Always friendly service and great tasting authentic food.

Lovely warm restaurant on a quiet, early week evening The staff were friendly and welcoming and helped me to choose a vegetarian dish. The restaurant looked very clean and the tables all laid out nicely. Only a few people there this evening but the atmosphere was still very pleasant and homely. The food was delicious and Manager chose well for me. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Good Friday 2025. Really pleased to arrive at this restaurant after having Googled what's available in the Luton-Dunstable area. It really didn't disappoint. The business was well attended on this evening which was a good indicator. Started off with some poppadoms and chutneys - these were fresh and crispy. What I particularly liked was that the service was not rushed: orders for the starters and mains were not taken until after the poppadoms and drinks were delivered. The timing of the service at this restaurant was obviously well practiced. The quality of the food was apparent and the portions more than adequate. Be sure to specify the level of spice/heat you want in your food. I often forget this when going to an Indian restaurant and end up disappointed if everything turns out almost lacking of flavour and heat. The mains were delivered surprisingly promptly but in no way hurriedly - an overall pleasant and fantastic experience! Bill came to about £30 per head for 5 of us with drinks and there was no service charge automatically added to the bill. We added our own without hesitation.

We decided last minute to book a table at Vantage, there were four of us in total. The service was exceptional as well as the delicious food, we had a really enjoyable evening and would highly recommend.

Order was placed at 6:30pm, food arrived at 8pm. This was after contacting the restaurant at 7:30pm for an update. Unsurprisingly food arrived cold but was of very poor quality with slimy chicken and lacking flavour. Very disappointing considering the usual high standard of most Indian restaurants in the Luton area. Will not be ordering from here again.

Order delivered nearly 1hr later than exoected, messaged restaurant 20 mins after expected delivery time, restaurant also called me but then put me on hold so they could take another telephone order, then resumed the call to inform me that order was with the courier which was not particularly helpful 1+ hrs after we already expected it. Food was cold on arrival, had to be microwaved. Pretty tasteless. Ordered a mixture of tandoori dishes but only 1 x teacup size portion of salad arrived. Had to use own salad. Chicken bland and slimy. Had ordered from here before and had been OK but would not use again now after food quality and customer service.

Great entertainment last night with Elvis , food was spot on and service with a smile , highly recommend coming along to one of these events and supporting the restaurant

A fair review here, it was very busy all tables were full on top of the food leaving for deliveries We did have to wait to order the food but once it arrived it was worth the wait great tasting food and a meal prepared that is not on the menu I do that to see if they will go the extra mile and they did so thank you 🙏 Chicken Bombay all the way 💪

Food was cold, king prawn butterfly was over cooked, either the pilau rice or the meat samosa had an over powering taste of chilli and lastly the cheese naan really wasn't at all cheesey, sorry but i will not be returning.

Very disappointing takeaway. All food cold and needed reheating, puddles of water as if frozen food instead of fresh. Naan breads were also cold and soggy. This was our first and last time using as used to a much higher standard.

Ruined a birthday meal. Normally have great food from here however all our dishes were so watery the sauce was awful so couldn’t enjoy the meals .

Lovely menu, lots of choice. The lamb chops were delicious. We are never disappointed when we eat here. It was a first time for one of our party and they were very impressed with the quality of the food and service. We'll be back.

Food was cold. Chicken tikka was brown and looked and tasted different to anything tikka I’ve tried…. It was not pleasant at all and we couldn’t eat it. I would not order again.

I've always had great experiences and great food from here except tonight when I ordered a stuffed Paratha for £4.95. The first was awful with no stuffing. After a complaint they sent a second which was worse but warmer !!!! Always been happy but disappointed tonight!!!!. I was told that I would have a free replacement next time I ordered. I tried ordering tonight but was told they wouldn't serve me unless I removed my review!!!! I believe the truth is important so I've left it on view. Feel I'm being blackmailed so no more orders from me

I have visited this restaurant more than three times. The food has always been delicious. In addition, the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service especially Ali Brother.

The food here is always fantastic. Every dish is tasty and cooked to a high standard. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff always go above and beyond to make this dining experience memorable. Would definitely recommend Vantage and will be returning.

Usually I go for Dehli Beef, but decided on the Lamb Madras today, as I fancied more gravy .... the Madras was lovely..... veg pilau, sag also... everything was amazing..... However... . I did miss the Delhi Beef, so I'll go back to this dish next time..... can't fault this place..... the welcome, the service, the interaction with staff, the price, cleanliness is 10/10...... this is my favourite curry house ..... haven't had a bad meal yet. ......

3rd visit - had Lamb Madras Only opted for this as I fancied more gravy... absolutely delicious ..... but not as good as Dehli Beef, will resort back to that next time Everything was on point..... def recommend Vantage..... service is still brilliant Can def recommend the Dehli Chilli Beef .... perfectly spiced, with veg pilau and saag also..... The Chicken Jalfrezi also got a thumbs up Service was on point..... staff extremely friendly......food came out hot (took a doggy bag home) perfectly seasoned The only downside were the desserts..... no vegan options, and we couldn't just order ice cream, which was a pity

We have been coming to Vantage for many years, visited yesterday evening and as always the food was delicious. The service was amazing, the staff are all really friendly and can’t do enough for you.

Okay having given Vantage a swerve for the last 18 months after having a dreadful sitdown meal in their restaurant, we decided to give them another try. And what with the award they were given recently we couldn’t go wrong. Unless there are 2 Vantage restaurants which I doubt there is I cannot for the life of me see how this place won that award. Our takeaway was tasteless, bland, the chicken was so tough and chewy, the masala sauce was bland, like water.The rice and sides were total garbage

Called in without a booking. We were welcomed warmly. Service was impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. The food was amazing and as a proud Brummie I have eaten some marvellous curries. This place was easily on par with Birmingham’s finest. Absolutely recommend this place and will be back when I’m down on business in a couple of weeks.

A colleague and I were looking for somewhere for an early dinner. We saw this restaurant, it had a 5 star hygiene rating so we gave it a go. The hospitality was amazing, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We are from Birmingham so we know a good curry, this was on par with Birmingham’s finest. Food was superb, very tasty, I had the Tamil Chicken and my colleague the prawns. Service was attentive but not intrusive. I’m back in a couple of weeks and will definitely be back.

I visited vantage on Monday with my partner, we had a great time, the food was amazing and the service was astounding, the staff are very friendly and professional, this was the best Indian food I've had and the best service I've experienced.

The food at Vantage is amazing, fresh, well cooked and an extensive menu. Service is friendly and attentive. I honestly cannot fault either the service or the food. We will be returning on a regular basis.

We as a group had a wonderful evening here.The staff are so friendly and attentive and the food is lovely and very well considered . Had a meal here with friends over the festive period. First time eating at the Vantage. Initially we thought there was going to be an issue as they couldn't find our online reservation, but they quickly resolved the issue and found us a table. The restaurant was busy and vibrant (a good sign that others like the place) Service by the waiting staff was quick ,prompt and welcoming. We had a mixture of dishes and the food was of a decent quality and I have no complaints. Thanks!

First time trying vantage and it was wonderful. We were told about the banquet night which we didn't know about and that was great value. Good was really nice and staff were very friendly and attentive.

OK - I phoned for a takeaway and was told you get 20% off if you collect the takeaway - although there is "FREE" delivery where you do NOT get the 20% off. So I decided to collect. When collecting the 20% had not been taken off the bill... standing there clearly collecting a takeaway they hoped I would not notice. I noticed - and said I ws collecting! I waited a few minutes whilst the bill was rewritten and the 20% was taken off. Deliberate? Well as it's their job I would say yes - a deliberate attempt to avoid giving the 20% reduction. Added to that the onion baji's were cold and undercooked.

We ordered a takeaway the starters were stone cold so inedible, my chicken tikka dupiza was like Luke warm, didn’t taste of tikka left most of it. My partner had tandoori lamb chops that were also luke warm and so over spiced she couldn’t eat them, her starter of prawns was stone cold. The only edible food was the sag panir , mushroom rice, naan bread all for £60???!!!! Will never order from here again

Lovely family meal out at Vantage, the staff were attentive, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was lovely, we had a great evening and look forward to coming back. We were made to feel very welcome, especially from Ali.

I have had 2 excellent meals at this restaurant now and visited with different friends on both occasions, the service is excellent and the food served fresh and hot. Some superb dishes on offer with great spice and heat levels, the restaurant is spotlessly clean and the seating and tables comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are perfect. Food wasn’t overly hot when it arrived. Ordered from here as it was voted best in beds but have had better elsewhere in Dunstable. Food wasn’t as flavoursome and rice was full of cardamom pods.

1hr 45mins to deliver?! Most of the order was cold. No apology at all from the driver about taking so long and no response from the restaurant after I hit the ‘my order is late’ Won’t order again.

Ordered takeway. Really really poor and disappointing. Mixed grill was so tough impossible to eat and each piece of meat was 2cm cubed. Masala and methi left watery puddle on plate and hardly any flavour. Bhajis like brick again impossible to eat. Bread cold and dry and rice portion not even enough for one person. Spent £45 and couldn’t eat any of it but unable to get a refund through Uber eats and restaurant asked us to call back.

Great food and great service, I visited on a Tuesday evening it was quiet, but the reception and friendliness was appreciated. I visited on a a lot of restaurants and what I would suggest is offering clients a post meal apéritif/ shot. It always goes down well!

Had such delicious meal! The service was fantastic throughout. Ali was a very attentive waiter. Every one is really friendly. We usually have take away so it was a lovely treat from my hubby to sit in the restaurant and eat. We watched the local Christmas light switch on from inside. Hubby went out to see the Lazer show. King prawn Kushan was delicious. Mixed meat & veggie platter perfectly presented. Washed down with drinks. Also, lovely atmosphere and mix of families and friends enjoying spicy & fragrant food. Would definitely recommend a visit!! Vantage are open on Christmas Day if you’re unsure of your plans.

Everything tasted the same despite the dish, potatoes were hard and chicken really dry.

Meat portions are so small, we struggled to find any lamb in our curry. We usually Order from cinnamon lounge. Will defo not order again.

I took my wife here the night I proposed and we loved it. Went back today for our first anniversary and it was exactly the same - great food, great people and a cozy atmosphere that makes a great setting for a date, a friendly get-together or family outing. I highly recommend Vantage!

I ordered at 19.05. Delivery time was 19.55-20.15. The delivery driver left at 19.55 and didn’t arrive at my property until 20.30. Although it’s a 10 mins journey? The food was cold like not even warm and it was just poor. Actually gutted because I’ve never had a problem with vantage before but after this experience I won’t be ordering again I don’t think.

Shocking curry very watering and tastes of pure butter

Ordered at 1655. Had to call at 1815 to find out where our order was. Arrived at 1840. Chicken Korma had zero flavour and look pale, chicken was chewy. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again

The best Indian restaurant in town! There are a few Indian places in Dunstable, but only here did we find the authentic flavors we were looking for. Aromatic, spicy, truly Indian dishes. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with menu choices. Highly recommended!

Haven't bee here for a while but went tonight and certainly not disappointed. Food was fantastic and service second to none. It's very quiet in there on a Monday night which suited us but may not be for everyone.

5 out of 5 all round for this restaurant. Best curry house in Dunstable, normally do takeaway away but dined in for a change as been awhile seeing Mo and team. The best Indian restaurant in Dunstable! Outstanding service, these guys define the best in customer service, make you feel very welcome and help create a great atmosphere. We visited Vantage as a group of 8 on Saturday at 18.00. As soon as you walk in you are made to feel like old friends. The waiters are very efficient the place is immaculately clean. This is my favourite Indian in Dunstable. Plenty of choice on the menu. If you like lamb I would recommend the Sri Lankan lamb dish, it’s so good. Looking forward to returning soon. It’s gets busy but the service is not affected.
