Tim Hortons in Central Bedfordshire

I visited this Tim Hortons branch and inquired whether they serve Halal chicken. The staff was very helpful and provided me with a halal certificate, which I’m sharing here. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that all chicken items are halal, though it’s not mentioned outside the store. The atmosphere was also great—overall, a positive experience!

Ordered the food and they took a long time to prepare.. Funny enough, they have started doing orders for people who came after us. Guy who was preparing the coffee and cheese bites had no hand gloves. By the time they put together everything we ordered coffee became cold... Worst experience.. Avoid dunstable tim hortons

Great flat white with oat milk. So much better than Starbucks’! Donuts are so so- they’re on par with supermarket donuts yet sadly not as superior as heavenly soft Krispy Kreme’s. Sadly drive through can be slow and also can be slow to be served inside too.

Quick and easy service as always even on New Years Day

Staff are always overstretched due to Just Eat and drive through orders. This often impacts the dine in customers. The coffee and doughnuts are always good quality though.

Veggie Breakfast was really tasty, first time here and definitely coming back. Nice quick service, with freshly cooked items. Drinks are super sweet! But coffee was much better than Greggs.

Incredible service and food, I would recommend this branch to anyone, service is quick and everyone is very helpful, a very special shoutout for Kay, she exuded the highest levels of positivity and good customer service throughout my experience, resolving issues I had whilst also advising me on many of the ways to receive different free items through surveys etc. conflict resolution, pushing services respectfully and really engaging with customers are the qualities and skills that shined today. Spoken as a manager myself she is an ideal employee and person in every sense. Big thank you to the rest of the team also.

Overall good place, nice and clean, good food. Service is also good. The only issue is if you want to pay cash sometimes they don't acknowledge you are waiting at the till. They are too dependent on machines. Sometimes I want to pay old fashioned way.

Good place to pop in for a hot chocolate and a doughnut. Their kiosk machines are ok, not very intuitive in terms of ordering flow. Serving staff can be hit or miss, previous times service has been lacking, but the girl behind the counter today was a lot better and she deserves a 5 star all to herself. Doughnuts are nice and fresh and they have various flavours, I really enjoy the apple one. In terms of coffee, I don't drink it so cannot comment either way. The new raspberry hot chocolate is sickly sweet and I will not be getting it again, regular hot chocolate is nice though.

Real strong coffee , this cup will wake anyone up , great tasting and there assortment of tasty treats go down with the coffee great as well .. don’t see many of these Tim Hortons places so if you do see one make sure you stop for a coffee and grab a iced frappe , try the toffee one ..

Waited for anyone to speak to me at drive thru, finally I had to call hello and was told to wait a moment. Seemed like 5mjns later finally I was asked fr my order. Drove to next window. Window closed. No acknowledgment from staff inside even tho I could see them walking around, past the collection window etc. Sat there for 5mins waiting to be, atleast, greeted and my payment taken but absolutely no response from anyone. So i drove away. Poorest customer service ever

I ordered a Veggie Sausage Muffin and found a huge piece of plastic in the food, honestly a major choking hazard. Serious concern for how food is handled and prepared here. Please be aware when ordering or eating anything from this branch.

I really love the atmosphere of this shop. The staff are really kind and accommodating, especially Naveen and Gurpinder who made sure our food was of the best quality. Cannot recommend this shop enough !!!

My family attended the Dunstable restaurant and the food, service and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs with a small child. In particular, Aaliyah at the front of house was exceptional and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that hasn’t visited yet.
