Subway in Basildon

This branch needs a deep, clean front of house, and the toilet is disgusting. My food was average, but that could be my choice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

subs were made with wrong filling, half the order was missing, we will never order from these people again

I entered today at about half past 3 and was served by a guy who was super nice and super helpful.

Very fast and accurate service felt welcome to be in store was served by Rick best subway experience I had so far

food was not as ordered and cold

Order at 14:20 arrived cold at 16:10. Tried calling to cancel, phone constantly engaged. Won’t order from Subway again.

Food was delivered over an hour late & bread was wrong

3 subs ordered and one delivered with just cheese in it what a cheek!!!! Now trying to get my money back which is a ridiculous amount of effort these days how hard is it to deliver what we ordered or at least add more than just cheese to the sub so angry as now I can't get as both other subs are unsuitable

Food was cold by the time I got it

teriyaki chicken wasn’t fresh. the bmt sandwich barely had meat in it. the hashbrowns had been sat there ages they were solid and cold. the cheese bites were cold. paying £60 and no one’s eating it. my children said it didn’t taste right. waste of money.

Food was freezing cold, didn't read the notes on the ticket asking for it to be toasted. Sauce was over flowing out of the stick for £40 for three subs is extortionate

The cold drink really shouldn’t be put directly next to hot food. Maybe put it in a different bag.

Paid extra for items and staff unable to read the order correctly and messed up my order. Money doesn’t grow on trees and to pay £15 just for some food, is it really that difficult?

I’m rather disappointed with the quantity of my order it seems like it’s a case of whoever is preparing the order as to the quantity of what you received one day it’s very disappointing and yet another day it’s very nice I don’t understand why this is accruing maybe it’s a small matter that can be looked into,thank you.

I paid for 3 extra cookies and didn’t get them

Order had an expected time of 10:00-10:25 and it arrived at 11:32

shame I remember subway being so nice but was really disappointed in the food the cookie had no taste more like a stale taste , the sub was no better not alot of filling more sauce instead

Did not bring half my order instead brought me two bottles of soft drink and a bag of crisps

we ordered a subway from pitsea. I first had a call from the restrant saying that they had run out of meatballs and that we needed to pick something else. I had a second call from the resturant saying that they had forgotten to pack 2 of my orders and they were sat on the side....but don't worry he gave us some cookies for the inconveinace of having not meatballs that he managed to pack that were on the side next too my other subs! please make it make sense 🤯

Hi I would like to share My experience with subway pitsea I entered around 2.30pm sunday Was greeted by a lovely young girl Gave her my order She advised me on a few extras in my "hot mayo "footlong " She is a credit to subway An a massive thanks From Me Ps food tastes so much better with the attitude Staff have!¡!****

Sub arrived freezing cold & submelt was pretty much full of onion, with hardly any bacon and cheese and it was also burnt. We’re not happy at all

Order didn’t even turn up, absolutely shocking… even after I tipped the courier. Now have to wait for a refund, will not be ordering from this place again.

First time I’ve ever received an order complete well done.

One item was missing from my order and I have since been unable to get the restaurant to answer their phone really annoyed, the delivery driver was not very helpful in fact very un helpful.

Horrific experience and not the first time. Ordered 8 subs to celebrate a colleague’s birthday lunch.. it took about 2 hrs to arrive so everyone was hangry. When we got the bag of food nothing was labelled and considering everyone had ordered meatballs with different options, it was like an I’m a celebrity trial to work out what was what.. some labels would help so much, it can’t be hard.. Because everything was stacked on top of each other , all the subs we squashed, a bit like the Titan sub! And to finish it off the food was cold.. If you’re going to offer delivery.. do it properly please.. I will never order from here again and I recommend no one does.. I can’t comment on the in store experience but I can’t imagine I will be finding out.. SUB WAY - NO WAY

Food was stone cold including the pigs in blankets, sub was not toasted like I asked for.

I got more cookies shared them out was lovely thank you nothing was missing either

Always good food here, been trying the new specials and can recommend, you only have to choose the bread and they do the rest

Tuna melt was not toasted it’s a tuna melt should be melted cheese. The nachos barely had anything on them I took a picture.

Apparently you lost contact with the driver and i couldn’t find out where he was and by the time we received the order the food was cold, not the first time this has happened so now considering about not having anything from this shop again.

Not happy it was frozen cold very disappointed indeed.

The red onions were in the wrong roll. Luckily you could pick it out. Would have been a big problem if it had been cheese.

Never ever get any filling in your subs and thay never look anything like thay show you on the menu. Bad place and it's like it all over the UK

Awful. Garlic bread was cold. Forgot my cookies. The courier took too long to pick up order so food got cold.

Missing items footlong tuna sub

Most of it was missing wedges were cold and horrible,

I ordered requested no sauce as there was no option for this in my order. It had sauce and the cookies 12 cookies were not correct. Tried to call to sort this out. Noticed they didn't have a number on justeat so I googled it. Continually engaged. Extremely unsatisfied!

i got given the wrong bread and the sun was a mess when it got here, the fillings were barley in the bread

The wrong size crinkled chips delivered this is not the first time

Cold and both wraps were wrong (should be plant patty and one as meatballs) Received tuna and chicken) I have to reorder because no one takes responsibility when the restaurant makes a mistake.

Food was stone cold when it arrived. I ordered the food around 12 and my order time changed 4 times and ended yo arriving after 1.00. Couldn't contact the restaurant as it wasn't classed as 'late' as it was within the delivery slots they kept adjusting.

Ordered 1230 and received at 1350. Apparently driver was at restaurant for half and hour. Order had items missing too

Totally mixed up orders, had to scoop out all extras and rearrange them myself, definitely will not be ordering again

Item was missing Wasn't toasted like I had asked it to be Was cold Had chill sauce when I put no sauce I asked for chill sunbites as my snack and they was missing Requested a refund because item was wrong and other item was missing and they are not refunding me won't be using them again or using the just eat app Not happy

Foot long sandwich did not have double meat, as ordered. Also had red pepper when ordered peppercorn. The order of wedges was half portion and the pot of sauce was barely enough for 3 wedges. Food was cold like it was not freshly made.

Food was cold the nachos and the cookies was stale had to throw them in the bin very disappointed
