Honestly one of the best takeaways i’ve been too, everyone who works there is so nice and have such a big selection of food and all of it is unreal, i work away from home all the time and whenever im near this area i make sure to go there, definitely would recommend the calzones and the deep fried mars bars

Should off written this review before just thinking off it now was in the restaurant a while back Was waiting on my order when a lovely young man came in who I must add had down syndrome while I waited we got chatting he told me he was just walking around collecting pokemone on his phone it was dark and I thought what a lovely world he lives in just walking around late evening collecting Pokémon on his phone feeling safe and happy in his little world he was hungry I asked if he would like something to eat he said yes but I must have been over heard by the staff who came over and asked him what he would like to eat he said sausage chips which they served him up quickly with out any cost and I thought how beautiful was that the kindness they’ve shown which allows him to live on the wonderful little world he lives in thankyou USA chicken you really are a wonderful asset to Biggleswade and food is great staff is wonderful well done 5 stars

Usually get the best fish and chips in town from here. Unfortunately this time the Cod is soaking wet, the batter has turned to soggy mush/sludge. The chips were also partially tough/chewy like reheated old chips. Soft but the outer parts have tough bits like cardboard. This has happened before with them where I have received extremely tough chewy cardboard-like chips. Today is not as bad but still not right, as they have the best chippy chips ever usually. Restaurant said everything was made fresh when I called them and offered to send me new chips or free ones with my next order. Paid a lot of money and felt the need to leave a review with a photo so the restaurant can actually see the issue for themselves. It’s really put me off my food and not enjoyable at all. I took a video too but can’t upload to reviews. Usually their cod is crispy and chips soft. The restaurant generally has good service and usually would give them 5 stars but something went wrong today. Unfortunately as it has happened twice nice I don’t think I will be ordering food again unless it’s for collection.

It's the second time I go there with my family to have lunch, but it's a great atmosphere and a special service, so I'll definitely have lunch again every time I'm in town

I recently visited **USA Fried Chicken**, and I was really impressed The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the sides especially the fries were perfectly seasoned. Service was quick and friendly, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving some delicious fried chicken❤️❤️

I personally like USA Fried Chicken. I’m sorry to say last night was a total miss. The chips were like soggy cardboard. The chicken breast was oily. In fact the dinner was so greasy, it leaked through a box and two bags. The chicken burger was mid. Probably order again but based on previous meals but last nights order was well below par.

Usually great, but unfortunately this time the chippy chips were very chewy and inedible which is unusual and disappointing. They were very tough and chewy. The cookie dough was damaged, appeared to have been dropped or not held upright. The cod was great! The mushy peas were good.

It’s a shame cause my partner ordered from hear last week and it was lovely. Today the food was cold on arrival and the lettuce had gone brown and limp, so could have been fresher. Chips were chewy and most of it went on the bin. Probably won’t order here now again. Such a shame

Quality of the food very poor, very greasy. To be honest the chips tasted like oven chips and the sausage tasted like it had been cooked with fish! Will not be ordering again!

Been a regular for a few months now and have been great with quality of food, always fresh and hot. Today they got my little one’s order wrong and had replaced the whole meal and had it with us quickly. Great service and really polite staff!

My husband went in last week for the first time and they gave him a wing to try, which he thought was lovely and after having a lovely chat with the owners he purchased chicken wings etc to bring home. They were amazing, better than KFC, I gave five stars on everything but my review shows four stars.? It’s definitely a five star restaurant

I've always used this chippy I'm a regular ordered my food at 7.20 still didn't come rang at 8.45 to be told 5 mins away 9.10 still no food now lost me as a loyal customer poor service

The fish was a delight, but the chips were old, probably from the previous day or even two, warm and hard and certainly overcooked as you would expect, I actually threw them away, so if you want a good fish n chip lunch forget this place, go to a chip shop that does not use chips from the previous day. They were horrible.

Couldn’t fault the food, delivery forgot a can of tango and they kindly delivered it without me asking. That’s good service. Will be ordering again.

Unless your having the fish and chips from here don't order anything of the menu. There food is freezing cold I live 2 minutes away so it not because I live far. The chicken in my fillet burger was stone cold avoid avoid avoid Ps uk now usa fried chicken wasn't very good when it was at its old site

Newly refurbished, very very clean, most delicious fried chicken I have ever eaten - their chicken is so fresh and taste even better than KFC. You feel very welcomed, lovely people (both the owners and the rest of the team) the best service.

Sadly the chips were hard and dry!! And the ribs were hard. Very disappointed

Food was disgusting, chips was cold and hard ,for 15.90 it was the smallest portion I've had for a oap . There couldn't have been more then 25 chips to each portion the fish was dry and horrible couldn't eat it and gave to dogs . Rang to complain to be told chips are freshly cooked bull***s***t and same with fish... I asked for refund was told they would come collect food I explained my dogs had eaten them I didn't fancy food poisoning . Not happy at all. Went bk in to my account to find they suspended me lol so messaged them and told them to delete my card details... don't order from them.. oh it took over an hour for delivery for less then a mile drop. I'd give the =5 if I could

Wrong items delivered, missing items and food cold

This was the third issue we’ve had with this store. From incorrectly prepared items to items missing from orders, there are always problems. I continued to order as I really love their cookie dough dessert but from now on we’ll have to avoid them because it’s constant problem after problem which is so disappointing.

The chippy chips were nice and I loved the cookie desert, I would recommend to order a cookie desert. However the food was very oily, I could not eat the chicken that I ordered, the grease had soaked through the delivery bag and it has a strange after taste to me. Cod was ok but not crispy at all. Battered jumbo sausage was ok, was rly crispy but quite oily.

Arrived within about 20 mins .. tastes great very impressed with my first order and would order again !

The food the past 3 orders has been excellent, consistent and on time. The driver who I sadly didn't catch the name of was a bit shy but otherwise very polite and had a friendly smile. Overall, I will deffinetly be ordering in the future and do highly reccomend this place!

Glad to have a shop in town that offers decent fried chicken. No longer have to go to Baldock or St. Neots. Service was quick and polite. The premises is clean and inviting. Would recommend!

As always amazing food although where I was let down was with the milkshake I ordered a kinder milkshake, it was just a vanilla milkshake with little bits of chocolate in it tastes nothing like kinder at all chips nice as always cheesy chips are unbeatable from here

Chips were rock hard and tasted like cardboard. The cod was dry. The only decent thing was the battered mars bar. Don't waste your money on this place.

I didn’t realise the kebab wouldn’t come with pitta bread? Needs to be made clearer when ordering. I also ordered garlic sauce which didn’t come. So I had chicken and salad without pitta bread and sauce so not very exciting.

Can of drink missing from meal deal and £4 portion of chips missing also from order and what we did receive was cold and chewy. Tried to ring back and shop closed. Second time we’ve had bad food here so won’t be ordering again.

Chicken burger was ok but chips (fries)and onion rings arrived under cooked. If you like the taste of soggy oven chips then these are the ones for you. Spoke to restaurant who just said they would pass info onto the chef. No offer of anything else. Waste of money unfortunately. Was hoping the new management had upped their game but appears not.

The jacket potato had a big black mark on it. Turned up cold with the beans. The salad I ordered came with no olives and no cheese or sweetcorn. Not really sure what happened with my order. Just horrible
