Delivery order. Burrito completed void of filling, flat as a pancake. Finally found some beef in the last quarter. Management clearly penning pinching and being tight with ingredients. This is false advertising when you compare to the advertised pics. Absolute joke, avoid!!

The original order time went back considerably which we never minded. The food quality was good, but we thought was prepared for the earlier delivery time, not the actual time delivered. Saying that, we will definitely give them another chance.

Unfortunately the food was luke warm. From the looks of the map the driver was approaching from the opposite direction the restaurant was in. I assume they were delivering other orders.

The food was terrible it was soft when the tacos should’ve been hard the curly cinnamon things were crushed to pieces and the supreme crunch wrap was falling apart because it stuck to the wrapper

Regular user of Taco Bell and I can accept the odd little mistake but tonight we ordered 4 meals £36, all chicken and the receipt says that too and got home to all being beef, and burnt!! How has someone served this!!!! So not only is my dinner ruined, but no one can sort it as they are closed! So angry! This branch has severely gone down hill over the years! Been a long customer since the first reopened in lakeside in around 2009/10!

Came here for lunch after a hospital appointment and really fancied a taco bell. I brought the quesadilla craving box which came to £8.99 this is normally my go to however I was very disappointed with it this time. The quesadilla itself was burnt on the bottom and the churros that you get with it is meant to be cinnamon sugar coated but Had literally nothing. Also ordered a burrito and this again was burned on the bottom. This is normal really good but this had put me off big time. I wasnt even offered a refund. I wasnt the only one with this problem either.

Not sure who made the burrito, but half of it was just sauce and pretty rank. wrong drink delivered as well. How hard can it be to follow instructions.
