Useless wrong order given to me food was overcooked if you are going to have staff whose English is poor why put them on the drive thru

After check- in my pickup order on the app , not collection number was issue , therefore i wasnt able to get my order .

This is the famous KFC where the tate brothers eat at Tristan 21 birthday. Salut brother

The toilets stink and have for the last 3 yrs, tables are dirty and staff are rude.

Always check your drinks I found like black things floating from my drinks . Alerted staff and they replaced my drinks . Restroom needs updating . Recommended their chips and chicken sizzling hot when served

I would not recommend this restaurant as the staff makes fun of customers with speaking disabilities and other disabilities. They mock customers asking them to repeat themselves laughing in their face. Very angry as the customer service is very disrespectful and penalise customers with any disability.

Very rude staff. Ordered 4 hot wings, received only 2. But I was charged for 4. Didn’t check the bag until home. When I called, I was told they can’t do anything about it, because I didn’t have a receipt. They didn’t give me one, I ordered through the Drive through. It’s not a matter of money, it’s the principle. I want to receive what I have paid for.

I went to the drive through today I was very disappointed the person that was taking orders didn't know where anything was and sighed everytime I ask for something as I did it slow for her so that she would get it. Then after I paid and went round to the collection window no one was there I was waiting for 10 mintues before someone bought my food out which was then cold and I was only sat in the car park there was also hair in my food, the Pepsi was warm I also asked for max and just got regular. I went into complain and the told me there was nothing wrong with any of it and sent me away with the food saying 'you can either bin it and order again or bin it and don't come back' Very disappointed as I use to come here as my go to take away but will certainly not be anymore.

If you're prepared to battle the ever-increasing roadworks in and around Dunstable this was a good KFC and the server was patient with us and even suggested a better value option! Food quality was better than the last couple of times (from other KFCs) so top marks there too.

Customer service here not good like dealing with a robot not a pleasant person at all found here somewhat hostile snached the money and giving me my change no better, the food was not piping hot more luke warm and soon went cold won't be coming here again as this the second time i have had food not that hot from here once is fair enough.

Very rarely is the food from here anything but average. I think the staff believe smiling is illegal. Quite often missng items in the order.

Today 5.00 pm Ordered mayo wrap and zinger rice box ok !! Chicken 4 piece meal with chips ordered received 4 hard overcooked chicken thighs with no chips very disapointed will not be using again .

This KFC has improved since the original review and while it's still far from perfect, I feel it deserves more stars in recognition of the effort the staff and management have put in. Original review below. Without a doubt the worst KFC I have ever visited. There is always something wrong everytime, today it was the wrong items in my order. It was supposed to be a boneless banquet but instead of the mini fillets I got a bucket of hot wings (which my son will not eat) and to top it off the whole meal was luke warm at best. Very disappointed, I will not be coming back here ever again, I'd much rather travel the extra distance to Leighton Buzzard or Milton Keynes where the quality and service is infinitely better.

The staff aren't that friendly and take your order like it's a major ordeal. The chips are always served warm never hot .

Every time I go through the drive through the order is wrong tonight I order 2zinger burger box meals ask what chicken I stated no legs guess what I got your right a leg in each box The food is cold and the beans look like they have been in the oven too long or the oven is too hot Complete waste of time complaining all you get is I am sorry next time you come we will give you something Next time you go you mention it and surprise surprise they don’t know who the person is Terrible place avoid at all cost

We loved the food quality absolutely but found the utter disrespectful and super rude staff in here. Not at all welcoming, and very unprofessional. If customer ask ketchup, the staff laughs and pass comments,giving cold vibes. Hope the staff can meet the quality standards same as that of the food !

I found this was the worst KFC I have ever had chicken was dry and over cooked like it had been cooked the day before popcorn nuggets were like rubber chips were cold and tasteless and soggy would recommend avoiding this place service was very poor staff not very helpful

Drive through and good parking available. One way out car park, so got caught in traffic as it is on a retail park. Self-order or counter service available. We ate in and there was clean empty tables to be found. Ordered seasonal chicken bucket meal. I'm a gravy convert not a fan of popcorn chicken though. The boneless and on the bone chicken was delicious as I would expect. Would re-visit.

Decent enough food, but the staff are a little slow, I've had burgers with the wrong contents, and the restaurant doesn't have self-serve kiosks.

I had the gravy megabox as it was on offer at £3.99. I wasn't expecting to use the gravy but you got a large drumstick, breast fillet, two wings and what looked like large chips, certainly twice as many as my wife had with her boneless meal. Well the gravy really surprised me. The chips are seasoned with a bit of pepper now and dipped in the gravy were really nice. My wife and daughter were also surprised how good it was. It also went well with the chicken with its crispy batter.

Worst KFC I have ever had in my whole LIFE!!!! Waited 20min,They got my order wrong even though I made him repeat it to make sure it's correct. NOW the icing on the cake 🎂 THE FOOD DID NOT TASTE LIKE KFC!!! The chicken had no seasoning! Not even salt and pepper! The chicken left a flour taste in my mouth! It's like they rolled the chicken in plain flour with no seasoning then under cooked it!!! I have had slightly bad KFC before BUT that was Shocking I have never in my 36 years of eating KFC experienced that!!!!!

After delivery everything is soggy, doesn’t taste that good. Side dish rice is shi**, ordered barbeque sauce they delivered tomato sauce! Not recommended at all!

Staff unrespectfull, firstly sitting on the table need to enjoy proces recruitment ot what ever that was. Which is completely unprofessional, you come to eat with you family enjoy the time not seeing such a thin. Second we have order ice-cream but staff of course forgot to tell as that machine is broken. Waiting fo4 20 min nobody bothered to let as know. When approaching the Team the just arguing saying sorry call service desc for refund. When ask to speak to managers been told I'm the manager but don't have to proof anything to you. Then guy went to othe (recruitment manager) to chat and laugh about as. Unrespectfull completely. Don't need to say when guy recruiting was eating in same place.

Service was poor, took forever to get my food after ordering. Food order was completely wrong and fries completely cold. Not a good experience at all! The server Left the drinks on the side and walked off and expected me to reach out of my car to grab them instead of handing them to me.

Semi cold chips served by uncaring staff, second attempt at KFC lately and disappointed both times

Food was good but no dips were offered and no salt or napkins were supplied.

I placed the order and waited 35 minutes under conditions where there were almost no customers inside. I went to ask what the problem was and it seems they forgot my order. After 45 min i received another order. Try to avoid that KFC.

Tristan Tate used to scavenge for food here when he was broke and collected peoples chicken from the buckets after they left so he could live and keep winning his kick-boxing fights.

Been there twice to try and get a buffalo wrap, first time got a supercharger one and the second time basically just got a plain tortilla with a mini fillet in it. Bruh.

Looks like the 20 wings offer is to get get rid of their flat wings. Bought 20 wings and 17 of them were flat wings. Most of them were very small ones. This is how they give when ever i ie this wonhs promotion. Not happy and will not use this place again.

I know nothing about Luton or this KFC because I'm from Newcastle hundreds of miles away. But thanks for feeding your top top G customers brothers Andrew and Tristan they loved eating from you regularly for a tough year especially on their birthdays. Thank you for helping them become kickboxing world champions and most importantly having a car park & outdoor seating. This was all back in 2009

Me and my brother used to collect 30-40 pieces of chicken from the buckets outside a we would bring that chicken home and freeze it then rip it apart and put it in our rice for our protein because we were so broke

There really needs to be an option to give Zero stars! Waited 20 mins to get served but the young lady who took my order was polite and ordering our food was fine but after that it took 20 mins to get our food and then there were 3 items missing which then took a further 15 mins to get, we then took off thinking we had everything to then get home and open the two burger box meals that both had the side of gravy missing, one of the of portions chips had only 6 chips in the packet too! Chicken tasted ok but was it worth 45 mins of my time…. NOPE!

The service Is so rubbish. Drive up to speaker for drive thru, noone acknowledges you or you're asked to wait 2 seconds and u sit there for 5 minutes till someone asks to take your order.. and waiting for your food can take a while too..... assistants un inviting and grumpy. If u want to keep your job, make the customers feel like coming back!! I'd go to McDonald's or Tim Horton over KfC for service!!

UpDate view got taken down LOL I saw a view on the this site about hair in the food and managers being rude and disrespectful to the customer however this was not what actually occurred . I was in the store at the time this customer ordered and the young lady manager was at walking around the front area on an electronic tablet . Not in the kitchen like the customer claims. Once the customer complained to the girl with blue hair at the front area the girl got the young lady manager but before the poor girl could even speak the woman was swearing and shouting in her face saying it was her fault. At the front was a boy with blonde hair who was also running in and out of the kitchen area! So accusing the girl of putting hair in the food is utterly unfair !! . The poor girl was trying to help the customer but instead the customer was shouting and swearing and saying she wanted another manager when none was available. Utter disgrace!!! the lady manager looked no older than 20 and spoke very kindly to this customer. I on the other hand had a fantastic service and would go back all the staff very friendly and my chicken was very tasty!

I will never be ordering take out from this place again. The customer service is very poor and there’s no customer care at all. I ordered food about an hour ago and found a hair in my wrap. I brought it in to show them and speak to the manager and they all went round the back laughing and talking about it, the manager was in no rush to sort the problem out, apart from the girl that was at the front, respect goes to her. One of the male managers walked past and asked what the problem was and I explained that there was a hair in my food and he didn’t say anything and walked away. The female manager that came round from the kitchen came over to speak to me and I wasn’t happy with this as I know it was her blonde hair that was in my food and I know this because she was round the kitchen when I first walked in and everyone else that was in the kitchen was male and had dark hair. So, I asked if I could speak to the other manager as I wasn’t happy to speak to her and his response was that he’s “too busy”. Which I think is absolutely disgusting, to handle a complaint like that and say you’re too busy to speak is out of order. I just think the customer service throughout this company is absolutely disgusting. I’ve only experienced one great manager at this place and that was Jake. The rest of them have such foul attitudes when it comes to customer complaints and speaking to customers in a polite manner, is so foul. These managers are supposed to be representing the company and they’re doing a great job of that lol! You’re losing customers on customers because these people don’t know how to talk to customers. They should not be managers of a company with foul talk like that. In all fairness, the lovely girl at the front went round and made me another one but, at this point I wasn’t happy to take it as I wasn’t sure what foul play would be done to it after the first time and the fact that none of the managers had this same attitude was bizarre to me.

Wish google allowed 0 Stars. Shockingly poor food. Especially the chicken which was soooo overcooked in oil which was well overdue a change it was disgustingly dark brown/black in colour, dont think the engine oil in my car is as dark as it to be honest. When asked to change the disinterested employee said it usually looks like this and not like the pictures above....... I urge everyone please do not use this franchise. Very little care or customer service. No tissues, dirty tables very little care from staff really really poor experience. So disappointing when we visited the KFC near MK stadium last week and it was the opposite. Friendly welcoming staff with hot fresh food.

Very nice chicken I recommend the zinger burger as it has a succulent chicken breast with amazing flavours. The atmosphere was good, with the tables being clean. And the service was very quick.

Fancied some chicken today. Wish I hadn’t bothered I feel sick now there was more grease than there is in greasy Joe’s grease shop who’s overstocked with grease!!!!!
