. However, when the food arrived it was good and fair value for money. We’d eat there again for the food, but are nervous about the wait! A different waitress came over and was extremely apologetic and was lovely about the situation. We were offered a round of coffees on the house as an apology and we accepted. If it wasn’t for this member of staff it would have been 1 star. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great, especially compared to Letchworth’s “Cultivo Lounge” where food is served within 15 minutes.

Unless you suffer from run outs, I can't think of any good reason not to offer proper table service. I've never been a fan of ordering and paying at the bar, and if it wasn't for this, I'd have given 5 stars. The food was good and the place appears to be very popular. Staff are friendly but could do much more.

Not enough options for people who doesn't eat meat. Vegetarian options are there but when it comes to seafood and fish none at all on the menu

Absolutely rubbish experience 15 minute wait to be seated with clear tables had to ask staff if they were seating customers. Was taken and shown two dirty tables with plates ect on the tables, the member of staff turned her back on us and started taking food to another table rather than seat us. We decided to leave and told the bar staff how disappointed we were. This was the worst experience we have had at a lounge , it was understaffed dirty and bad attitudes. We were polite and patient. Won't be back. Might give all lounges a miss after this had totally put us of. We have visited loads .

Seated quickly & served without fuss with crayons for the toddlers. Food was first class, service impeccable and thoroughly recommended.

Visited for the first time this morning (Saturday) the staff were very welcoming although very busy. Had tea and the lounge breakfast, delicious, served in good time by attentive and happy staff, will definitely be returning and highly recommend this vibrant, efficient and friendly venue.

Was very busy the day I visited. But staff were friendly, service was good brought drinks over to our table. Didn't feel rushed to leave and we stay quite a while. I would recommend 👌 I love this experience.

A fabulous Veggie Breakfast, a healthy alternative morning or evening!

It's a nice restaurant but the food isn't amazing and pricey. The lighting is also too low.

The food here never disappoints - the flavors are always fresh and unique, and they use only quality ingredients in their meals. The presentation is also top-notch - their chefs put an incredible amount of effort into making sure each dish looks as good as it tastes. recent favorites include their crispy Buttermilk Fried Chicken and the Vegan Mexican Superbowl. The Tapas Board was excellent as well.

So having an allergy i decided to visit Rossi lounge with my wife after seeing the vast gluten free menu online and After getting asked if I would die due to my allergies (strange question) we were offered to sit where we wanted. Having never been before the Lounge is big but has a cosy feel and I love that there were also many dogs also having a rest out of the cold . The wait for food wasn’t long and it arrived piping hot which is great the quality of the food was extremely good and as burgers go it has to be in the top 5 gluten free burgers I’ve had , my wife enjoyed her choices . The waitresses were all very attentive and thanked us for visiting . We will visit again in
