Ordered from here to be delivered to Pulloxhill but very late several times. Anything between 1 and 2 hours late. Phone up and "it's on the way and will be there in five minutes" . Lying all the time. 5 minutes is usually more like 50 but as you've paid they have you by the " short & curlies" !! In short don't bother ordering takeaway from here. See all the other terrible reviews as back up. Seems they will never learn.

Order at 7pm, 1 hour and 30 mins later no Chinese said it was ready on way, 30 mins called still no food, then demanded payment off food, repeatedly hanged up, rudest girl in customer service, she really brings a bad name to the company, if there was a trophies for rubbish customer service she would get top 1, honestly needs to sort there out the company and finally food turns up at 9.28pm food turns up we eventually ordered from another place, delivery driver turns out just as bad as the girl looks like he's getting 2nd place

Usually the service is good from here however tonight was very very disappointing. Our food was delivered 45 minutes later than stated. The food was barely warm chicken balls batter was soggy and even the prawn crackers weren't very nice. Could find any means of emailing them to complain privately I will comtinplate telephoning but know they are busy.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Been ordering from here for about 3 years never had a single problem food was always amazing and then I don’t know what when wrong. The customer service is terrible the lady on the phone (manager) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, had an argument with them all day long because I ordered from them and the food was completely inedible absolutely disgusting. The smoked shredded chicken tasted like it had been doused in salt, curry sauce was cold, duck had barley any meat on it and it all went in the bin. As a regular customer the man on the phone was quite understanding with me the first couple of times we spoke and understood my frustration before having a chat with his manager and coming to the conclusion that I was completely to fault and I did not deserve my £37 back that I had asked for, baring in mind they let me know this by TEXT completely unprofessional. Also taking away the previous offer of getting my whole order again for free only if I come and collect it knowing full well I do not have the means to do that. Please AVOID this place at all costs there is many other Chinese takeaways in the area that will not scam you and steal from you and refuse to rectify the mistakes of their inedible swill. Would leave 0 stars if I could!!!!

It was hidden away down a long gravel track in an old building, behind a second hand car park.

Used these guys for around 4 or 5 years. Always friendly and polite. Delivery always within 45 minutes. Food is a great standard, especially like the aromatic duck and Singapore noodles.

Really nice food and well priced. Would not recommend picking your food up though. It is a really hard to find location, they do not have any signage to show you where they are and there is no front to the takeaway, you go straight into the kitchen. This takeaway is definitely geared towards deliveries. They have lost 1 star from me because on the website it says collections are ok. It doesnt explain that their is no signage or even give detailed information on how to find them. If it did, I would give them 5 stars. I would recommend getting your food delivered though.

Fantastic chinese , not so much salt as in other places and didnt leave me with a desert like thirst for hours after. Food was warm on arrival and chicken was so succulent. Brilliant local chinese we are spoilt as we have two five star chineses in the same village
