Very lovely pub, with new owners who are doing their best to bring it up to the standard it used to be, so I'm hoping all the locals will give them a chance, and support them the best way ilson people do, by drinking plenty of beer 👍👍🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Loved Lisa, Paul, Claire, Zoe and all, but sh1t happens (especially this year) and we either move on or die, so this review is just about our 1st time back in the pub, with a new owner .... difficult times, obviously, but he seems to be a good sort (as do his staff/sisters) & it was so nice to be back in an environment I thought was gone for ever, a great start, we will try again tomorrow 😉

Called in for a spot of lunch but unfortunately they no longer do food so finished up with a coffee only which to be honest was insipid.

Superb pub Lisa and her fella are doing a grand job

This local has needed improving for a long time and now has some excellent ales. Friendly owners who have updated the decor and also now offer a small menu and the option of tea and cakes. The outdoor area could still be improved slightly but definitely could become our local.

Popped in here with friends to break up a long journey. Sparkling clean, straightforward, family-friendly pub with a couple of delights on offer - one or two seriously good real ales on tap, and a teeny tiny tea room with homemade cakes and scones and lovely china. Definitely recommend.
