Very accommodating for larger groups adults and children, the Sunday roast is delicious, well run and polite staff highly recommended 👌

I do not recommend. We rented a room for our grandson's birthday from 2 pm to 6pm. Before 5 they told us to go because they had another party. The room smelled of some kind of fuel. Waste of money.

This is now our favourite place to come for a carvery.Them stuffing balls are to die for! Everything is cooked to perfection,clear my plate every time.Good customer service,which just lately is hard to come by in some places.. Highly recommend.

The best carvery! Amazing choice of beautifully cooked meats and veg. Staff very very friendly and helpful. The only negative for us was the closeness of all the tables and chairs making you sometimes squashed in but wouldn't be put of by this.

We have been here a few times and it’s normally been quite nice but today it was terrible, the gravy so so thick I couldn’t get it off the ladle! But it was so salty and the beef I couldn’t cut it. I also heard other people complaining the beef was tough but they still kept serving it, so won’t be going back again.

Avoid avoid avoid. We were going to have our wedding reception here. We went to view, liked the place and paid £100 to secure our date while we waited for our contract to come through so we could pay the remainder with some assurance. In-between times we were warned by alot of people to avoid but we tried our best to remain positive. We decided not to go ahead with the reception before anything was signed or booking confirmation was recieved. Messaged to let them know, and they've kept our money and ignored my request for it to be refunded.

I went to a party here I havnt had any food done by the place so I can not give Mark's for that but everything else was great I had a nice time and the bar staff were very friendly and the entertainment was so good I would have them at a party of main or pass them on to friends.All in all a great time.

Called in late for Sunday roast, very accommodating and really child friendly which is great as not many are nowadays. Carvery was refreshed regularly and the beef and pork belly were out of this world, gravy delicious. Catered for my vegi daughter and staff were attentive and friendly. 5 happy customers thanks guys we'll be back soon

We had booked a table here for 12 of us to eat and when we initially walked in and was shown to our table we felt very disappointed with what little space we had and very claustrophobic to be honest, Once we found out the place had been flooded recently and the main bar was not actually open it all became clear to us what a great job they did today and the reason we had such limited space. All the staff were so nice and accommodating and working under what can only be difficult circumstances for them and they did an amazing job, particularly with how busy it was. The carvery was one of the best I have had, the food was piping hop, delicious and a great choice of meats, vegetables and delicious roasties too. Many of us have never been but will definitely be returning in the new year when hopefully things will be back to normal for you. Well done guys, brilliant job 😊

We tried this place for Sunday lunch (Carvery) what a surprise! I’ve passed this place so many times and never gave it a second look, the service is good , nice and friendly. The food was much better then the likes of Eaton Farm etc lovely tender beef and banging crispy pork belly. Will definitely return , week done guys from a happy customer 👍

Turned up for a mid week meal, after some positive reviews from friends. Three of us had steak and ale pie. Standard pub food....... BUT, this is not standard pub food. Seriously, 50 years of going to pubs I have never had a steak and ale pie like this. Great big chunks of tender steak, crispy chips with fluffy centres. We WILL be back. Good value, great beer, and 100% excellent food. OMG! How have I missed this place in the past!!?? 😍😋

The food is good,the person who was looking after us was very nice and helpful, unfortunately when coming out of the kitchen, someone dropped a glass of very hot coffee that hit the back of my leg, the staff were more concerned and getting more coffee,I was not asked if I was ok or even botherd about picking up the cup or clean,so l Got coffee on my dress and up the back of my leg, not good at all!!!

It's ok, nice outdoor area, but £4.40 for a pint of Carlsberg? Seriously?

Today Mothering Sunday..... so bad food, the owners know this with the complaints...... usually very good but not today.

Lovely carvery. Plenty of choice and no limit on items like stuffing, roast potatoes and yourshire pudding. It took a while to replace items which had run out. Had to ask for my coffee which staff had forgotten about. Nice atmosphere- busy but not noisy.

We booked a large table for a family celebration, we were assured on booking that there would be plenty of room (which we had to check due to having a small baby in a pushchair and being a large group) when we arrived our table was crammed in closely to surrounding tables, so not only was it a squeeze for us but also disturbing tables around us. Again when booking we mentioned that members of the family require vegetarian and gluten free, we were told that is fine and to mention it on arrival. We arrived at 1.30, told the staff about the dietary requirements, they looked shocked and went off in a panic, came back to advise they had no gluten free options and we would have to wait for veggie options, again after a wait they came to advise they didn’t have some of the veggie options in, leaving half of the family eating and the others struggling to decide what to eat. Also, parsnips had ran out, by 2pm, which is odd for such an early sitting, and a lot of the vegetables were overcooked and didn’t look very appetising. We were offered a free round of drinks but unfortunately it really tarnished what should have been a lovely family celebration.

Lovely old fashioned British pub. Lots of character, fantastic food (Carvery is amazing) though it can be very busy, and not ideal for babies (no room for push chairs) but great for older kids as has games room and outdoor play area

Went for the 1st time for a family Christmas together. There was 30 of us abd we'd all preorderd our food. Everything came out piping hot and it was all delicious. The room was decorated lovely and it was nice and warm. We'll definitely return.

We have just enjoyed the single best Sunday Carvery we have ever had! Wide choice of Meat, veg sauces etc bursting with flavour and if you’re a Belly Pork fan this is THE place to go! Please ignore the 5 year old negative review on google about hair in the food and the cutlery, this place is outstanding!

Been last few weekends for carvery with my family. Staff and food absolutely superb, can’t fault them at all. Will definitely be returning a lot!!! All staff are welcoming and helpful and friendly make the experience fantastic ♥️

We don't go in here often but when we do the staff are always nice and polite. We visited on the Friday and decided to try out the food, orded our food everything fine. Until we noticed we had been waiting well over 40 minutes and it wasn't even busy. we gave it another 10 minutes and still nothing so decided to ask politely if we can have our money back. The landlord then decided point blank refused to give us a refund as the food was ready he also was arguing with us back and forth about how long we had been waiting and decided to check his cctv, he saw my partner on his cameras buying our second drink and told us we only been waiting 25 minutes, we told him we ordered the food before that and asked him to rewind on his cctv but he refused (because he knew we were right) with lots of back and forth he offered us 50% back and our food but at that point we wasn't interested in wanting the food we had a 5 year old with us who was exhausted and hungry and just wanted to go home. We wanted our full amount back which I don't think is wrong to ask for. He then agreed to give us £30 back (our total for 3 meals was £42 or something) sometimes you have to take what you can. I run a pub myself and I would never argue with customers like that I fount him very rude and quite frankly disappointed by his behaviour. I understand pubs are struggling but to refuse a customer there right of a refund it's just shocking there were two other tables who walked out that night. If someone had come over and explained there will be a wait we would have total understood or offered us a drink as a sorry, but nothing and it's such a shame because the woman with the red hair was such a kind person if it wasn't for her that pub will be down hill she deserves better.

Cracking pub. Landlord is a true legend and very welcoming. The carvery served on a Sunday is amazing and the portion sizes are great. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We came down to seven oaks after they advertised on facebook a family fun day. What they failed to tell you is that it is a ticket event at £6.50 a child and £2.50 an adult. Fair enough, we was told that you could come and go all day with a wrist band and everything was included as well as an Easter Egg for the kids. Not sure why adults have to pay? Got in there, extra cost for feeding the lambs (which was advertised as animals) just one breed and also extra fee for facepainting. I dont mind paying but if youre putting on activities then it should all be included seeing as weve just paid £24.50 for 2 adults and 3 kids to get in! A friend came in with a pushchair and just refused to pay as their child was 6 months so just came in for free. The owner has then said they will let anybody in as a free for all this evening, so basically ive paid £24.50 for 3 x Easter eggs. Then nearly fainted at the bar. 1 x coke. 1 x squash and 3 x knock off fruit shoots cost over £13! Wont be going again.

Nice place, friendly staff, always something going on such as entertainment, fireworks, weddings ect. Area for children also, decent price booze.

We are currently without a kitchen at home so have been eating out a lot. We rang to book and were accommodated for a carvery. We weren't disappointed! Everything cooked to perfection. Staff were exceptional. Cant believe we haven't eaten here before! Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back soon!

The local area does not do the place justice stuck in the middle of an old industrial estate The initial entrance to the pub was welcoming and friendly We immediately felt at home Food was very fair priced and freshly cooked the locals were inviting lovely place.

My family and I came here for the Christmas party and had the Sunday carvery before hand there were 10 of us altogether including a very fussy eater, the chef and staff accommodated the fussy eater despite only doing the carvery on a Sunday by cooking sausage and chips. The food was lovely, turkey was lovely and moist and everything was delicious, we also had desserts which were also very tasty. The Christmas party was fantastic the children loved the winter wonderland, and meeting Santa, the disco and fake snow was brilliant, highly recommended

Held my husbands birthday party at the Sevenoaks, all went well with music and room but the expensive buffet was only unveiled at 8.30pm and taken away at 10.30pm without any heads up. Evidently for health and safety reasons according to staff. However party guests saw the staff eating the removed themselves later. If only the staff had simply said the food was being removed half hour earlier so anyone who wanted some food could have had some, it would have made a difference. We expected more from somewhere charging the prices they do. I did WhatsApp the owner, Ryan, but he read my message and ignored me.!!!!

Went there a a few weeks ago had a burger that was tasteless and greasy in a dry cob. I was unable to eat this vile piece of junk I complained to a waiter who said he would tell the manager who could not be arsed to come and see me. Trust me when I tell you these are the worst burgers I have ever had avoid this overpriced junk at all costs.

Nice place, good drinks selection, decent food but a shame they only had 8oz rump and no other steak. Great place to bring the family with a park and games arcade but unfortunately don't offer cash back so the kids need to bring some pennies from elsewhere.

Nice place came here for our anniversary, bit of a strange layout staff were very helpful and friendly. Will go again soon, good choice of foods and drink would recommend.
