Untrained employees, after i made them aware they forgot my dips from the my order they just come back and throw the dips in the bag and i still noticed one of the dips was missing

As all places, it's a conveyor belt system, just keep churning out the same thing every few seconds

Pitsea macdonalds is getting worse!! 3rd order and it been missing items again!!

Coke spilt everywhere in a bag and was leaking in front of the driveway was holding it and all my food is soaking wet with Coke and I’ve got to throw the whole lot away not good service whatsoever

Food was nice and on time. Only downside was got delivered a large oasis instead of a large coke which paid extra to have the non-sugar free version

The food arrived on time and was nice and hot for a change. However I had a apple and grape fruit bag missing aswell as a large drink that was part of a meal 👎

I'm not happy at all. we ordered three meals with mcflurrys. we only received the drinks and ice creams. we can't talk to anyone at just eat and mcdonalds don't deal with this kind of this. very disappointed!

Complete wrong order was delivered, food was stone cold when it had arrived. Courier seemed to have been sat with our food in the restaurant for over 20 minutes, I assume picking up someone else’s order. Absolute worst experience I have had so far with ordering food online

it's it hard to read the order, missing the fires as well as the 5 chicken things and your can't get the sauce correct eaither as well as over cook chicken nuggets really never ever this bad normally

Usually when i get a delivery from here multiple items are missing, this time i did get everything i asked for. But whoever made my mcflurry has made my week! filled right to the top crammed with source and the munchies bits it’s so funny how something so little can make me so happy. But i personally want to meet whoever made it just to thank them 😁! If you are that person who made it from pitsea mcdonald’s roughly 10:20/10:30 this morning you are a star!!!

You always have to park up and wait for your food. Even then you’ll get the wrong order and this happens over and over again.

order was missing item on first order then the second got cancelled the 3rd took about 45 to 50 mins for 9 chicken nuggets and a ice drink joke

Ordered a mcplant at drive thru, was given a beef burger in a mcplant box. Not sure if it’s a ‘funny joke’ in the kitchen but it can actually make people pretty sick if they have allergies/intolerance to beef

Day light robbery spent over £30 on the McDonald app they took the money and gave us nothing apart from a cheese burger that we didn’t order then spoke to the manager and she was so rude has no customer service didn’t even give a refund back

I am beyond angry. I waited 30+ minutes for my order through the McDonald’s app and when I get home and look in the bag… this is what’s staring at me. I tried to get this situation resolved but the manager practically called me a liar and said there was nothing he could do. Avoid like the plague!

I appreciate it is summer holiday but to wait 25 mins is a bit excessive then when you get your food and it's cold plus you specifically ask for a 1/4lbr with no cheese and guess wot it has cheese, would go to this McDonalds again in a hurry!!

I ordered 5 chicken selects meal large with a frozen strawberry lemonade, I waited over 2 hours for this order the food was stone cold and the drink was no longer frozen. Why am I waiting over 2 hours for food.

Over the past few years, several mornings, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the coffee being served. It consistently tastes extremely weak, as though it has been watered down or brewed with insufficient coffee grounds. It tastes more like hot water than actual coffee, which is disappointing, especially since I rely on that morning cup to start my day.

This is the last time we order from just eat - wrong order delivered by McDonald’s drove to Pitsea McDonalds to be met by manager and said just eat have nothing to do with us - admitted driver had delivered wrong order - absolutely disgusting.

They make you park and wait forever. We waited for so long we gave up and went in to ask for it. The food? On a train with two people chatting on top of it and not sign of going out to delivery it. My burger was all squished! Insane

it said on the order between 9:00/9:10 but got here at 9:32, the food was stone cold after sitting in the restaurant for ages, both milkshakes were wrong and i ordered a brownie and got given a berry muffin which i am allergic too! i want a refund!!

Not great. Every single time I take the drive through I am asked to take a parking bay, put into that not getting the order right. Very poor service.
