Absolutely livid! Regular user of Taco Bell and I can accept the odd little mistake but tonight we ordered 4 meals £36, all chicken and the receipt says that too and got home to all being beef, and burnt!! How has someone served this!!!! So not only is my dinner ruined, but no one can sort it as they are closed! So angry! This branch has severely gone down hill over the years! Been a long customer since the first reopened in lakeside in around 2009/10!

food was cold and an drink was missing. also cans delivered were so dented we were unable to open them. the ring pull came straight off. food took about an hr.

Came here for lunch after a hospital appointment and really fancied a taco bell. I brought the quesadilla craving box which came to £8.99 this is normally my go to however I was very disappointed with it this time. The quesadilla itself was burnt on the bottom and the churros that you get with it is meant to be cinnamon sugar coated but Had literally nothing. Also ordered a burrito and this again was burned on the bottom. This is normal really good but this had put me off big time. I wasnt even offered a refund. I wasnt the only one with this problem either.

The food was cold and soggy by the time it got to me and I was missing one of the nacho cheese dips

I don’t understand as to why it’s so hard to answer the phone. I called over 30 times and no answer but every time I’m there they are pretty much just standing around.

All food items were cold. Hardly any meat in the Crunchwrap. Eating a lettuce wrap. Was not nice at all. That was dinner for me and my daughter and just got chucked.

Not sure who made the burrito, but half of it was just sauce and pretty rank. wrong drink delivered as well. How hard can it be to follow instructions.

2nd time order has been short of the drinks. sub standard food as it looked like the sadest taco I've seen. falling apart and not great. Shame as food is normally fresh from here.

I paid for extra filling that I never got and what was in it wasn't worthwhile I got about 10 chips the whole thing was cold and the only thing I wanted cald was warm as that being my drink. dont waste your time or money

First time I have ever ordered from the restaurant and it’s definitely the last. No fries and both tacos stone cold. A lot of money for an order that doesn’t equate to a meal. AVOID

I am Allergic to avocados I ordered a meal specifically stating no guacamole and a smothered The food in it do not recommend going to Taco Bell with food allergies unless you want to be poisoned as they ignore all instructions and please themselves. Completely unacceptable incompetence at best attempted murder worst

I asked for the dish to be deconstructed, as it is an option on the menu, which states all ingredients are in separate pots but instead there was ground beef slapped all over the fries and not enough cheese sauce, despite me ordering 2 more portions!!! Absolutely disgusting!

Out of the two meals I ordered one of them was very scarce compared with the other one all the different was one had extra meat but the one that didn’t was a very small portion compared to what it usually is.

I order my food at around 3:30 and didn’t get my food till 5:00. I get it if it busy but would be nice to know that it’s busy before ordering. My fries were stone cold and pretty much hard and my cinnamon twist were stale.

"Taco bell opens 11am" nearly an hour later they are still not open employees arrived at 11:35 not on time at all and got told "we dont open for another couple of hours". Bad staff , bad service. If you cant open on the time it says on the website taco bell change the time. Other chains like mcdonalds and greggs have no issue opening on time.

Ordered online to collect, got there and the shutters were down. 11 am. Waited a whole hour until 12. Shutters still down. Staff messing around and laughing in the kitchen. Could clearly see me and several others waiting. 3 delivery drivers waiting as well. Someone asked how long until they'd open and they said "in a few hours" it says online and on all delivery apps that they are open. When theyre not. Lost £24. Not waiting hours for them to open when they should be open at 11.
