My mother got me a 40th birthday cake made for a surprise for my 40th I can honestly say it was the best looking and nicest cake I have ever had it was stunning thankyou so much.
An amazing real ale pub with lovely rooms, a family room, fires in winter. Ig car park. Accessible. Amazingly friendly staff, good cobs at weekends. Pop up food, no juke box or music, no sport, no TV,
Came with daughter and granddaughters for afternoon tea. Belated Xmas gift.

Only downside, I thought the food
When booking, checked that there were veggie and vegan options but on the day, the veggie option was a roast with no meat and the vegan option was a plate of veg and 4 roasties. Also no vegan pudding
Although this a very nice cafe I must comment on allowing dogs onto seats and benches and even some customers letter by their dogs eat off the table. This is very unhygienic ant the owners don’t seeme
Used to come to this café a lot when I lived locally, and it's always been great, so came with a friend after parkrun for breakfast.
