Lovely fresh tasty food from Caprinos and is always delivered hot not warm and always delivered earlier than the eta!

Delivery driver is nice but forgot a milkshake a can of coke zero and 5 dips, driver said he would be back in 20 minutes with the milkshake and hasn’t shown up, usually every order is correct but 2 times out of 10 something is wrong or they forget something or sometimes both.

This place is consistently decent. More like a chain restaurant than a wood-fired artisan type, but it’s not bad for what it is. Always seem to deliver quickly too

best place to order in biggleswade by a mile, food always comes fresh and hot and is delicious every time. the loaded fries in particular are on a level of their own.

Ordered at 18:05 and arrived at 19:45, despite the app giving 18:40-19:00 delivery time!! I phoned up but no one could tell me what was happening. Pizza was hot but bland and greasy. Daughter says the OREO milkshake was amazing.

Hands down the best wraps I have had anywhere in herts, the shawarma and diner wrap and spicy chicken goujoun wrap were insanely fresh juicy and they made sure to grill the pita of the wrap which almost no one in England does for some reason. Order on uber eats came in 30 meets from 6 miles and it was the perfect temperature. Remarkable value for money. Will be ordering again very soon. Judging by the test of the spicy wings and all the wraps I tried, I can already tell that everything else will be good too. Extremely smiley and kind eyed delivery driver. Found my flat without issue. Amazing service all round.

Please do not use this company not only they not deliver correctly. When you try to get a refund. They continue to put the phone down on you and they are not helpful at all. Stay well clear

Delivery driver is excellent, he always asks how my daughter and I are doing and he has a lovely kind smile! I would recommend the wrap and loaded fries deal with a drink, I usually get the chicken and rashers and shwarma wraps for my husband and I.

The order arrived much later than expected. Wasn’t what I’d ordered and was so cold, rubbery and tasteless that I still don’t know whether I received a pizza or garlic bread. Two items missing and one completely different item.

Food 10/10 delivery driver very nice

Just had a delivery received which was very late, cold, rubbery, tastless and the wrong item. 3 items we cannot tell what they are have arrived. Can’t get hold of anyone and now it seems they’ve blocked my number. Absolutely disgusting food, avoid!! To top it off, just been down the shop to buy myself a proper pizza and found they’ve thrown an empty pizza box out their window at the end of my road!!

Really great food, love the shwarma wrap, shwarma loaded fries and chicken, rashes wrap. I always get the 2 brownies very yummy and filling. Tried the lotus biscoff milkshake today, it was really good! The delivery driver is always really nice too!

Ordered 2 small pizzas (Margarita & pepperoni), chicken wings, cookies, 2 cans and garlic bread. Was delivered 1 large pepperoni pizza, 2 garlic bread and 2 cans. Phoned the delivery driver and the store, they said multiple times they will call back in 5 mins. Never received any missing items or refund

We placed our order which arrived an hour late - This was fine as we expected it on Xmas Eve. When it arrived we realised that 2 items were missing. The fries and the ice cream. We phoned the store and they said that they do not have any ice cream available so they put a replacement in (we were told that due to the delay they were giving us some extra bits, so in that case there was no replacement) as for the fries they said it would be delivered in 10 - 15 minutes but they never arrived. Contacted the store but never received another response. The food that we had was nice though.

this is my favourite pizza takeaway. I don't live here but whenever I come down to see friends and family I have to order this pizza as nothing else is good enough

The food was ok, the only reason I’ve given two stars and not one. The service was shocking. Left waiting an hour and a half for a delivery originally estimated as less than 40 minutes. I’m not unreasonable, I understand sometimes things get busy, or you’re short staffed, or equipment breaks down, or whatever, but you should really be letting your customers know what’s happening and there’s absolutely no excuse for deliberately not answering the phone. I must’ve called at least 30 times trying to find out what was going on with my order and every single time the phone was left either off the hook or left to ring out. By the time it arrived I had already started eating something else as I thought it probably wasn’t coming at all and I would have to contact my bank to get the money back. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again

Arrived cold pizza was thin when it should have been deep crust garlic bread was cold only warm item were the chicken strips. Arrived late wouldn't normally complain but this is the second time my order has been well below standard.

not one thing on my order was correct, I ordered a 2 person meal with BBQ wings coke zero and Fanta, i got the 2 pizzas and garlic bread just fine, but I got 1 drink, 1 Ben and Jerry's and plain wings. absolutely not on.

Biggest rip off pizza I have ever had!!! They are the size of those mini ones you get in supermarkets for less than a £1 and I paid £9 per pizza! Never ever again. Be warned the small pizza is very very small.

When order placed, delivery estimate was 40 - 50 minutes. After order placed, delivery estimation became 1hr - 1hr 20. Finally arrived after 1hr 40. I would not have ordered had I known this. Order was placed at 1740. Seems early to be that busy?

Shocking experience . Order was due between 19.00 and 19.45. It arrived cold at 20.30. I called the restaurant when it got to 5 mins passed the expected latest arrival and while they picked up, they merely placed the receiver on the side without speaking to me to prevent any other calls coming in. Never had an experience like it, and never will again, as I will not be returning.

Waited 2 and a half hours for a delivery which stated it would be with us in 40 minutes. No phone call from the business to say that they was going to be longer waiting time. When trying to call the company they had the phone off the hook. We ended up calling a store in Bedford who also couldn't get through and who called the manager for us. After that we still were unable to get through on the phone and after trying for over an hour finally answered the phone but it was just them picking up the phone to ignore calls. The customer service was appalling. The poor delivery driver was blissfully unaware of the order situation and just told us that"it's really busy".
