Mehmets the best coffee maker. Fast. Efficient. Polite.

Slowest ever Costa coffee....potentially in the world. Two staff members behind the counter credit to them but you have about 10 people in the queue it is poor. Fifteen min wait for a latte and an americano. Sadly not the firrst time. Won' be returning. Forget it if you are in a rush...

Seemed ok, got served quickly, it was early and barista seemed bit uninterested.

OK so when you ask for a double double shot Why does only one cup gets poured from machine The cost is £ 5.10 Please note that my go pro will verify this on 3 separate occasions I look forward to your answers on this matter

Good service and the staff seem friendly. Can't rate the food as I don't eat in here. Whenever I go in here, which is not often its clean and tidy

Busy or not busy get ready to wait forever for a coffee …..

Very disappointed, the toilet is disgusting paper all over the floor, short staff waiting time was a joke and the 2 tables we sat at was really rocking about, had keep out foot on the base to keep it still this place needs sorting out

Food I simply have to mark down on this occasion, but otherwise always a good visit to this Costa. Staff are second to none.

Saw them help a disabled customer kindly. If you know their menu its easier to order. They're fast but they need more staff on market day. Market vans & stalls surround it so seat g'teed on non-market day. Level access & space. Pay counter at appropriate level. Loses one star for lack of seating on certain days which isn't really their fault!

Food was lovely, shame I got someone else’s order- otherwise it might of got a 4*. Half the tables required clearing away and no where to sit. Would of taken a couple of moments to clear the trays from the empty tables so I didn’t have to look at them whilst eating in. I could of looked out the window I hear you say, however I’m in Pitsea. The less I look out the window the better.
