Amazing chicken❤️ the best have had in a while!!!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the incredible team at KFC Dunstable White Lion, especially DeMario and Sofia, who truly went above and beyond during our visit. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service. What really stood out was how they took the time to explain all the current promotions and deals to us. They went out of their way to combine offers in the best possible way, making sure we got the absolute most value for our money—which was much appreciated! Thanks to DeMario and Sofia, what could’ve been just another fast food stop became a genuinely enjoyable visit. They created a great vibe and made us feel like valued customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area – and fingers crossed you get served by these two!

Tasnimah and Chioma have really made my day their outstanding service put a smile on my face. The food was served promptly and delivered right to my table. I can’t thank them both enough for going above and beyond. This is the first time I’ve tried Dunstable KFC and it was on point. Whoever the manager is he/she is running an amazing team. Usually, this KFC is decent because of the staff, but this supposed 'manager' Imran needs a serious attitude adjustment. Accused us of stealing a cup and clearly doesn't get paid enough to be beefing with customers. Raising his voice in front of everyone? Real professional. Maybe spend less time harassing paying customers and more time learning basic customer service. After spending £100+, you'd think we were robbing the place of paper cups? Management needs to check this guy before he drives away more business.

I have ordered from KFC so many times and I have never before experienced such horrible hospitality. Imran, the supposed manager, was so rude and horrible and accused us of stealing. If you go to this KFC, be careful - they don’t like when you take paper cups even though you’ve ordered for a party of 30 and that was obvious in the order. Poor service, I hope this can be improved upon but until then, I won’t be coming back at all.

Went through the drive through and ask for a 14 piece bucket we asked for no wings and only wanted 4 drumsticks. When we got home we had 9 drumsticks 😡in the bucket. Not happy.

It’s a good retail park. Good shops, fairly balanced shopping. Although The roads throughout are very bad, holes everywhere. The Disabled parking is nearly all worn out paint and each bay poorly marked. The car park man was loving it, taking pictures of people innocently using a disabled bay. But he wasn’t checking long stay cars.

5 star service from the team tonight excellent quality food and service. Will be back again the group of staff here are amazing especially the duty manager Imran lovely smile 😊

Had a delivery, first one from here. Food was good but an item was missing. Called them up and once I spoke to the manager, Ansaar came all the way out to personally deliver to me. We all make mistakes but they went the extra mile. Great work!

Staff are friendly and the food is really good. Never have to wait long to be served. They have kiosks here so you don’t have to queue to order.

Every single time I get something from here I am always disappointed. Today I got a deal and I never got a receipt from the self buying koisk but I didn't think something would be missing from the deal. And when I got home and checked I had missing burger and it's soo annoying.

State of the "restaurant"... It's dirty, sticky and smelly. I can not believe no one checks the "standards" of this place. Toiles .... Unbelievable smelly. Every single toilet is blocked including cubicle. There's urine everywhere. Can someone start actually checking "standards" of these so called "restaurants"? I understand it's a fast food but that is actually too much. You can actually tell no one has cleaned these toilets.

Absolutely disgusting experience—if I could give 0 stars, I would. The place was a complete disaster with food all over the floor, filthy tables, and no staff bothering to clean up. I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get a table wiped down, and the worker who finally did it had the worst attitude imaginable, like I was asking for too much. Then I had to wait around 20 minutes for the food to arrive, only to find they forgot items from my order. This place is an absolute health hazard, and the staff clearly don’t care about hygiene, customer service, or doing their job properly. Avoid at all costs!

I walked in to grab something to eat, found a table, it was filthy, went to a different table that was filthy, in fact every table was filthy. The floor was littered with dirt. Absolutely disgusting place.

Been to this KFC a few times and every time I went it wasn’t busy yet every single table was absolutely filthy. Today waited to get ketchup but the gentleman was too busy on his phone to notice a customer waiting. Today’s food was disgusting and undercooked. As someone that works in a restaurant myself, have to say I’m extremely disappointed. Stay away

Always check your drinks I found like black things floating from my drinks . Alerted staff and they replaced my drinks . Restroom needs updating . Recommended their chips and chicken sizzling hot when served

I would not recommend this restaurant as the staff makes fun of customers with speaking disabilities and other disabilities. They mock customers asking them to repeat themselves laughing in their face. Very angry as the customer service is very disrespectful and penalise customers with any disability.

I went to the drive through today I was very disappointed the person that was taking orders didn't know where anything was and sighed everytime I ask for something as I did it slow for her so that she would get it. Then after I paid and went round to the collection window no one was there I was waiting for 10 mintues before someone bought my food out which was then cold and I was only sat in the car park there was also hair in my food, the Pepsi was warm I also asked for max and just got regular. I went into complain and the told me there was nothing wrong with any of it and sent me away with the food saying 'you can either bin it and order again or bin it and don't come back' Very disappointed as I use to come here as my go to take away but will certainly not be anymore.

Very rude staff. Ordered 4 hot wings, received only 2. But I was charged for 4. Didn’t check the bag until home. When I called, I was told they can’t do anything about it, because I didn’t have a receipt. They didn’t give me one, I ordered through the Drive through. It’s not a matter of money, it’s the principle. I want to receive what I have paid for.

If you're prepared to battle the ever-increasing roadworks in and around Dunstable this was a good KFC and the server was patient with us and even suggested a better value option! Food quality was better than the last couple of times (from other KFCs) so top marks there too.

Customer service here not good like dealing with a robot not a pleasant person at all found here somewhat hostile snached the money and giving me my change no better, the food was not piping hot more luke warm and soon went cold won't be coming here again as this the second time i have had food not that hot from here once is fair enough.

Very rarely is the food from here anything but average. I think the staff believe smiling is illegal. Quite often missng items in the order.

Today 5.00 pm Ordered mayo wrap and zinger rice box ok !! Chicken 4 piece meal with chips ordered received 4 hard overcooked chicken thighs with no chips very disapointed will not be using again .

This KFC has improved since the original review and while it's still far from perfect, I feel it deserves more stars in recognition of the effort the staff and management have put in. Original review below. Without a doubt the worst KFC I have ever visited. There is always something wrong everytime, today it was the wrong items in my order. It was supposed to be a boneless banquet but instead of the mini fillets I got a bucket of hot wings (which my son will not eat) and to top it off the whole meal was luke warm at best. Very disappointed, I will not be coming back here ever again, I'd much rather travel the extra distance to Leighton Buzzard or Milton Keynes where the quality and service is infinitely better.

The staff aren't that friendly and take your order like it's a major ordeal. The chips are always served warm never hot .

Drive through and good parking available. One way out car park, so got caught in traffic as it is on a retail park. Self-order or counter service available. We ate in and there was clean empty tables to be found. Ordered seasonal chicken bucket meal. I'm a gravy convert not a fan of popcorn chicken though. The boneless and on the bone chicken was delicious as I would expect. Would re-visit.

Decent enough food, but the staff are a little slow, I've had burgers with the wrong contents, and the restaurant doesn't have self-serve kiosks.

I had the gravy megabox as it was on offer at £3.99. I wasn't expecting to use the gravy but you got a large drumstick, breast fillet, two wings and what looked like large chips, certainly twice as many as my wife had with her boneless meal. Well the gravy really surprised me. The chips are seasoned with a bit of pepper now and dipped in the gravy were really nice. My wife and daughter were also surprised how good it was. It also went well with the chicken with its crispy batter.

Worst KFC I have ever had in my whole LIFE!!!! Waited 20min,They got my order wrong even though I made him repeat it to make sure it's correct. NOW the icing on the cake 🎂 THE FOOD DID NOT TASTE LIKE KFC!!! The chicken had no seasoning! Not even salt and pepper! The chicken left a flour taste in my mouth! It's like they rolled the chicken in plain flour with no seasoning then under cooked it!!! I have had slightly bad KFC before BUT that was Shocking I have never in my 36 years of eating KFC experienced that!!!!!

After delivery everything is soggy, doesn’t taste that good. Side dish rice is shi**, ordered barbeque sauce they delivered tomato sauce! Not recommended at all!

Staff unrespectfull, firstly sitting on the table need to enjoy proces recruitment ot what ever that was. Which is completely unprofessional, you come to eat with you family enjoy the time not seeing such a thin. Second we have order ice-cream but staff of course forgot to tell as that machine is broken. Waiting fo4 20 min nobody bothered to let as know. When approaching the Team the just arguing saying sorry call service desc for refund. When ask to speak to managers been told I'm the manager but don't have to proof anything to you. Then guy went to othe (recruitment manager) to chat and laugh about as. Unrespectfull completely. Don't need to say when guy recruiting was eating in same place.

Service was poor, took forever to get my food after ordering. Food order was completely wrong and fries completely cold. Not a good experience at all! The server Left the drinks on the side and walked off and expected me to reach out of my car to grab them instead of handing them to me.
