Great range varing from Venan to Meat items. Great service and pleasant staff. Wonderful range of items to take away to include coffees, preserves, pickles and biscuits. I am so sad to hear they are leaving Wirksworth, I used them on a regular 3 times a week basis.

Lovely roast dinner great friendly staff plenty of cover outside with heaters

No real ales ready on tap so I was little disappointed. Very willing to participate with local scarecrow event.

Based on a recommendation I booked a table of 10 for a Sunday roast with friends. We were given a lovely round table for 10 which made it easy to chat and share stories across the table. We all chose the roast which was very good with plenty of vegetables and enjoyed the puddings. The staff were very attentive and engaged. An excellent all round experience and good value.

My wife contacted the Gardeners Arms at quite short notice for a celebration of my fathers life after his cremation. From the initial contact and on the day, nothing was too much trouble. The buffet was superb and the staff friendly and accommodating. Thank you

We were staying overnight in the area and looking for a no nonsense place to eat. Had a couple of fab pizzas here and our daughter enjoyed the macaroni cheese pasta. Loads of choice on the menu and very reasonably priced capped off by a decent espresso at the end. Would really recommend as the pizza was spot on.
