I ordered a delivery tonight at 7.20pm and it arrived at 9.10pm the chicken curry was lumpy cold and squidgy the salt n chilli chips were soggy n cold disgusting! the wait on delivery is a joke, i phoned back after waiting 50 mins to get told its the next delivery to go! And still waiting another 45 minutes later. Phoned them back to say the food was cold and only got offered 10pounds off my next order!! What am a meanty do the now for dinner eh stuck way cold crap.I'm really disappointed at this because I've been a customer for over 2years with no complaints. Money wasted 25 quid down the Swanie!!!

It's ok to eat at this location for a reasonable price. My partner likes to eat here (he can eat everything 😅), but my expectations about food and taste are too high, so I can't enjoy the taste of the food at maximum here. I can eat here only if I'm really hungry 😁 like noodles, rice, beef, and salad (fruits). (The rest of the food contains some specific Chinese sos / spices that makes all the food taste the same. Unfortunately, I dont like that flavour). If you're like my partner, you will enjoy here. If you are like me you don't! 😁

This was my first visit since before covid. The staff as usual are so attentive, hard working, the restaurant as usual is spotless, the food obviously is always fresh, however, since my last visit I found the selection had changed to boring, there were more fried vegetables like green beans, fried broccoli, and onion rings, in my opinion it was like the management were cutting down to maximise profit rather than maintaining a tasty and interesting meal for customers, as I said earlier, the more times I went up to smaller the given choices, the more bored I became, one dish merged into the next taste wise, however, at the end, their usual apple crumble and custard was as usual excellent, and given the price including a half pint shandy at just over £24.00, the whole exercise was a ripoff, I've had a much tastier take away from Lidl a £2.89. Yours Tom Forsyth.

Went to Ho Wong with a group of friends. The food was expensive but very good. However, the service was unfriendly and surly. Not one of the serving staff smiled at any point during the evening. It felt like we were an inconvenience to the serving staff. The staff would benefit from some customer service training. I do not recommend this place and won't return.
