Awful service , food luke warm , waited nearly an hour for food when place was half empty , when the meal finally arrived we then had to wait ten mins for gravy , they knocked 6 quid off the bill , wow wont be going back

Walked in at 21.45. Walked out 21.46 after being told last order had been called.. staff were very pleasant. Sorry can’t think of anything else to say 😂

Food excellent, staff polite, friendly and very professional. The only complaint we have is that, the heating didn’t appear to be on it was very cold.

I have dined at the Risley park occasionally, while the food is usually good however they are very tight on the amount of vegetables they bring out, we were a party of three and ordered the Sunday lunch, we were served with one small dish of vegetables that were clearly not enough for two people let alone three, when I queried this I was told that we could purchase extra vegetables at £2.00 each, I have not been back since, if you order a meal with a selection of vegetables then you should receive your own individual selection and not be exposed to this petty penny-pinching, it is not a good look.

Lovely food, great varied menu for vegans, really friendly and comfortable, Liam was brilliant, made our visit memorable, really looked after us, thanks guys, we'll be back 😊👍

Had a meal at the risley park February 2024 it was brillant good service from the staff and the food was excellent no complains at all. Will be visiting again

Lovely place so clean. staff attentive food was hot and tasty. Only one problem was a bowl of chips missing 😕 but never bothered us we had plenty. Only down thing was I was cold in there couldn't take my coat of I know they have real fires but tables are to low to eat at. Overall it was lovely and we will be back.

This was a gathering of friends. It was booked online earlier in December. The service was second to none, the staff were exemplary. The food arrived piping hot, all cooked to perfection. The service throughout the meal was consistent and unobtrusive. Overall the meal was excellent.

Awful. The worst meal I have ever had the starters were cold but we hope for better on the main course 2 had scampi which was overcooked 1 had steak hard to cut though and very fatty the chips were cold. We decided to skip the dessert and coffee having lost all hope. The bill was £111.00not worth half of that so very very disappointed Talked to the manager but all he said was he would make a note of the complaint. Yvonne Ebner

Been here just before Xmas last two years had a good experience visited o n this year 21st we'd can only say this was the worst meal I have ever had apart from the meal no atmosphere as is 4 days to Xmas the food well what can I say absolutely rubbish served cold the so called Chips well if you can't heat up oven chips Mr so called chef get your coat if it wasn't to spoil it for my friends iwouldt have paid shame on you at least Dick Turpin wore a mask !

We come here quite a lot both of us because the food, service and wine list is exeptional live entertainment and polite well mannered staff the food at our xmas party was exeptional the beef was tender a spoon could go through it like butter and the salmon poached to perfection with an exeptional hollandaise what more could you ask for we both loved it and the themed night it was lovely. Portions were good and presentation and the staff as always prompt, attentive and waited on proffesionaly and with timeliness. In reading negative reviews on here please treat them as utter hogwash!! After 35 years as a formal Butler in hospitality i can vouchsafe that such reviews are made by pedantic, entitled individuals, enibriated by the hubris of what they consider to be their own importance,or after a reduced or free meal, the latter the more disgusting reason, more likely. In a nutshell a lovely venue and beautiful food exellent claret for the beef many many thanks yet again for a wonderful evening

Came here with 4 friends for our Christmas night out. We weren't disappointed. The service and staff were very good and very friendly. The food was hot and tasty and the disco loud and fun. You lost a point because we had to ask for bread to go with the pate and prawn cocktail and Cranberry sauce with the turkey although it was brought out to us quickly. Really good atmosphere and I'd be more than happy to go here again for a special occasion. Not a huge amount of food, I had turkey that had 2 slices, half a carrot and parsnip 3 Roasties, bit of mash and cube of stuffing, but no Brussels. The dessert portions were large and they looked and were delicious.

Came for my birthday meal yesterday with my family of 7. Which have been quite a large bill. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes if not longer. By this point we where all very hungry. The food was cold, my steak was more fat than steak. The vegetables where mushy and taste less, the chips where cold. Very disappointing.

Great pub great atmosphere friendly service but the food isn’t great, the portions are small and the prices are high, wouldn’t say gvfm, they need to be more creative with the menu, we all have costs to bear but having a local pub do a little bit more makes for great service and good quality.

Absolutely VILE. The wrong starter was bought out. My partners chicken was dry and fatty. My spiral fries were well overcooked and the cheesy garlic bread was the worst I've ever had and to top it off it had an eyelash on it... You wait...

Went for the Sunday lunch option, which was well advertised as being great. When my beef? arrived it consisted of 3 pieces of dried up meat, curled up at the edges which looked awful. I guessed the net wieht at 2oz. I immediately sent it...

Exellent venue live entertainment exellent service and the food superb couldnot fault a thing, menue extensive but compact with good selections wine list is superb we had an exellent bordeaux 2018 can recomend both of us loved it

Staying nearby and popped in for food, greated at the door, seated and order taken for drinks. Food arrived reasonably quickly and was delicious, although the chips and veg could have been a little hotter, service was attentive all the way through, would reccomend.

We were served overpriced frozen food. The portions were small. The salad was not fresh. very disappointing. Waiting staff up to table every 2 minutes trying to clear our plates.

We had a lovely meal at Risley Park. They made us feel very welcome and safe. When they realise that it was my daughters 18th, they bought out a piped message on a chopping board saying happy 18th birthday. Very impressed and will definitely recommend this place. We've always had lovely meals there.

I confess, the last time I visited this pub was many, many years ago and it was called the Blue Ball. I think my memories from the past have kept me away for far too long. What a transition the place has had. I don't know when it changed but the place isn't recognisable from what I remember.If there's something good come out of the coronavirus thing (and let's face it there's not a lot), it's been our opportunity to leave our city and go and find some nice country pubs. We booked for lunch. We were made very welcome on our arrival and the coronavirus safety precautions were absolutely first class. Of particular note are the screens between tables. Not your quickly knocked up bit of angle iron and perspex. No, these are lovely varnished wood screens that have been lovingly created by a carpenter. Being pensioners, all in all we felt very safe. For a weekday lunchtime it seemed very popular. The food was very good. We commented that it's the sort of place that we would be happy to take friends when (or if!) they visit us in the future, smarter than your average chain pub.We will be back. Soon.

Along with another couple we were a little concerned about booking this pub/restaurant as we had previously visited another venue owned by the same group and had been disappointed. However we needn't have worried as everything was excellent. The Covid precautions included a temperature check before we were shown to our table. Considering the menu had been reduced because of the pandemic there was still a good range of dishes on both the fixed price and al a carte menus and we were able to swop dishes across both.There was the usual pub type food (pies, burgers etc) plus more restaurant type choices. The food was hot and tasty and the service was friendly. When we booked we were advised that a table for 4 would be allowed 2 hours but on a Thursday lunchtime we weren't under any pressure to leave.Overall a very pleasant experience, one which we will be repeating again soon.

Called in today for a quick coffee . We d passed this place many times and wanted somewhere to take mother in law for a coffee and maybe a cake. The huge sign outside states Costa Coffee Open From 9am daily . Takeaway or drink in . Maybe you should take it down or inform your staff as we were turned away at 10.40am with a curt " Dont open til 11am . "

I felt that a review was needed as the staff went out of their way to accommodate an elderly parent on her 87 birthday. Booked a table of 4 in the restaurant area, the service was excellent & the mains delicious, what can I say about the desserts...Wonderful too. Our Mother was very “touched” by the thoughtfulness of a “birthday” treat that was supplied by the staff, we hadn’t actually told them it was her birthday or requested anything, so I can only assume that the waitress decided to action this by herself. She was a lovely lady, & I wish I had asked her name to thank her personally on here too. The decor of all the areas are immaculate & very beautiful, in a relaxing setting. This was our first time out since March, & we were very apprehensive, however all visitors have their temperature taken, the tables are very well spaced apart, with some having screens around then (tastefully done). We felt very safe & were well looked after. Well done team Risley staff !

Group of six on Monday night as part of EOTHO and despite best efforts of staff they seemed unable to handle the number of people using the offer. Starters were all good and offered promise following a previous underwhelming experience (pre Covid) and all mains appeared at similar times but accompanying chips, potatoes and veg took ages to arrive, so much so that much of the meal had been finished to avoid it going cold. What was there was bog standard, mass produced pub grub - certainly not terrible but at full price it would have been way too expensive. Pub style pricing doesn’t have to reflect the end product as Roosters bar at Morley Hayes consistently shows. Not going to chance third time lucky.

Food constantly missing from plates, this is numerous visits, egg from child’s meal never there and have to ask and wait another 10mins for it, onion rings missing from 2 meals on a different occasion, drinks and food order 45-60min wait, then your food comes out be prepared to wait another 10-15mins for the veg that goes with your meal at which point the rest is cold, 1 meal completely missing on 1 visit and they had to wait 20mins for it by which point the rest have already eaten, children’s deserts melted, you’ll only get 1 drink in this 2hr mess about also, and yes I’ve left feedback one of which was left about 2-3months who and still no contact from manager even though I left my review private so the public can’t see, it used to be a nice pub with nice food but recently it’s a disaster

Nicely set out, temperature taken on arrival and sanitiser available really make you feel safer there and on comparing to other restaurants definitely comes up better for cleanliness!!

Came to Risley Park on 27 Aug with family members for a meal and drinks Food and service were excellent would certainly eat there again

It looked quite promising on arrival , nice decor, bar bar and it was clean . However this is where it ends . There was four of us , we ordered drinks having to get attention to do so It was a further hour before our food order was taken ( wish I hadn’t bothered) two had fish which came on a plate with the chips arriving later as a side . Fish had soggy batter and was a really pale colour it looked so unappetising . I had the lasagne which was piping hot (microwave)but so bland ! Served with truly awful vegetables carrots , pepper , celery and parsnips !! Swimming in water , tasteless, and didn’t go with the lasagne at all Whats wrong with a simple side salad ! Our 4th member of the group had scampi 5 measly pieces that was also tasteless . The chips were dry and Bland as can be . I couldn’t have made anything this bad at home if I tried . The drinks were ok. I did comment that my dish was tasteless to have the guy say “tasteless “in a loud voice and just sped off no apologies nothing . It was the 50% off and it wasn’t worth that , I would not have paid full price for this , all in this was a bad experience never to be repeated AVOID

So I have the holummi and potato skins....couldn't eat the holummi as it had chilli flakes through it and it doesnt mention it on the menu but skins were nice my friend had the prawns and crab cakes which she said were lovely but the chips and veg looked terrible and she didnt eat....the service was excellent but our initial booking got lost and so did the second booking I personally made.... so not particularly efficient....not sure if we will return

Normally a really nice place for food been many times but after our visit this week feel very let down1 waited 25 mins for a drink and had to ask2 messed the order up 5 of us ate while one had to wait due to a mistake so we had finished and my father had to eat by himselfSalmon was very dry so had to get extra parsley sauce which costs extra.Didn’t complain because there is 50 percent off so let it go but would not like to pay the full price after this weeks visit and no one even asked if everything was ok with the food .Then had to take the money up to pay I totally understand it was busy but one room had staff standing around so could of helpedSuch a shame on this occasion half price or not.

Terrible service and only adequate food. It all started well with the starter coming out after only a few minutes of the order being taken. It was then just over an hour and a complaint until we got our mains with a 5 minute gap between my wife’s main and my own. The food was nothing great, I had the Barnsley chop but it was very fatty and as the the lamb was pink hadn’t been rendered at all. I guess the cooking was rushed when they got around to our order. We will be avoiding it in favour of somewhere better, last week we went to the Cornmill in Toton and the food and service were excellent.

Me and my family wined and dined at Risley last night for a birthday meal. We was greeted at the door with all Covid measures in place before being seated and during the evening,. Excellent service by all staff and all very friendly. Food was delicious, perfect night for a birthday celebration. Highley recommended

Surprise visit. Wonderful friendly staff. Prompt drinks service. The food however was disappointing. The New York Burger was industrial produce, less than good.

Upon arrival we received a friendly greeting by David. It was reassuring that all Covid safety measures were in place; hand sanitiser, a temperature check and contact details taken. A brief introduction was given about the one way system and guidelines implemented. We were shown to our table in the newly refurbished restaurant. Michelle, our waitress was friendly and attentive. Drinks and food, which was piping hot, arrived promptly and met our expectations. We concluded the evening in the lounge bar. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed her evening, as did we.Thank you The Risley Park team.

This was our first visit to the Risley pub/restaurant. It looks nice from the outside. Was welcomed by a very friendly chap who asked us to sanitize our hands and take our temperature. Absolutely no problem with that under the covid situation right now. Restaurant looks clean and fresh. Table was clean. It was half price on meals with it being covid etc so I thought it a good idea to venture out for a meal after months of cooking at home. We ordered drinks that arrived quickly. However it’s after this that things went down hill sadly. I ordered creamy mushrooms and “crispy” fish and chips for myself and companion. The starter came out and did not look very nice. The mushrooms did not taste cooked, just chopped and put into a soggy piece of toasted bread. The salad was limp and the “creamy” sauce was literally tasteless. I left most of it on the plate. It then felt like an hour had passed before the fish and chips arrived. Ohh god this was a bad choice of food. The fish came out on a separate plate with no chips. Then the waitress brought out a dish with chips on. Then a plate with CARROTS AND RED CABBAGE!!! So weird. The chips were rock hard and warm. The fish batter tasted like bread dough. Not crispy at all. The food was Luke warm and utterly bland. The place wasn’t that busy so I couldn’t understand why we had to wait so long for the main meal. I just thank god I didn’t have to pay the full price as I would have refused. No one came over to see if we wanted another drink and or even asked if the food was ok. I would have told them it was not great had I been asked. We left three quarters of the food on the plate. I overheard the chap who saw us to our table talking to one of the waitresses. He was saying how the risley had won some award today for the pub. Well from my first experience eating here I’d give that award back. This could be a lovely place but the food was so so poor. Sadly I won’t be visiting again, even if the food was free! Today was going to be a treat for us but it was a flop. Guess I’ll go back to cooking my own food, at least I know it will cook decent, hot and tasty. I’d give no stars but you have to give one star minimum. My advice to you guys is sack who ever is the “chef” and concentrate on making good hot tasty food. Put some TLC into the food. I read the other reviews and thought the food can’t be that bad. Jesus I was so wrong.

Had a great visit tonight, the COVID measures in place are brilliant and the process handled well by the staff. Lots of sanitiser that you are asked to use as you enter, and temperatures are taken before you are escorted to your table. There is a one way system and the tables are well spaced. The food was really good with unlimited veg and potatoes, which was a welcome touch. Every staff member was friendly and smiley, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back soon!

As usual food was of excellent standard.What was different this time was the care taken in making sure all staff and customers were kept safe All safety measures were in place from social distance measures,temperature checks,food delivered away from table if required,tables and menus cleaned thoroughly between customers ( I personally witnessed this)Plenty of hand sanitizer....the staff have worked really hard and although I'm not keen on going out in public at present I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

We came in for a evening meal and I have to say the system they have is amazing! The food was tremendous and our server ‘Kirsty’ was extremely good. Massive well done guys!! We will be recommending this to all family and friends.

currently waiting for a beer in the garden. Covid regulations require table service here. We waited 25 minutes and watched two tables of potential customers leave before being acknowledged. I asked for some table service and 10 minutes later a young chap came to take our order. 10 minutes later we received our drinks. After being offered someone else's. Only 4 other tables outside. Such a shame. Loosing more customers than serving.

I went to the Risley park to meet some friends I’d not see for ages, due to life and COVID. Had an absolutely brilliant evening. Staff were fantastic,(Lydia Kirsty and Mark) even joined in with out banter. Not laughed like that’s for ages. the new layout and the social distancing measures all work well and the table service was great. Thank you.

I was so worried about going to a pub but honestly this place has been amazing. David has made sure that all guide lines are followed but with fun and a sense of humour. I felt safe and I have absolutely loved coming out. My fav place and I’ve had the best 90 min. Lots of love

Now redecorated, very nice pub food and only £8.75 for mains if ordered before 5pm. Three different meals and all very nice, surf & turf, Greek chicken and bangers & mash.

I loved the decor from what looks like a total renovation. Very fitting of the style of the building We stayed next door for the weekend in Risley Hall and visited a couple of times. The staff are amazing and cater to your every request without fuss and the food was absolutely delicious, would HIGHLY recommend.

A huge thank you to David and all his team for a fantastic evening! The food was delicious, hot and served promptly- the dessert beat me though as huge portion! Drinks were served to the table and flowed all evening. The entertainment was brilliant!! Tina was amazing and got the audience involved and up dancing. All the staff were friendly and worked so hard - my only disappointment was that more people didn’t tip you!!! Will definitely book again

I attended an evening with Tina Turner last night and had such a fabulous evening. The night began with a three course meal which was delicious. The room was dressed beautifully and the staff worked tirelessly. Then onto the main event and I can see why Paula Randell is considered the number 1 tribute act for Tina Turner. What a professional! She was fantastic really really fab. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening generated by a great atmosphere by the Risley team.

Came here on business.. Tripped over the fake turf on welcoming.. bar staff were rough spoke to us like crap.. Food was just ding meals sausage still alive and moving.. Drinks are expensive and very hard to get.. New renovated room very nice but the half finished monkey sick painted front is horrible... wouldnt recommend to my worse enemy

Had a very nice family meal for five. Everyone liked their food. Good range of choices. Service very good. Quite a lot of veggie, lactose free and vegan on the menu. Staff very friendly. Restaurant refurbished recently, nice ambience. All good.😀

Never been here before, and are staying overnight nearby. Very welcoming and attentive staff. The food was lovely. If you want great food, reasonably priced, then this is the place to visit.

First time visiting here and already arranging when we coming back,I ordered mini mix grill they changed the gammon to chicken for me as I can't eat gammon and it wasn't a problem for them, everything came out prefect, the staff were all lovely and friendly, would recommend the millionaire chocolate sundae for pudding it was out of this world

I, my family and friends eat here on a very, very, ok extremely regular basis and out of all the places I’ve ever eaten at, this is by far the favourite option. This is a pub, so expect pub food, but it is damn good pub food. Unfortunately I am one of those people who have dietary requirements so every time I make an order I just sound dead awkward. However, the staff are on it here and have no problems producing my very specific food orders, in fact they couldn’t be more helpful. The staff here are brilliant, the food options are vast and the price is very good. Will I be going again, and again, and again.....definitely!!!

Such a nice place to come for a drink or meal. The staff are lovely and friendly. David the manager Always goes out of his way to help. . He is so accommodating and professional . Nothing is too much trouble.

Our second visit here, we booked for 6.45pm on a Saturday night. It was a good job we booked, it was pretty busy in the back restaurant room.

Called into this pub as we were early for a check in to the hotel nearby. What a find, the place was lovely, clean, staff friendly and food excellent. Will definitely be going back.

Myself and my wife came in Friday evening, we was welcomed by a young lady who served us in the bar area, we didn’t catch her name but she was in all black with long hair.

We visited here for first time yesterday because it said on website they gave 20% off to gold card holders.This was not honoured.Food was good,staff friendly.Beer was very good but too expensive.

I am posting here as I have sent three emails direct to the Risley Park and had no response.

Booked our 3rd Boxing day meal there and was very disappointed.

Just left here having had high expectations from a previous visit never again!

Last year we booked for Christmas dinner with the family. We had a nice time. Food was good and service great. March we booked again to return for Christmas day. Again the restaurant was decorated lovely however, within minutes of us being seated our first course arrived. We had hardly had time to wish the family merry Christmas. The staff appeared rushed and stressed, not like last year. There were double the tables than last year and it was a lot more noisy. Not nearly as relaxing or relaxed as the previous year. We ate our starter, acceptable, and the table was started to be cleared before one of our party had even finished. The main was again bought out with in 2 minutes after we had finished the first course. We asked for more potatoes and gravy as not enough was bought out to share. The Turkey was dry, the pigs in blankets was a full size sausage!! More pork than Turkey on our plate. The stuffing was dry and burnt and some of the vegetables barely cooked. Disappointing as it was good the previous year. Again the table was cleared quickly and we requested our dessert to be held back, it arrived 3 minutes after the table was cleared!!! Most of the staff were lovely but it was obvious they were under pressure and this was not fair. One server never smiled once. It was obvious she just didn't want to be there! We then had coffee. The cream curdled as we poured it in only to find it was 3 weeks out of date. We discussed our concerns throughout with the servers and I actually had sympathy for them. None of this was their doing and they got the poor feedback. They were very apologetic but not their fault. We then heard that we had been rushed as there was another sitting and they needed to get us out and ready for the next groups.

This is the old Blue Ball, not to be confused with Risley Hall. I went there for a Christmas lunch with a group. I can only describe it as a shambles. Heaven help them when it's busy. It was less than half full as it was a Tuesday lunchtime. Some of the prawn cocktails came without sauce and we had to get sauce in a dish sent from the kitchen. It was served with chunks of white bread. I've always had Thin brown bread at other places. The main course was good in parts. My beef was really tender and the potatoes were good. However, the sprouts were stringy, chewy and tasteless and everyone left them, probably bought frozen. When I commented to the one overworked waitress she said we could have some more but it would be about 20 mins. Really? Parsnips, some were good but I couldn't even cut through one of mine. We then waited 40 minutes for our desert and I was elected to go find someone to see if we had been forgotten. I was told it was coming and we had only just finished our main course. She would not accept that we had been waiting for 40 mins. The roulade was lovely when it arrived, but everyones piece was a different size and some had a huge whorl of cream whilst others has almost none. No quality control. At no time did anyone come to see if everything was ok. Maybe they didn't dare. Overall, very disappointing. Understaffed on servers and poor quality checks on food leaving the kitchen. Served on barely warm plates. Do not recommend

Just had one of there meals off the xmas fare menu and it was beautiful. Came with all trimmings and was very tasty. Staff are lovley and friendly too. Would very much recommend.

Recently moved to area and had never been before to Risley park, shown to our table and was pleasantly surprised with the dining room, being vegetarian I usually don't have a great choice at a lot of restaurants at Risley park the choice was very good, our meals were very well presented and very nice shown by the empty plates, we will visit again

Just went to eat here my wifes food came after everyone had finished and my onion rings came after I had finished my meal. I asked if I could get the onion rings off my bill because of the bad service and the waitress started giving me a bad attitude at which point I asked to talk to the manager who removed the onion rings from my order but then told me he thought our table was rude because we had not used enough pleases or thank yous (we were also trying to look after our 2 young children). This will be the last time I go here. Bad service and 2 hours to eat and we were rude apparently. I challenge the management to review the cctv and see if we were rude because we were not! Absolutely terrible !!!

I Went to the risley with a group of fifteen other family members and friends for our annual Christmas get together

Since the arrival of David as general manager this place has got a completely different feel to it... it has always been a lovely looking place to visit but there didnt seen to be much heart in it... david has changed that completely. We had our wedding reception here 6 years ago and didnt revisit for 18 months due to disappointment with how it was managed but we recently had my beloved mums wake here and it was chalk and cheese to our previous function... nothing was too much trouble for david, the staff are absolutely lovely and the food is always brilliant. We have been frequent visitors for the last couple of years and will continue to be with david at the helm! If u havent visited here... please do! You won't regret it! Xxx

This is a well-presented and welcoming pub, and the food reflects that. A small but well-chosen selection of ales was a good start, then we were taken through to the dining room which has had a Christmas makeover.

I had potato skins with cheese and ham. The middle was cold and the outside edge was charred. The salad was nice. My main was crispy prawns, scampi and squid. Dreadful, quite honestly. I took most of it home for the dog.

First time here. 3 ladies serving, taking orders but you had go wait whilst they finished their chat. Bit annoying. Once they had finished they were very friendly and helpful. BUT, same happened when I next went to bar

Visited here for a evening meal, the food and service was great. The whole party, seven of us, thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Me and my daughter came and had Sunday lunch yesterday, the food was great, but our waitress Kirsty was outstanding best waitress we have had. Can’t wait to come back.

We came as a family at lunchtime on a Saturday, and the food ordered was swift, hot and well presented. To top everything, the two staff serving were so friendly and helpful as well as funny and made the visit! Top Mark's guys! X

Wow what a great meal and beautifully decorated bar and restaurant. Service was excellent and food served quickly and hot Will definitely be going here again

We ate here on a Friday night and it was very busy but managed to get a table in the bar as we were restricted because of the dog, but that was fine! The menu is very extensive and we eventually made our minds up. I had the fish pie which was very tasty and my husband had the mini mixed grill which was substantial! The beer was good, as were the selection of gins, and cocktails too! Would recommend!

A waitress called Kirsty was very attentive and even offered the three of us top ups on chips and veg, the three of us all enjoyed our time there and were introduced to it by a former employee. The Plaice I had was very enjoyable pub food as was the fish pie my friend had! We even had dessert there!
