Wrong ordered arrived and phone to tell them and I got cheek STAY CLEAR

Went in to the shop to order dinner for me and my fiance and the way a was spoken to was descusting and during ordering I got my order mixed up witch is fine normal for everyone to do and because I asked to take something off my order that was another moan again and the thought I had left and she spoke to another member of staff about me and my fiance bad mouthing us

I enjoyed their pancake rolls the food is great and friendly staff

Manager deadass told me to take a jump and hike because I was complaining that I haven't received my food in 50mins like dawg hurry the hell up with my scran

Went in for some skran when i looked in the back and saw this absolute disgusting will not be back considering there was concrete in my wrap RAGING!!!!

really rude manager and staff: missed a delivery by 10 mins and they phoned to give me abuse, even tho i was apologising and then barred me? really confusing and no way to run a take away.

Portion sizes are an absolute joke, ordered chicken fried rice and was absolutely shocked at the lack of chicken, actually phoned and complained but guy couldn't care less even when I told him I will never waste my cash in their place again!!!

Manager is very rude guy. The food isn’t stored properly within legal temperatures. Chips are left lying for days at room temp. This is UK we have food hygiene laws here. Unclean very dated interior. Food is bland and tasted like reheated from maybe day or two before. Do yourself a favour spend the money cooking at home.

No restaurant anymore sadly but great food also Famous Restaurant where Ian Blink Mcdonald was ambushed by Police for a 6 million Bank Job .

been coming here for a number of years, and it never fails to deliver , great ,oriental grub which is very reasonably priced. Sad it no longer has the option to dine in, now takeaway only. You need to try the 🐔 chicken baws n sweet n sour sauce, well worth the six and a 🦒 giraffe quid.

Take away it's my new place to go,value for money and hot by the time I get home.

Poor presentation, taste rather blunt and no prawn crackers with my order. The service was nice though and decent prices. Ordered egg fried rice with sweet n sour king prawn Cantonese style - average at best

Orderd a chicken curry and chips and noodles and sauce was far to thick was all lumpy was not happy went in bin also was a lot nipper than normal always beaut out here aswell am pregnant so couldn’t eat it that hot as incase put me into Labour and about ten times av had it never this hot or sauce this thick

Ordered sweet n sour chicken Cantonese style, got 5 small pieces of dry chicken and 2 pieces of pineapple in a small tub of sauce, absolutely horrible. Never again.

King prawn satay on the skewer is absolutely beautiful everything was fresh and tasty I definitely recommend

Ordered at 9.42 and dinner was here at 9.57.piping hot nice delivery driver friendly a ordered a chicken curry told the guy a was expecting and like my sauce not to nippy he done the chicken. The way I asked for normal chicken curry as a don't like breast anywhere atal and it was packed of chicken onion a and sauce was beautiful panckake rolls wow huge and best av tried am a fussy person and this is defo 10/10 rice beaut to all fresh and very tasty be back soon thanks for serving lovely food

Hard to find a nice curry these days just happened to find this place whilst passing ordered chicken breast curry slightly hotter as I like a kick and it’s beautiful spicy , chicken is tender I’ll be returning all the way from Cumbernauld

Food is reasonably good- ordered spring rolls, cantonese style sweet and sour pork, and chicken and blackbean stir fry. Food portions are generous and flavourful, menu options is very extensive.

Been going to poa San for years but over last year half food has been going downhill just isn't getting any better . I stopped ordering for few months hoping it would get better ordered food tonight chips reheat brick hard discolored food just awful and I was hungry ready for some food usually a will eat most things when am that hungry couldn't eat definitely staying clear of this place now gave it to many chances hoping it would change

I have been a customer of this takeaway for years and have never had an issue with it. Best chicken curry in Glasgow without a doubt. Delivery is always fast.

Anytime I have ordered from here the food has always been good. Shredded bbq pork chow maine lovely as not everywhere does it properly either give you char Sui pork or it's just in big slices. If I can't decide what to get I get the appetizer 4 bbq ribs(sauce is delish) 4 chicken balls and a big Spring/pancake roll only £6

Use to love this place but went down hill , full of cheap chicken and more onions than chicken, won’t be bk and only a matter of time till this place is shut not even a restaurant now

We live in Australia now, but visited the Poa San over 40yrs ago. We went 2-3 nights every week we loved it that much. Their food was always delicious and staff knew us well back then. Planning to visit Glasgow (home) again as soon as Covid permits. First stop will be Poa San. 🤣 Thankyou for the good memories.

Curry dish hardly had any curry sauce

No Restaurant .now just a take away and deliveries. Sad to see the Restaurant closing.

Not happy with this place at all! Cheap and nasty rubbish including the rice! Always use other local chinese takeaways where possible. They are miles better! Poa San has also been reported to council for noise complaints from extractor fans irritating local residents all day and night which have been ignored!

Place is a joke food defrosted with hot water, one driver is a total thug and an accident waiting too happen

I went in here for a chicken curry 🍛, it was delicious 😋. This used to be a restaurant, only does takeaway now , is still highly recommended

Ordered fried rice curry sauce and chips. I got delivered Vile REHEATED food, chips were vile,, rice was hard! 3 bites, I nearly threw up!! AVOID ! Disgusting

Definitely one of the the best Chinese takeaways in the east end. Great tasting curry, prepared quickly with high quality ingredients and sold at a fair price. 5*.

The restaraunt has now gone and it is solely a rake away venue. It is much better for this i think. Well thought out. Grub is great!

Ordered a delivery at 450pm before shop opened and delivery took over an hour and food was freezing cold, rang up to complain and was passed on to a rude scottish women who had no interest,they could do with remembering customers keep you them in a job, will not be ordering again.

It was horrible experience with the worsrt chinese food. If you have prescription for low salt food, this will be hell.

This is a small and friendly restaurant with a menu covering all the traditional meals you’d expect to see. The sit in area initially looks a little dated but to me this is all part of the charm. Friendly staff and good food at good prices are the real selling points. The take away side is run very efficiently. Never been disappointed!

We don't live in this area but visited the Poa San with friends for the first time in many years and glad that we did so. The menu is a bit limited but varied enough to tickle your taste buds. The interior is a bit drab and has a kind on 70's feel to it but I really liked it and it seems to look the same as it was all those years ago when last visited it. Drab it may have looked but the place is clean. Food was good and the service likewise. Can I reasonably ask for more than that?

I ordered my food, chicken chowmain, on Monday night. The food is not bad but whoever on the phone was not very nice. And the next day which was yesterday i have food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhoea all day. I won't be eating your food again.

I work in a restaurant too so it's not that hard to give decent customer's service. To make it worse I have food poison from your food yesterday. Vomiting and diarrhoea. Never never eat here again

The best Chinese in Glasgow, it's been here since I was wee, this was a sat night treat with my auntie 30 years ago, and it still tastes the same, lovely, their prawn toast is to die for, would not go to any where else for my curry

Food so bland chicken burnt order a chicken satey and got 4 bits of chicken and tray full of onions never go back again must have new owners as that not the standerd of food they would put out gd luck to new owners

Ok firstly I have to say this restaurant is unimpressive on first sight. Decor is quite drab and tacky looking. But the service is good staff are very polite. All dishes ordered were delicious though, and very reasonably priced. The sliced breast of chicken curry was one of the best I have tasted anywhere! I highly recommended this wee gem of a restaurant to all either to sit in or to order home delivery you won't regret it.

I come to the Pao San often with my Father or my Best mate on a Sunday after the snooker, whether we sit in or take away the food is always brilliant. The service is always quick and efficient.
