First time ordering, food was lovely! Staff are amazing too will defo order again

Stopped in for dinner on the way past, was a bit apprehensive as I used to use Ronnie’s a couple of doors down but that was about 100 years ago. Anyway we got crispy shredded beef peking style, salt and chilli chicken and a beef curry, all food was fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend and I’ll be returning.

Wow. We are very very picky about Chinese food as usually it’s fake chicken and to salty but the chicken fried rice (no oyster sauce ) is amazing. I’ve ordered 2 days in a row. I should mention I’ve gone to the shop each time so I don’t know about delivery.

Excellent service, the lady taking the order even remembered us from the week before as our order was so specific, fab customer service and lovely food!!

3 times I've ordered on just eat paying cash. 3 times my order has been cancelled as I'm actually eating it. So I'm paying just eat prices, extra delivery and service charge and the shop pays just eat nothing. Won't use again which is a shame as the food is decent.

2 stars as I enjoyed the food previously ordered though Just Eat many times. Lowering the amount of stars as they can't be bothered to deliver to me again as 2miles to G45 is apparently too far away now despite the fact it's a paid delivery.

Food is always amazing delivery is fast and food is always fresh and piping hot i had a mix up with my food order not sure how it happened but they were at my door in 15min with fresh food 1st class service

I was recommended Foo house off a neighbour as I couldn’t seem to get a decent Chinese from anywhere and was on the hunt for a place that I would actually enjoy the food . We gave Foo house a try and the food was magic, we now regularly come here most weekends . Easily my favourite Chinese.

This is now Called Wing Wah. Not Foo house. It was previously called Wing Wah before Foo House. It's as good as last Wing Wha which we missed when it closed. The food was delicious. Nice to have it back

I have ordered from Foo House on a number of occasions and all as been ok. Tonight I ordered the same dish as I normally have and when it arrived there was hardly any food in the silver foil container! I took a couple of pictures and called Foo House. The woman on the phone (the owner/manager I think) was extremely rude and insisted that I got a full portion. When I insisted it wasn’t as I had eaten from there before she eventually told me that she would send a portion out when her delivery driver gets back but I have to send the half portion back and not eat it plus she didn’t know how long it would be as her delivery driver is busy. I had ordered friend rice with the dish and wasn’t prepared to wait and eat cold rice so I told her not to bother.

Been a Customer here for years I care more about good customer service than I do about the food quality and Today I did not get that! Placed order on just eat and paid they said they didn't get it even though I said if they send it I can show the receipt and the payment on my back to just eat to the driver before he hands the delivery over They refused and said phone just eat knowing fine that just eat are closed and that the stores are all closing leaving me no time to eat. Rude Staff both the women on the phone and who ever the guy is that was talking in the background. I spend up to 150 pounds here a week between me and my friends house. was that £10 order really worth loosing a good customer. Well Done Foo House. I will NEVER order from here again.

Food was fresh and hot but took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Would recommend collection if possible.

When changed from collection to a delivery they were quoting me a £4 minimum delivery charge when the website clearly stated £2 even though I was within the delivery range. Restaurant kept on cancelling my order after reordering. Poor service and customer service. From what should only take 2 minutes to order food resulted in a 40 minute attempt of ordering and another 45 minutes delivery. Unacceptable

Food was absolutely disgusting ordered chicken curry fried rice it was all chewy and rice was hard. Salt and Chilli Chicken was dry and chewy with no onions or peppers Will never order from here again.

Usually order all the time and it's lovley but tonight it was just not the same chicken was horrible and just tasted really off.

Delivery driver phoned at 8:10 asking how to get to our house. We don't know area very well as recently moved and then at 8:45 our dinner arrived. Food was lovely except it was luke warm.

Best chicken curry and salt n pepper chips we've had

I have been ordering from the Foo House fir quite some time and, this is the first time that my meal was horrid. I ordered Honey and Chilli chicken with fried rice and a portion of vegetable spring rolls. The spring rolls and the rice were lovely but, the chicken was really chewy and, quite frankly, not nice at all. In fact, I ended up throwing the chicken in the bin. However, since this is the first time that I've had a disappointing meal from you, I will order another time and hope that you've sorted out whatever problem there is with the chicken.

Ordered at 7.15, by 8.25 still no delivery, phoned and girl said cheekily "yours is next to go, we are just waiting on driver, called again at 8.55 to which she said "the driver is STILL out but he has your delivery" on que driver comes to door, asked him if it had been out half an hour and he replied "yes", while still on the phone I told the girl and driver I wouldn't be paying for it as it would probably be cold, and sent driver away the girl then hung up, while I was saying I would never order again from here! Shocking delivery times, cheeky staff, no customer service skills, and food quality is poor!!

Chicken didn't taste like chicken and texture of it was terrible. Lemon sauce didn't taste lemony more just like paste.

Found a yellow finger nail in ma chicken, and I'm 85% sure there was bits of grog in the sauce, apart from that it was a bang on wan ten meal

Ordered beef curry. The beef was very fatty and unedible. Curry sauce was very bland too.

Placed order, they added 10 minutes, ok. I phoned up 20 minutes after the delivery time given.........no apology, "it's here waiting, should be there in 20 minutes. I left it 40 minutes before phoning again, "it's left", still no apology and not much else said by the person on phone. So, 2 hours after order was placed we eventually got our food. Which I have to say is lovely, as usual. However, due to that inexcusable waiting time and the nonexistent customer service, we will not be ordering again.

Beef got tougher by the bite, hardly any chicken or gravy in the chicken fried rice, plus they added an extra ten mins onto the delivery time.

Great service, hot food, drinks ordered were correct and all delivered by a friendly driver.

The honey and chilli chicken had an odd taste to it. Chips were warm. I'd asked if possible swap gravy on a chow mein in the comments (simple swap from one sauce to another surely?) and was asked to pay 50p at the door. If you're going to charge, phone and tell me, or don't do it. Other places change this no problem and no charge. Won't be ordering again.

Had an issue with my buzzer and the delivery driver kindly called me, excellent service. The chicken in the dish tasted like cheap reformed chicken not real chicken breast which is a real shame

Order from here all the time foods normally good but salt and chilli chips were re heats never had any onion or chillies in the box . Salt and chilli chicken was bad aswell normally good . Delivery quick as usual but what's the point if the foods not good .

Food arrived around 20 past 8 after the delivery driver phoning at 5 to 8 to advise he was lost and after directing him he took another 25 mins to get to myself, and food was cold. And then couldn't even get through to the shop. Not very good having ordered the food at 7 o'clock

You didn't deliver my drink!!! And I tried to call back and the phone rang out 4 times!! Curry sauce looked as if it was made about a month ago and the chips were so undercooked.

I've been going to this takeaway for years - but I think it's now changed hands as the quality of the food alas gone downhill. The person who takes the orders really has a serious attitude problem. I odprdered my meal and she gave he the wrong change, well .... the look on her face!! She then gave me 25p change - all the whole scowling - when it should have been 0.30p. When I told her she was very rude - she raised her voice saying I made a mistake. I will not be back - the fox wasn't that great either! There are far too mNy better eating places to put up with this attitude!

Meal too salty. Chicken chow main. Just too salty. We could not finish it because of that.

Have ordered from this takeaway on several occasions and in this instance the chicken curry was way too spicy and unable to eat £20 quid down the drain or in the bin.

As always the food was amazing and delivery time brilliant however again one item missing one of two bags of chips - didn't call through as it is torture trying to explain on the phone - but for speed and taste always 5***** just wish more care was taken with the order to deliver everything as asked.

This is 2nd time I have wrote red curry sauce in comments box and have recieved normal curry sauce a don't see the point in having a comment box if comments don't get read

No prawn crackers, again and my king prawn dish had the prawns in batter ... not nice and as I have had this dish many times I was not impressed.

Don't really like chicken out of here. Came to 8.80 for chicken fried rice and a can of juice. Bit pricey for the quality of food.

Last time I ever order from here. Been a loyal customer for two years, usually order once a month as they've always been great. The last 3/4 times have went right downhill and the order I've just received was disgraceful. Took an hour and a half to arrive and was cold when it arrived, I always order the honey and chilli beef and today it tasted like bleach, I literally couldn't even eat it. I've given them the benefit of the doubt so many times but won't be ordering again and I suggest you also don't!
