Excellent takeaway.Great food at great prices.We love the chow mein but had most dishes and all very good quality.Can highly recommend.

Haven't used them before but decided to give them a go tonight for a carry out. Worst Chinese meal ever, prawn toasts didn't taste like they had ever seen a prawn. Spring rolls smelt really awful and chicken chiw mein just tasteless even with copious amounts of soy sauce didn't help. Never again total wast of money nice touch with 2 fortune cookies though.

The staff are very friendly and food is pretty good they are very nice and they gave us a free goody bag and jelly sweet. Would recommend

Got bbq ribs so tough dog got them chicken chow mien not very warm and chips like reheats. Have used Joy Bowl often and always been fine but tonight so disappointed. A waste of money

Usually buy from here but got two meals last night and both had plastic in them. Didn't call to complain as felt it would be dismissed. Don't think I'll be back as poor hygiene

Unfortunately we didn't get to even try food. We booked here for our wedding as my sister is coeliac and becomes very ill. We booked months in advance, budget, numbers etc agreed, list handed in. Told all great and be in touch. 1 week before wedding I called, still great although no time. 2 days before wedding still no call... so I called to be told they had no list (3 of us met in store 2 months prior) and not enough budget. Was told we would receive phone call in few hours.. if issues why weren't we contacted?! Its now Tuesday after our Sunday wedding and still waiting on call back... beyond disgusting terrible customer service not only to a wedding but to a take away providing for medical needs (gluten free). I work in customer service so have never gave a negative review as I understand things go wrong but this was too far. Not an easy fix for my guests and especially poor sister.

42 Main StreetOrdered the salt and pepper box. Everything was cooked nicely, chicken was crispy, while still being tender, chips were nice and crispy too. They need to work on the salt and pepper seasoning. Was pretty underwhelming, I'm pretty sure it was just a little salt, some sugar and maybe 2 chopped chillis. The website works well, which is nice because most chinese places here don't have one, with no way to order online, so I gave service 5 stars.
