The best restaurants serving Default food in Pitsea South East Basildon East of England

Absolutely disgusting customer service.. manager is very rude... delivered order to wrong place, argued with me I'd put wrong address on order, I offered to come down and show delivery address that was on invoice, was not interested in seeing this and told me there was nothing they could do.. didn't even want a refund, just wanted the pizzas delivering....

This place has good food depending on who cooks best person who is happy gives great service with knowledge of menu and very good cook so well done Elliot

Popped in for breakfast with a friend this morning 21st October 2023. Friendly staff & a full English to die for. Everything piping hot, well presented & very tasty. Definitely the best full English I have had in a very long time 😋

Seems to be the only chippy round here open on a Sunday & they serve great food. The fish was hot & tasty & chips nicely done.

Hadn't had KFC for ages, so it was nice to have it again .absolutely lovely, really enjoyed it. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Do not come here. No menu until at the till and even then majority of menu is unavailable and staff as the till don’t even know this. Guy at till is not good at his job had to repeat order several times and one meal we ordered wasn’t available and we wasn’t told they just bought something else out. Another meal we asked for and guy at till didn’t put it through so whilst everyone else’s was bought out i had to reorder mine and the girl was very rude about this. GET NEW STAFF!!

Went in for lunch with my little girl! Quick service, they couldn’t do more to help!! Got the highchair for me brought everything over when they didn’t need to! Really good customer service

Terrible food arrived cold! The curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce like water no flavour to any of the other dishes beef was so chewy it all ended up in the bin…. Avoid!!

Worst Chinese ever had ordered 1/4 duck we got the bones and fat and a little meat for 1 pancake ! Cost £10! Prawn fried rice tasted very plain the king pi sauce was like the Chinese sweet chilli sauce out of the bottle! Sorry but the wan ying house beet it hands down 👇

This branch needs a deep, clean front of house, and the toilet is disgusting. My food was average, but that could be my choice. The staff are friendly and helpful.
