The best restaurants serving Default food in North West Leicestershire East Midlands

I only had desert and a cocktail. The banana caramel desert was lovely. Everything is a bit expensive and I'm not sure why the room service menu seems to have a different and better looking choice of food. Wish they had an online menu.

Worst personal ever, worst food. To much oily and I found hair in their food. Please stay away from them. When I call the restaurant to tell they where very rude

We like to sit in the Amazing Garden as described outside on a sign and it lives upto the billing. We have had a great lunch outside in the landscaped garden before which was excellent value at just £8 each plus our drunks. We decided to eat outside and there was an offer to order 2 main courses for £30 so we picked the Mini Mixed Grill and there was nothing small about our choice. Everything from the homemade chips to the quality of the steak, gammon and the incredible 2 sausages plus egg and mushroom was fantastic. This was the best mixed grill I have tried along with Mt wife anywhere.

Do not buy the tickets online. The website deliberately leads you to higher priced stays. Turn up on the day and park in the short stay car park and pay 50% less. I honestly think this is an abuse to obtain unnecessary additional money from the public. East Midlands Airport should be ashamed. However, after reading some reviews on here, it seems I got off lightly. EMA are really unethical.

Had a lovely coffee. Atmosphere was relaxing. Staff are pleasant and good to talk to.

Such a shame this placed has closed down. It was much needed in the area. Looks like Moira will remain the place where the shoe warehouse was instead of something more positive.

What can you say apart from a first rate service from the staff who attended to our every need and very swift to accommodate us a host who greeted us with open arms and warmth and our Christmas dinner that was absolutely Devine cooked to perfection and extremely enjoyable I’m glad we chose the odd house for our Christmas dinner thank you Craig and your wonderful team

Really lovely friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Shame it's closing, it's our go to when we travel abroad

Great Costa, good seating area and the usual excellent coffee. The food is alwyas good and a reasonable view from the seating area.

We were served by Josh at the shop at the service station by asda. He was a lovely young man and he went out of his way to help me.

Donington Park is a service station with the A42 meets the M1 and the A453 diverts to Nottingham. It is also very close to East Midlands Airport. As it is a major transport hub there is alot of people coming and going them and some of them want something to eat or drink and some of them need the toilet. There is a hotel next to the service station for those who want a longer stay. Like most service stations there are parking restrictions however I am sure allowances are made for those staying over. Inside the service station there are toilets as well as a games arcade. There are also places to get something to eat including KFC, Costa, Greggs as well as a Marks & Spencer and WH Smith. All the fast food outlets have the touch screen order service and the stores also have lots of card tills. This makes it a challenge for those who want to pay by cash. THERE ARE STILL LOTS OF US WHO WANT TO DO THIS!!!!

The food has always been absolutely delicious however unfortunately they stopped taking card payments for deliveries so I no longer use this restaurant.

Delivered pizza was completely wrong AND stone cold. Classic combo of yet another once great takeaway option. Just avoid at all costs.

Good service and a varied menu. Pleasant evening meal with friends. We dropped in after a long journey and met with a nice welcome, a table by the river and helpful staff everywhere. Mains were varied with some interesting options on their kebabs list, tasty sea bass, mini pud's and coffees a great end to the meal. Good advert for this consistently good chain of restaurants.

Well stocked and self-scan system makes quick shop easy even when busy. Lots of free parking too
