Pizza Hut Delivery in Basildon

False advertising, advertising a free large pizza when spending £15 on app. When I called they took 15 mins to answer and then they said it’s not working due to a technical error and to try a different deal, I asked her to apply it manually and take the order over the phone and she said no. Always have issues with them, never the case with Domino’s. Last time I came to collect my order and a pizza was missing, then had to wait for them to make it and the rest of food went cold. The time before that I found plastic in my pizza. Not giving any more chances. Avoid.

Recently brought £35 worth of food on fireworks night which turned up after 45mins freezing cold & tasted like the box it was served in. When I complaint the manager said “it is fireworks night” like that’s my problem service online was utter shite when asking for a refund I have been sent an email saying here’s a £10 voucher like that makes up for the utter disappointment I received on the first place!!!

We ordered a pizza, which was never going to show up. Here’s what happened. I used the app, and ordered three pizzas on Saturday at 6:40pm. I received an email saying they were being prepared, and would arrive 7:06pm-7:16pm. By 7:30pm, nothing had arrived. We phoned them… non-stop for 20 flippin’ minutes. Nobody answered the phone. One of my friends drove round there. The pizzas weren’t ready. We finally ate about an hour and a half after ordering. Utterly shambolic doesn’t begin to describe it. Even then, the pizzas were not good; nothing like the restaurant. I will never use them again, which is a huge shame, as I would like there to be an alternative to Domino’s in the town.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and was very pleased. The pizza was delicious with a perfect crust and fresh toppings. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt. The restaurant had a cozy ambiance and was clean. Prices were reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend and will return.

The closest I have come to authentic New Yorker pizza. The crust has a little crunch (but not the cracker-like crisp), followed by a thin layer of soft, slightly chewy, and tender cooked dough. There is also a hint of sweetness, so it is quite popular with the kids.

Sorry to see the negative reviews on here, I personally have found that it’s quicker and also cheaper to go into the take away (parking can be a little hit and miss though) rather than home delivery. Been here numerous times with no problem at all only waiting maximum 15 minutes after placing my order. I must give a big mention to Lucy on the front desk who has taken my order a few times now, her customer care and service skills are excellent, and really went out of her way to find the best deal….hats off to you Lucy keep up the superb work….kind regards to you and everyone who works at this branch……Mark from Billericay 😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍

Find the pizzas are not always cooks 100% and usually need to go into the over when we get home. Quick service, friendly staff, unfortunately we are just outside of their delivery area 😩😩

How can a store in 2023 as big as Pizza Hut not have a camera out front or a bell on the door that lets the staff know out the back that somebody has entered the store and is waiting to order,if you don’t stand there shouting for 5 minutes nobody comes,when they do appear they pretend they couldn’t hear you,this happens to every customer as I saw while waiting for my pizza and is really poor service,I’ll avoid this store from now on

Pizza was not fresh. I would hazard a guess it was cooked when I placed the order and not when I requested it for. To make it worse approx 1.75" around the perimeter was just crust making it a comparable to a small Pizza. Do yourself a favor and use Tops or Dominoes, far better food.

Store used deliveroo, who I've deliberately stopped using because of issues with their drivers and the inability to complain. Food looked like someone had had a go at it. Nacho's were anaemic store response..."eeeerrrrrggghhh" avoid

Useless service. Ordered delivery online. Hour later (and numerous calls later) food still hadn't arrived. Was told it would be another hour. Had to cancel the order. Customer service in store was terrible too. Not helpful at all and lying about whereabouts

I’m so annoyed. I actually like the food apart from the chicken is gross but everything that doesn’t contain meat is good. I have had rude customer service a few years back several times.. yet I still went back. Now I just get no answer majority of the time considering their not busy I don’t understand why it’s so hard to answer! They don’t want the business clearly!

So you order online for a specific time with plenty of notice, they take your money, the pizza doesn't arrive and THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! I appreciate this is a very 1st world problem, but I'm currently hangry. Looks like it's cheese on toast for dinner (basically pizza anyway!)

Don’t ever order from here!!! I got my pizza mid week 1hr 20 mins later when I was given a time of 30-40 mins! When the pizza arrives hardly any toppings so called the branch 13 times! The toppings had not been spread out to the edges and hardly anything on the pizza! Please see the attached pics!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! How this branch is operating is beyond belief!!! 0/5 stars!!! 👎🏽

Girlfriend ordered for delivery via the website. She used the location option when putting in the delivery address and accidentally got the address wrong. She realised after the order had been placed and rang the store. The girl who answered the phone went to check if the delivery was sent out before changing the address. Meanwhile she left the phone on the counter for 4 minutes. During this time the employees were heard mocking my girlfriend for making a mistake saying things like "do people not know where they live?". Not only that but the food was also delivered 30 minutes late to put the icing on the cake. Needless to say they were unprofessional and made her feel uncomfortable trying to change the order. They're lucky to get 2 but the food quality was decent.

The manager called Luke openly refered to my wife as a "c**t" while hiding in the background, because they sent out a medium pizza instead of a large, and refused to do any kind of refund or even speak on a phone. Never ordering from pizza hut again. A family dog was hit by a train today, pizza wasn't even for me it was for my upset son and a family friend. Pizza hut billericay sucks Pick Domino's.

Food was late , cold and missing part of the order when I tried to complain no one answered , heard nothing back from them regarding the missing food we were charged for. Would give them 0 stars if possible.
