A nice little place to eat, very clean and comfortable. The food was good and very enjoyable. Would eat here again.

Delicious and fast, very clean. My order was given the wrong item but the staff was very helpful, she rectified the issue straight as well let me keep the wrong item that was given. Would come here again because of how kind and fast the staff is.

First time ever visiting this company. I absolutely loved it. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. Ordering was easy. Very nice menu and most importantly the food was delicious. Burger was juicy and flavoursome. Milkshake was perfect. Not too sweet. Price was very reasonable. Can’t wait to try other branches.

Had a burger meal. The lattice fries are just rubbish. Tasteless, hard, cold. The drink was good. Burger was warm at best. Bun was OK. Pickles were nice. Meat was a very very poor quality. It was tasteless mush. It was worse than the cheapest Booker cssh ncarry burgers. Really bad. Don't waste your money on this.

I came here last night to pick up a too good to go and to be completely honest I’m disgusted with the service I received by the manager. We are quite regular too good to go collectors at this specific tim hortons and usually there service is pretty good. When you would usually come to collect too good to go you do have to go inside the building to collect, but I come with a wheelchair user so we normally have to explain a bit and then come round to the window in the drive thru and it’s usually nice and easy. Yesterday however was not how this worked……… we explained like normal through the speaker at the drive thru and after explaining and explaining the manager cut me off while I was speaking and said “drive round” so I drove round to the window and began to explain again. The manager wanted me (carer) to leave the person I’m caring for in the car on her own for me to run in and grab some doughnuts. The manager wanted us to prove that we picked it up from the drive thru on our last few visits and of course we couldn’t prove that and it was getting to the point that we are trying to explain a disability that should NOT need explaining in the first place. We had a blue badge, a nimbus card and explained various times, i am the carer and they cannot be unattended for various safety reasons and apparently that wasn’t good enough. it wasn’t until we had to unnecessarily explain in detail what would happen if they were left on there own and how unsafe it would be that he finally handed us out the doughnuts (which were a couple steps away from him). When we came to pick this up last night it was 11:30pm and it was silent there were no customers in the shop and none in the drive thru so there was zero hold up except for the service we received. It should have NOT have come to this. The lack of understanding, accessibility and inclusivity is unacceptable am very disappointed in the manager (Gaurav)

We ordered 6 meals and they got everyone one of them wrong! Burgers were only warm. Pretty crap to be honest. Hadn’t tried Tim Hortons before and won’t ever be going back.

Ordered a iced french vanilla with my order for my wife. She doesn’t have cream, normally we are asked if we want cream or not. Today we wasn’t asked by Varnit T and when my wife had the drink it it was fully watered down, I can confirm this as I tasted it too. We come 1-2 times per week and it’s never tasted this bad! I went to complain to Varnit T and she said that it comes with cream after I told her we wasn't asked if we wanted cream. She should have still asked! Then she says the drink will be watery if no cream is in it. I told her that isn’t true and then Varnit T went to get backup and her colleague came and said to me “What can I do to make it not watery?” How am I supposed to know? They are the ones making the drinkss not me? So her backup told Varnit T to make me another one, so she did and when she did she basically aggressively slid the drink across the counter to me and didn’t even apologise. I then had to go back to the counter because Varnit T didn’t give me a straw and her back aggressively approached me and tried to intimidate me by asking me in an angry voice “Is it better now?” Well how do I know when Varnit T didn’t give me a straw! All the staff here except Ali are rude. Avoid this branch at all costs all else Varnit T will ruin your experience! #GetRidOfVarnitT

There should be more tim hortons an less mcdonalds. This place beats mcdonalds for breakfast and food quality everytime.

This is a nice, spacious branch of Tim Hortons, with plenty of seats. It is also very clean. I can't fault the food or drinks, which are always very good, and the service is fast. However, there are a couple of issues. Most of the staff are quite rude and unfriendly; every interaction with the majority of them feels very mechanical and unwelcoming. Another issue, is that the self service kiosk almost always run out of printer roll, so you don't receive your receipt. How hard is it for them to just change the printer roll? Despite those issues, I go back because I really like the food and drinks on their menu.

Nothing outstanding, just another fast food place. Today (29/03/2025) at this store, the ordering machine is not issuing tickets with your order number, the TV screen that should display the orders queue and delivery is off and you get the team shouting the order numbers. With 4 digits and without paper it's a bloody nightmare figuring out where my order is.

would rate it 0/5 if i could, mcdonald’s does better burgers then here. So disappointed, costs so much money and you get the worlds shittest food in return, place needs to shut down if i’m honest.

Ordered the triple cheese burger and their new spicy crunchy chicken burger and wrap. I have to say their triple cheese burger is one of my favourite beef burgers I've ever tried. Its just the perfect combination. Had mustard, ketchup, lettuce inside and just tastes 10/10 so juicy and paired with their waffle fries its an elite combo 😍 I always get their Chipotle mayo sauce dip for my fries. Oooh and their tropical cooler is amazing!! Will definitely order that during summer. The new spicy crunchy range... I'll be honest the wrap was way better and much spicier than fhe burger. I really enjoyed the wrap and shocked how spicy it got the more I bit into. As someone who has naga chillies often and foods mixed with them this caught me off guard as I thought it'd be just plain jalapeños and maybe a sweet chilli sauce but NOPE it actually gives you a decent kick!🔥😳 The burger had nothing to differentiate from the normal chicken burgers other than just jalapeños. I would get the wrap next time and ofcourse the triple cheese burger. The staff were lovely enough to chuck in 2 free doughnuts which i was very confused at first, thinking I maybe got the wrong order, but after checking ghe items I realised they had given them complimentary as it was very late and almost closing time so didn't want to waste throwing away all that excess food. Which I love when businesses do this. Give to homeless or last few customers or let staff take home instead of just throwing and wasting perfectly good food!

Worst customer service! Was ordered decaf coffee from drive through service, repeated three times that I need decaf coffee and still got a normal one. Now i have to take my pills from high blood pressure, thanks for that…

We had to wait 30mins for our food (and do did a lot of other people). The staff were very busy with online orders & were prioritising that first. I felt so sorry for one of the women behind the till as she was manic & one of her male colleagues refused to help her when she asked so assistance. To be honest I probably wouldn't go back, it's not worth the wait or the stress.

This is by far, the very best fast-food establishment that I’ve ever been to in my entire life and the quality of most of stuff is worth it (in my opinion) so this weekend gone (15/02/2025) I've had breakfast and lunch and I have to say, I really like the layout and look of their furniture and interior settings.

I visited this Tim Hortons branch and inquired whether they serve Halal chicken. The staff was very helpful and provided me with a halal certificate, which I’m sharing here. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that all chicken items are halal, though it’s not mentioned outside the store. The atmosphere was also great—overall, a positive experience!

Ordered the food and they took a long time to prepare.. Funny enough, they have started doing orders for people who came after us. Guy who was preparing the coffee and cheese bites had no hand gloves. By the time they put together everything we ordered coffee became cold... Worst experience.. Avoid dunstable tim hortons

Great flat white with oat milk. So much better than Starbucks’! Donuts are so so- they’re on par with supermarket donuts yet sadly not as superior as heavenly soft Krispy Kreme’s. Sadly drive through can be slow and also can be slow to be served inside too.

Staff are always overstretched due to Just Eat and drive through orders. This often impacts the dine in customers. The coffee and doughnuts are always good quality though.

Veggie Breakfast was really tasty, first time here and definitely coming back. Nice quick service, with freshly cooked items. Drinks are super sweet! But coffee was much better than Greggs.

Incredible service and food, I would recommend this branch to anyone, service is quick and everyone is very helpful, a very special shoutout for Kay, she exuded the highest levels of positivity and good customer service throughout my experience, resolving issues I had whilst also advising me on many of the ways to receive different free items through surveys etc. conflict resolution, pushing services respectfully and really engaging with customers are the qualities and skills that shined today. Spoken as a manager myself she is an ideal employee and person in every sense. Big thank you to the rest of the team also.

Overall good place, nice and clean, good food. Service is also good. The only issue is if you want to pay cash sometimes they don't acknowledge you are waiting at the till. They are too dependent on machines. Sometimes I want to pay old fashioned way.

Good quality fast food every time and the doughnuts are amazing!

Good place to pop in for a hot chocolate and a doughnut. Their kiosk machines are ok, not very intuitive in terms of ordering flow. Serving staff can be hit or miss, previous times service has been lacking, but the girl behind the counter today was a lot better and she deserves a 5 star all to herself. Doughnuts are nice and fresh and they have various flavours, I really enjoy the apple one. In terms of coffee, I don't drink it so cannot comment either way. The new raspberry hot chocolate is sickly sweet and I will not be getting it again, regular hot chocolate is nice though.
